Michael and the team at GTI are top notch. They are very easy to talk to and dont talk over your head. Michael was very patient with answering any questions or concerns that we had. If possible I would rate services with ten stars -yes, THAT GREAT of service. I have a Dell laptop that Dell could not determine what was causing the problem. However, Randy at GTI took care of the issue, and cleaned out a few viruses while working on my laptop. The issue was McAfee so beware of this virus protection. It didnt protect my laptop and it caused havoc with it.Appreciate so much Randys explanation and answering all my questions. This is our go-to place for help when we have computer problems. The guys helped me on such short notice! My video card had gone out, and I had the flu. I was able to get my computer to them and gave them a detailed letter of what was going on. Michael was in touch with me the whole time, keeping me up to date on everything. They helped me pick out parts and didn’t push for anything super fancy or that I didn’t need. Randy was super kind and helpful too! And they checked up on me to see how I was recovering! Overall great service, kind staff, and no unnecessary bells and whistles. I definitely will go back in the future for my computer needs, and I highly recommend them.

I came to Grunski because of all the raving reviews theyve received and I agree with most of what has been said with one exception. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, however, my complaint is with how knowledgeable they are. Now Im not talking about every employee...Im only talking about who troubleshot my computer. I dropped off a laptop that would start up but wouldnt boot past the initial black screen and would throw out an error code. I left it in what I thought were good hands (just look at the reviews) for approximately a week. When I came back, I was told something along the lines of the controllers in my motherboard were fried and that I had to purchase another one for give or take $700. I believed him but decided against purchasing a new one because one, I didnt have that kind of money laying around to just blow on a new motherboard and two, I wanted to look to see if I could find a cheaper solution and determine if that was even actually the problem. So I took it to a second computer repair shop (I wont name it because I dont want people to think Im promoting that business), the guy took a look at my computer, tried to start it, saw the error code, popped in some CD, accessed some menus and fooled around with it for approximately 5 minutes and managed to get the OS to boot......literally 5-10 minutes and he had my computer running. I left it with Grunski for a week...a week...and paid $110 for a wrong diagnosis. You can see why Im disappointed now. Its as if the tech didnt even diagnose the damn thing and I paid for a guess. Thanks for nothing.

10/13/2020. This is my second review for GTI. Our laptop keyboard was in need of replacement. I thought I could tackle this job myself. It was a good thing I didnt, the keyboard was held in place with plastic rivets that are not easily replaced. The rivets needed to be snapped off in order to remove the keyboard. Randy and crew removed the old keyboard and installed the new one within a day. I am grateful for their know-how, honesty, and friendly service. Thank you, GTI.This review was completed in 2019. I own a MSI GE73VR laptop. It was giving me all sorts of error messages related to Windows Audio service. I did everything I could think of to fix and restore it without luck. I brought it to Randy and crew at GTI and had it back the very next day with all issues resolved. They are great listeners and provide friendly service. I am sure I will be back.

Top notch service and staff! For almost a year now, Ive been fighting with my computer on errors from startup to shut down. Finally the HDD bit the dust and the guys at GTI were kind enough to not only diagnose the problem but also copy over the data AND install the new HDD at no extra cost (except for the price of the HDD itself, of course). Now the computer runs like a dream. I highly recommend anyone to these guys if youre having computer issues, they know their stuff!

I recently went to GTI computers when my laptop was dropped damaging the screen. I went to Buy Buy in the Town Center first and they told me it would take weeks!!! HP was no help either. I am so glad I found out about GTI, because they had my computer back to me in less than a week! They are really friendly and professional crew and I highly recommend them.
