Amazing stuff in this store. You can buy phones, Tablets, TVs, and accessories for all of the above. However, they are no longer located here. Theyre in the Orange Park Mall which theyve always had that location as well but now its their exclusive location. Still an amazing store. The sky is the limit when it comes to this store.

I don’t know what heck these people are talking about in these reviews?!?! I purchased TWO iPhone XR’s about two months ago, pink and black. One for myself and one for my son who will be getting it for Christmas next week. There were two employees and the owners there at the time and ALL of them were warm and welcoming. They answered all my questions, since I had never had an iPhone, with accuracy. I’m actually going back when I get my taxes to purchase another phone for my other son. I have a feeling most of these bad reviews are from competitors. Very sad that adults act the way they. Thank you all again for such amazing service

I have been a returning customer since this store opened. Bought 2 hoover boards, 3 cell phones and cell phone repair also. However they told me to bring in a phone that was of no use in the US and they would sell me an At&t for 150...go back and guess what No can do... I am a loyal customer and they could do nothing for me... I like to build relationships with honest business people and that they are not.. I would never spend another dime in this store or any owned by them.

Classic Bait and Switch. Owner made me an offer to purchase a phone I was selling, when I got to the store totally different story despite the fact that I had the entire FB messenger conversation to support the agreed selling price. I would not recommend this store. If you can’t back up your word how can you back up the product your selling?

Well. Not very happy with my service. While the people were very sweet. Not very pleased with how my phone got fixed. Will not go again, the many great reviews on here are probably not the most accurate. But as I said, the people were very sweet.

Do not waste your money at this store. I paid full price for a note 8 and realize it was defective the next day. The manager was very rude and told me it was a Samsung problem, so I need to deal with them. He also yelled at me and pretty much called me a liar, said I dropped the phone. The worse customer service ever. I felt so belittled and hurt, I wasted a lot of money.

These people were extremely rude and unprofessional. By far the worst customer service experience Ive ever head. The clerc reaked of alcohol and cheap weed.

I have never in my life seen the idiocy that this business has displayed. I took my daughters samsung galaxy tab A here to have her screen fixed. 160 was the total and I put 20 down. They said it would be 4 days and they would call when it was ready. After a week of no word I went up there and they said they ordered the wrong part so they would once again call when It was ready. After another week I called and the repair man was not there and the salesman could not tell me if my tablet was ready or not so he took my name and AGAIN would call when it was ready. I waited 2 more weeks with no word!!! And decided to go back up there... They had no idea what tablet was mine because now they had fired the repair man and had to wait to talk to the new repair man who wasnt there that day. The owner told us to bring the case the next day and so I did. The next day (A WHOLE MONTH LATER) and guess what my tablet still wasnt fixed!!!!i.e. forgot about my tablet and left it sitting there. I guess I should be thankful they didnt sell it at the flea market (which the owner made a joke about because he thought it was funny) so after asking for my tablet back and my 20 dollar deposit they told me it was impossible because it had no screen anymore and they would have to fix it. And get this... the part had just come in (liars). I gave them 3 days to have my tablet fixed and AGAIN went back today to pick it up... he still charged me full price for their continuous terrible service. When I definitely expected a discount after this terrible service the owner lied to me and said when you take the screen off it breaks the home button and thats a 45 dollar repair so he wasnt charging me for that and the 20 dollar tax. HIS REPAIR MAN BROKE THE HOME BUTTON AND HE DID ME A FAVOR BY NOT CHARGING ME FOR IT!!!! So I paid full price for this horrible service, worst service ever. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE TO GET IT FIXED. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!!

They fixed my cracked screen in a few minutes for way less than 10,000 cell phones or you break I fix. Ive been here a few times over the last few years for broken phones and tablets and they have always been great.

I came in for a full refund that I was promised & was offered 30 out of over 400 dollars I had already paid. Was never given a contract. The owner/manager is to much of a coward to come out & discuss anything.. The guy they have on LetGo is a liar (stay tuned I will be posting the lies he told me & the promises he makes that never happens) Do not deal with these people there liars, thieves, & conartist. Yes Ive contacted the better business bureau & yes I will definitely be seeing you in court if all my money is not returned. You agreement was with me not my boyfriend.

Careful with the phones you buy from this place. Boyfriend bought a phone, week and half later, found out the phone was stolen, perfect condition too but cant use it. Take your money some where else.

I found this company by an post on Offerup by Adrian and he said would hook us up if we came in and we bought four iphones, cases, and screen protectors for an amazing price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. You guys were awesome! Btw we came back for a Ps4 and got an awesome deal on that too!!
