I had the blue screen of no recovery on my laptop and took it to Computer Warriors. Unfortunately, the hard drive crashed; however, James was able to recover the files from the drive. He is very nice, professional, and answered all my questions about purchasing another devise. No pressure sales. Hopefully I don’t need their services again, but will definitely go back if I do.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Excellent customer service. And even when you dont have much computer knowledge they never roll their eyes or sigh at you. Everything they have done for us has been in a very timely fashion and perfectly done. Their rates are very reasonable AND even when they are very busy they treat each customer like you are the only one there. Simply cant recommend them highly enough. Worth way more than 5 stars!!!

This was the only place I could find that could fix the glass backing on my iPhone 8 Plus. My husband called them and they had to order the part, which took a few weeks to arrive. Once I took my phone in, James worked on it and did an amazing job fixing the glass backing and front screen on my phone. My phone is like brand new! I would highly recommend this place for any phone repairs.

Computer Warriors returned my laptop to me on a Thursday, brought it to them late afternoon the Monday before. While they fixed my problem with great expertise and professionalism, the cost of their services was more reasonable than I expected! That was the second time I brought my laptop in for a repair unrelated to the first time and they impressed me both times with their turnaround time and their cost. Highly recommend!

Computer Warriors is an excellent company. I recommend them to everyone i know. They were very attentive to what I needed from my laptop. The price was lower than most other places and the salesman was so sweet and patient. My son has had his laptop for over 3 years and never had an issue.

I came here on a recommendation after my computer kept spazzing and not responding to me. I just needed a new hard drive, install and transfer. Everyone here was very professional, enlightening and got back to me in a timely manner. I would highly suggest going here. If you are good with computers and just need a diagnostics check, they can do that too. In total, for a new hard drive, install and transfer, it was about $270. As much as it pained me to have to drop some bucks unexpectedly, that price rarely isnt bad and my computer is running better than when I first bought it (3 years ago). For most new laptops running from $500 to $1300, this was such a great place to go, especially since all my schoolwork is online. My only niche was that the bottom of my laptop had some extra scratches from being removed. This was to be expected, but my laptop is a very clean one and had fewer nicks than when I got it back. Its not really a biggy though. That happens with disassembly and repair. I will definitely recommend this place to others in the future!

So I called in with an ususual request unrelated to computers and the normal array of equipment that they work on. I was politely answered and, although they couldnt diagnose my issue over the phone, they still recommended that I bring my projector in for a look. After about ten minuted, they assessed the issue and ended my two-week search for an answer to my connectivity problem. Tim and Austin were very polite, very professional, and all around good knowledgeable people at a needed service. 20/10

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are patient and talk with their customers about their needs. They dont carry much in terms of extra components, but who can honestly take that risk in 2021(Im looking at you GPUs) in Jacksonville? I will definitely continue to use their services in the future!

The Computer Warriors are awesome. A different company claimed to have fixed my tablet but in turn damaged it more. I brought my tablet to Computer Warriors and they fixed my tablet and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong. I wish I had brought my tablet there first. They are amazing.

All reps/techs were incredibly friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with customer handling, every single time. Their turnaround time for repairs is fast and they do a great job. I’ve heard of this company for a while now but I finally had the opportunity to bring them business. I got an iPhone 11 Pro Max and my charge port started getting a lot of buildup in it. I brought it in and they immediately knew that it was the buildup that was causing the issue. Before I brought my phone in I had to prop my phone up engineer style to get it to charge/play music. But not 15 mins after handing my phone over they resolved the issue completely. The staff is extremely friendly and I will refer anybody that has a tech issue to these guys. I went to Computer Warriors to get information on a DVR Security System that needed repair. Even though there do not repair DVRs, the gentlemen spent 15-20 minutes trying to direct me to the right person or website where I could buy one. Remarkable that he would do this and spend valuable time where he should have probably spent his efforts elsewhere. If I needed computer service, Computer Warriors is the place I would go.They are a 5 star organization.

I brought in my laptop due to the keyboard being inoperable. Unfortunately they were unable to fix it. However, this isnt the issue. I can understand them being unable to solve the issue, thats totally cool. Whats not cool is what happened when I returned to pick it up. Upon inspecting my computer to make sure it was in the same state as I returned it i was surprised to find that someone had used the wrong length screws while reassembling it and dimpled the case of an other wise very clean laptop. I understand accidents happen i get that but knowing you damaged a customers item and trying to give it back isnt cool. Maybe they didnt know you would say? Well when I mentioned it I was met with unfortunately the tech used the wrong length screws and thats what caused the dimples Unacceptable. To top it all off the computer and case were completely dirty. I can accept getting an item back still broken but not worse. They did replace the damaged parts free of charge so at least Im back to square one.

Had a cracked iPhone screen I’ve been putting off getting fixed. Finally decided to get it fixed and Computer Warriors did an awesome job within a few hours of drop off I had my phone back.

I had an IPhone 6s and it started glitching out and everything so I brought it here. The gentleman that was helping me (I believe his name was Nathaniel) was extremely nice and professional while he was helping me. Unfortunately my phone was not able to be fixed, but Nathaniel tried everything to make the phone work but it just wasn’t having it. (Some hardware circuit board stuff or something). Even though he couldn’t fix it, he made it less painful when I had to go get a new phone just due to the professionalism and the fact that he tried everything he could to resolve the problem.

So helpful and knowledgeable! I’m really glad I came here because now I know what my options are. I am super impressed!

The price to get an IPad screen repaired here is pretty pricey ($283.50 in total for tablet part and general repair). In my relatives case, their 2015 Apple IPad Air 2 screen blacked out after installation from Computer Warriors and wouldnt respond, but the repair person at Computer Warriors fixed their screen and black-out issue after a few days free of charge. Warranty and service are good here, but for the price of parts installation and repair for an IPad Air 2, you could just fork over a little extra money for a brand new tablet. Maybe not another Apple product though. I understand the price set-up isnt entirely the businesss fault-Apple has to take some responsibility for their ridiculous parts prices-but I figured I would post this review to be transparent with others on the costs involved to repair an Apple product.

Dropped my pc off to have a Liquid cpu cooler and ram installed. Computer Warriors did a Great and fast job getting this done for a fair price. My Cables where routed cleanly and the case was dust free when i got it back. Definitely recommend these guys.

These guys will literally fix just about anything. Took in my PS4 because it kept ejecting the disc several times on its own while Id be playing one of my games. Took it to them and said theyve never heard of a PS4 doing that before but would take a look at it. A couple days later, I got a call back stating that they located the problem. The disk drive got wet in the past from something so they put in a new disk drive after okaying it with me, and now the PS4 works as if its brand new again. I will definitely be back again if I have any other problems with any other of my electronics. Highly recommend

They go above and beyond what is generally provided by other like-minded businesses in the area for computer repairs. Their customer service is superior and very professional yet very friendly. Ive dealt with two others in the area and was sorely disappointed. I like that Computer Warriors provide status updates on repairs via text and/or call if need be. They are very informative about the cost of repairs, whether it is worth it or not. I never have felt pressured to buy services. They even assisted me in registering a warranty. How many times do we have to do that and forget to once we get home.. lol At CW you never feel like you are asking stupid questions. My screen got shattered. After calling around to find a place to replace it, either they didnt have my phone type. Or I had to pay almost $200 when my phone new is $120. I got recommended to Computer Warriors. I gave them the model number, they had it so they ordered and I paid for the part. Brought my phone in the next day. The part didnt really go with my phone, so they went ahead and ordered another part overnight. Mail got mixed up that day, so they ordered another part overnight. The part came in and they got my phone working perfectly. My phone had to stay there for a few days but I didnt mind. They were so kind and helpful. Made sure I understood what was happening and walked me through the process step by step. Awesome team, friendly very small helpful. I would recommend to everyone I know. This is where I will go for all my electronic needs/repairs.

A $50 diagnostic fee and then wanted to replace things that did not want or need to be replaced to charge me $300 for eight $89 part seems like a really great way to do business take your computer somewhere else. On top of which they claim to be Apple friendly however Apple does not list them as an authorized repair or retail dealer. A matter fact the lady at Apple customer service told me to get my computer and not let them touch it. And then they called my phone number to complain about my Google review sorry maybe do better business.

I went in to to sell my laptop and received amazing service. I mentioned that I wanted a certain computer, and they found me a refurbished one for a better deal than the one that I was originally going to buy. All of the guys in the store are friendly and will help you to the best of their ability. Trevor did a great job working on my Mac, it had the Gray screen of DEATH!He got it restored just the way it was before the death. Awesome customer service, thanks Austin for Listening to me ramble about my Mac. I also love the workshop atmosphere. Working on stuff out in the open is such a good idea. Theres no sales lady or secretary, just guys who know what theyre doing, and they are all working or answering the phone all out in the open. Even their offices have big windows you can see into. That is cool.

I brought my phone in to get my headphone port replaced and was really impressed with the quality of service and the kindness I received, even from my first phone call with them. Theyre very knowledgeable and everyone there is super helpful. Austin was a huge help and was the one who worked on my phone. He was personable, approachable, and very quick and timely with my repair - I was so grateful to him and the others for helping me out!

The folks seemed knowledgeable but their prices were a bit high for lower end computer repairs. Its cheaper to buy a new Dell than to have minor repairs made. Probably a good place for high end gaming computers. Staff were very friendly.

My wife and I actually chose Computer Warriors because of its excellent reviews. After speaking with them first by phone, it was evident that the Computer Warriors team is both knowledgeable and honestly interested in helping people fix their computers. With the amount of data and important images we had loaded onto it, we were highly invested in making sure my hard drive was restored to proper use. We dropped off my computer tower and I was immediately assured by a Computer Warriors rep that the problem was fixable. A few days later, Computer Warriors called with a total diagnosis of the issues as well as the most economical and efficient way to fix them. I had my wife pick up the tower and they were very polite and helpful, even assisting her in putting the tower in our truck. If you need to get your computer issues sorted, Computer Warriors is definitely your best and smartest bet.

Took my computer in Wednesday afternoon had the diagnostic done by the end of the next day and ready for pickup on Friday. Hands down the best and fastest service I have ever had in regards to computer repair. They even took the time to clean my computer and reinstall some of my most used programs. The customer service I had with this company was the best I have ever experienced. After paying for parts to be ordered for two devices, I had a mix up with my phone company and I was not able to complete my repair scheduled for the following day. Not only did they issue me a full refund which caused them to lose out on shipping costs, the owner, Nate, went out of his way to email my bank for me and get my refund back into my account almost immediately instead of the normal 3-5 business days it usually takes to process. I have never spoken to someone from a business who was willing to put their customers needs before anything, even if it was a loss to them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in the Jacksonville or surrounding areas that is looking for phone repairs.

This is the fastest computer Ive ever had. Before, it would take 5-10min to load. The service was excellent. The workers were professional and followed up to keep me informed on the status of my computer. The store was in a convenient location. It wasnt too pricey. Excellent place of business and amazing employees. I brought my IPhone 7 Plus in to have a screen replacement. The first one was defective. Replaced that one with out hesitation. I was having issues with the new screen. They spent 4 hrs trying to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out my phone is a really rare case. I was refunded the money I payed for the screen. My HP Beats laptop was on the brink of death. Literally hanging on by cords, the screen was shattered and one of the hinges was broken by rambunctious children. I got my laptop back and couldn’t believe it was mine! It looked brand new and it works perfectly. The touch screen works better than ever. Highly recommend!!

My laptop was running slow and the CD/DVD drive was not operating. Brought it to Computer Warriors after recommendations from my neighbors. Dropped it off and told them I would be out of town for the next week so there was no rush. They called that evening and told me the CD/DVD was an incompatible driver with Windows version and it was fixed. Explained options to speeding up my computer including replacing old fashioned drive with a solid state drive. Gave prices and options for varying sizes and listened to what I had for external storage and future needs. Suggested a size drive to accommodate my needs and price point. Told me the could get it done in a couple days. I reminded them there was no rush but it was done before it was promised. These guys talk in English, not computereze and LISTEN! I cant recommend them high enough. Their service, knowledge and professionalism are all outstanding.

Amazing costumer service! I have a macbook and the other day one of the keys on my keyboard broke, so I googled a place to get it fixed. I found this place and came in and the staff was very friendly and helpful was. The gentleman John let me know what was wrong and even went above and beyond to look for the key I was missing so I wouldn’t have to order one and wait. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming here for any and all future electronic fixes I may need.
