Does an excellent job on repairs. Does not charge a fortune and makes sure it is in tip top shape. We are very satisfied with them. Would not go to another. Excellent work and very friendly. Get job done quick but right. Keep up the good work.

Got my computer going again for a reasonable charge and good customer service

Kept getting the BSOD couldn’t figure it out. John was very professional and answered any questions I had, he fixed the computer and set it all up for me and explained everything. Would recommend him a million times over.

These guys have been keeping me in business for years now. replaced PCs and removed viruses even over the weekend so i could do business again on Monday. Also setup my hardware so we all now have dual video monitors and all as a reasonable price. Will do biz again & again Im Sure!!!

I was browsing through computer stores and seen some bad reviews in this place so i decided to leave one. if you go to geek squad theyre going to charge for any technical information. Friendly and great service

My 5 stars indicate my feelings and experience with this company for about 15 years. This company was my primary computer company in Jacksonville, FL coming to my home for service regularly when I lived in Ponte Vedra Beach. When I moved back to NC in 2011, I bought a new computer in 2012 from Dr. PC. Service was done remotely by John for 5 years, and any issues were always corrected. Now, I have an even faster one bought recently from Dr. PC. I sent my old one to John for data transfer, and he set up my new computer and shipped it to me. John is able to solve any problem and teach me in a single phone call working remotely on my computer. His patience with customers, who are not as tech savvy as he is, continues to be exemplary. I highly recommend this company. I have always been satisfied with Dr. PC, and you will be as well.

This is a review of a company that takes advantage of customers. I do computer repair at a rival company. We had a customer come in with a 6+ year old Windows XP computer that he purchased from Doctor PC a few weeks earlier. Doctor PC charged this gentleman $700 for a used computer. They are dishonest.
