Excellent car wash and vacuum sections. They have great mat cleaners with or without water. Im here multiple times a month and Shawn is always smiling, asking about my day, and does the bug prep thoroughly. Hes the cherry on top of a great experience at your facility. Thanks Shawn.

I recently moved to the area and went to this car wash for the first time. I will never go back. After I went through the car wash and got out to vacuum, I noticed a huge patch of paint missing from the front of my Mini Cooper above the bumper. I told an employee what happened, and I was told that there was paint peeled off in that spot prior to me going into the car wash and the dryer must have made it worse. There was no missing paint on that part of my car beforehand. I drive my car to work every day and back in to my parking spot so I would have noticed. But I guess it is my word against theirs and I’m stuck with the damage. I do not recommend this business.

Its a nice place the employees are nice and helpful. The only reason I gave it a 3 it doesnt really get the car clean. I have a pass so you have to go alot to maintain. If you have bird droppings it can take 3 times going through to get it off. Same if you have cat paw prints on it. Get it really clean and use it to maintain. If you go once in a while youre better off going to a different car wash. Its nice that they have many around town. Get the monthly pass go often.

Good solid carwash 2 vacuums per car a sink for washing your rubber mats and a clothmat cleaner! Well worth the money!

Glad I switched to Gate. I just had my truck painted and was going to suspend membership. Nice young man told me they have touchless wash is you need it!!! Wow, I am still able to use my membership. I am very happy 😊😁.

I came from another monthly car was plan from a different company across town. They had much better perks of monthly washes: free rags, glass cleaner and degreaser. They also gave you air freshener, free of charge.Ive had 3 washes now and Im not quite happy with the finished product out of the wash. After bringing my own rags, I made it look a little better.The vacuums are better, they have smaller nozzles which helps to get into the crevices in your car.

Actually, this is not a bad deal if you have time to run your vehicle through often. A one time wash is not sensible. Multiple unlimited washes using their pay plan makes sense.

Gate express clearly needs to value their monthly members enough to create members only lanes. I would consider changing wash companies for this reason alone

This one is one of the easiest to get in and out of! It is an automated car wash with self-serve vacuums. The vacuums are some of the strongest I have used, it makes pretty short work of the job. They also have included floor mat cleaning machines available. It is typically quick and easy. If you purchase the monthly subscription, they affix a barcode to your Windshield and you can take your vehicle once per day to wash and vacuum. I find myself using it quite a bit, even if just to run through for a quick wash.

If you like keeping your set of wheels clean then gate is the place. The membership is a great investment for somebody who like to keep their vehicle up without the cost. This is the inexpensive way to make your wheels looking garage kept without the garage.

I like the variety of prices and add ons. The vacuums work really good.

Always great wash. 15.00 a month unlimited was and vacuum. There are other plans cheeper and more money.

Part of my front bumper came off when I brought my car through the wash. Lower front lights also popped out of place. The vacuums are awful and don’t suck up anything. I paid for the platinum wash, and my car was barely even clean or dry. Won’t be back.

If you want to have to wash your car before and after you get your car washed, then this is the place...also if you want the bugs off thats extra. Not kidding!? Needless to say Ill be canceling my 3 memberships. Which you can only do by going there! What year is this again?

Waited in line for 30 mins and then went through the car wash never started just rode right through and went around to talk to them and got told I would have to wait in line again poor customer service and will never go back

Please beware! If you have a new vehicle I would not recommend this can wash. I have always hand washed my own vehicle since the day I purchased it, and as I took it through this wash the other day in a rush to get to my evening class ,I noticed after taking it through the wash when I stopped at a near by gass station, the brushes from the car wash made little places in my paint job on the hood and on the door of my car. I followed up with a manager who told me basically there were not going to take any responsibility for the damage. Now I have several places where my new paint job has several scratches on the hood and I have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed. Needles to say ,I wont be going back. Im very disappointed!

DO NOT get the hot wax package. Itll leave wax spots on your car that you will have to remove manually.
