Staff was really nice but the work wasnt done well. Paid for the highest package and got into the car to still find dirt in the seats/mats and on the center console. At first it looked like a good job but after inspecting, found a poor quality job done. Definitely looks like they didnt use the air pump to clean out the tight places.They were super busy at the time we went but still expecting to have things done correctly. More than likely not going back.

Standard car wash. Reasonable prices..But took a very long time on a random Monday afternoon. Bug splatter still on the front of my car, not washed.

IF you decide to use this business because its convenient and budget friendly be aware they do not take ownership for any dents/scratches that occur while in their business. They actually said they would check the cameras. If their machine made the dent/scratch Im not sure how that would be detected on a camera? Looks like a rock/pebble somehow hit and then was rubbed around so I am guessing this may have happened during the wash.If you take your vehicle here be prepared for possible damages with no fixes, not even an offer for a refund/partial refund so you will be stuck with whatever damages occur. In addition, they will try and state the damages are from your own doing.

The quality of the clean is not impressive at all. Seems as if theyre cleaning with the same dirty rag over and over. First time I took my wifes car, they stole all her change out of the glove compartment. Second time I went, they stole my JBL Bluetooth speaker from under my seat. Gave them yet ANOTHER chance and they stole the cup holder inserts and the pencil tray insert from my truck. REALLY?! Those are attached to my truck!! I understand there is a sign that states they are not responsible for personal belongings but those are a part of the vehicle!! They are nothing but a bunch of thieves. Im still waiting to hear back from the manager. I will never be returning and will be letting all my friends and family know not to go to them. Youre better off going through the drive thru and cleaning the car yourself.

Stopped going to Bubbles almost a year ago as the place was going down hill, well I guess they turned things around as we just got the Bubbles Special #2 for $20.99 inside and outside and it was a fantastic job. First they no longer do the vacuum service at entry just take your order from the easy to read list. They do a visual inspection for scratches etc. which is good as I have heard that some folks try to get away with making claims that the Wash did the damage. They have 5 choices with the Top end Bubbles #1 price of $30.99 for a complete inside and outside wash, vacuum etc. Our Chrysler 300s made it through and was then addressed by a professional group who did an outstanding job from bumper to bumper our baby 👶 shines. As Bill checked out he noticed that they give a $2 off for past and present military...nice touch and many thanks. We will be back and you also give them a try.

Extremely underwelming and never again. Arrived at 1030 and left at noon! Yes they were busy but the staff are not quality car washers. Two people ahead of me were livid with their vehicles and demanded refunds. When they called my car I noticed they didnt even vacuum my two front seats! Also lots of residue left on the interior windshield. Plus you have to buy the max package to get Armor-All on the dash?! Ive gone to Scrubbles twice in Town Center and it was a completely different and much better experience.

This place is awesome! They always do a great job inside and out of the car and is super fast for pretty cheap. You’ll want to make sure to bring some cash to tip the people cleaning it after though!!

Very disappointed. Purchased the super. Came home and spent approximately 1 hour finishing the job. Had to clean residue from my vehicle. Had to vacuum my vehicle. Maybe my expectations are to high. They were not crowded or busy. Have been going there for years. I very seldom leave adverse reviews but felt compelled to do it this time. The associate that completed my vehicle however was very nice and considerate.

They were short staffed this last time I went. I prefer this place over any other. Missed a few spots inside but it was like 90 degrees out and few workers. Still wont go anywhere else!

Left my car at 3:00PM for detailing. Was told they close at 5:30PM. I come back at 4:00PM and theyre closed. They left my brand new 2021 Audi Q7 in the middle of the parking lot on a FRIDAY afternoon! Thankfully I had a second key and took a $40 uber ride home and back! If i dont get my refund im taking this company to court! They have horrible customer service and service!!!

Front desk young lady was friendly. Hard workers on the cars. Ask about some spots that they miss dryers seem to get an attitude. I am spending my cash I have the right to ask.

First and last time I will ever come here. I asked for just inside only. Wasnt worried about the outside. I told them I just want a really good vacuum and wipe down. They charged me for interior, plus I paid for 4 mats to be cleaned. Disgusting. Looks like it wasnt even touched! What did I pay for?! Everything and I mean everything was still dirty!

All they did was shine dirt. Paid more for my mats to b washed still dirty. Disappointed 37$ and they only had to clean front seats and all windows inside. Employee had attitude. No I didn’t tip because of service and when I asked for a rag attitudes came. I still have to pay and get my car cleaned. Outside they dnt hit the rims after going thru machine.

I had a birthday coupon for a free car wash. Called to ask what time they close. They said 5pm. Got there before 5pm and they were closed!! Left work early and drove out of my way for my coupon to expire today and them not be open when they said they were.. I guess they just close when they want to! Nothing like paying for the supreme carwash.. the bubble bonanza or what ever it was. (Which is the top teir) Still took an hour. Car mats not even placed right, vacumn half-bootied, and on top of that come on didnt even wipe down the center consoles.. please. I sent my daughter to wash the car and this is how it is completed.First time ive used them they were great, 5 years ago. Today, 10 times later... Im glad I go to prime car wash down the street instead of them.Save ur money and just go to another car wash like prime car wash..

Overall I was happy with the results. Staff was friendly, they were quicker than I was told, however my reason for this rating was I paid $4 extra for them to put rain-x all over the car (including the front window, which I specifically asked about.) That definitely DID NOT happen. The next day I’m driving in rain and notice zero difference. I’ve used rain-x plenty of times in the past so I have an understanding of how it should work. Maybe it was an honest mistake but not getting what I paid for is a bit frustrating. My advice, don’t get add ons.

First and last time coming to this place, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE, I left my car here because I work basically across of the street and they said they close at 5pm, I got here at 4:40pm and they were already gone, all of them! They left my car parked on the parking lot unlocked and they have my key inside of the Closed office, no phone call before they left, no phone number to call them, no nothing!

First time there, everyone was very nice, the prices are not bad. And they did a pretty good job cleaning my car, looks like new. I will definitely go back soon.

This is the last time I’m taking my car to Bubbles. This place used to be AMAZING. But it has gone downhill over the past year or so. Today, I had somewhere I needed to be and I arrived with what I thought was plenty of time to get to my destination. But these people work with NO sense of urgency. They used to be quick, but not anymore. What really got me was at the end, the people drying the car took forever. I finally got fed up and told them I had somewhere I needed to be when they STOPPED drying my car, leaned on it, and started conversing with each other. Avoid this place!

Not bad for an auto wash, really there is no better detail than doing it yourself. Water spots on black paint are not a good look but for a quick wash and vac it isnt bad.Edit: I took my vehicle back for a second chance and purchase the $20 wash. I was told I should have come earlier that there was a 45 min wait. There were no cars in the machine and three cars in the bay. After picking my package I was told hop out and we will take care of the rest. I have a fixed antenna and its bent now as one would expect going through the machine. The two that took care of the truck after the wash used dirty rags to wipe windows, the actual wash didnt remove the dirt and bugs etc. from the mirror caps or grill. There was no real wipe down of the truck which black and now has water spots. The windshield is streaked as well as rear window. The machine doesnt clean, the vacuum or its operator doesnt do a thorough job and they complain when customers point out the issues and dont provide a large tip. Not worth the money, I came home and had to re wash my vehicle when I got home.

Even for 12 on Sunday the line.moved quickly and they did a great job.

The staff professional courteous and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to recommendations for your vehicle needs. They do an excellent job detailing and cleaning the cars. Highly recommended. I have even recommended it to family members and friends that have come to visit me here in Jax.

I went there on Tuesday and got my car done. All of the people who work there were very nice and helpful! I could not possibly imagine what it’s like to clean cars all day! I clean houses 6 days a week sometimes 7 , so I understand you always can’t do a perfect job but they did very well with my car and I was happy! 😃

My car looked great.......by the time I got it. After it went through the automated wash, it sat for 15 minutes before anyone touched it. I was there for nearly 40 minutes.

My car should be hand washed because their machine was down first of all they could not use wax what I really did not care about but hand wash my car with just spraying cleaning supply on it and use their rack to clean a big no no.I asked what they understand of hand washing a car and one employee stated water bucket with soap.my car was not washed with water and soap. I told them before I left that my car has the same spots of dirt than before I came. I did not go for awhile to this car wash but one year ago they was so good a shame what happened to this place.

Bubbles has definitely changed now , not sure how or why with the original owners letting bubbles go down hill to the point I wouldn’t ever go back , but NOW with the new owners I gave it another try and I must say. They really have done their best to turn the business around , offering discounts / free car washes / properly cleaning the vehicles and not taking 2hrs to do it. I’m definitely happy to say I will now be a customer again. Sometimes it only takes change to show what a business is really about.

Bubbles Car wash is hands down the best in Jacksonville!! I got my antique 89 Corvette hand washed and detailed without the top on and they accommodated accordingly and made my car look brand new!! Amazing customer service and very informative!!!

Its an okay place to take your car to be cleaned. They do a fair job.. If you have nice rims on the car, they get a little beat up from being put on the tracks.

My windshield is not clean, the mats are still dirty, and the back doesnt look like it was vacuumed. So, I am on my way home to do what I should have done this morning... Clean my car.

I’m unfortunately, after my recent 48.00 visit, I was disturbed to say the least; I could have done a better job myself without even trying. They did not even pick up stuff in floorboards to vacuum under, nor did they wipe the interior as I asked. If I could could give NO STARS I would. Such a shame...Connie

First time going since new ownership. First problem was my car was not getting moved through, three people that were behind me, got their car finished before mine. After 30 minutes, I went and spoke to cashier, asking her, she had no clue either, went outside, asked about the wrong car. As my car sits there, not being touched, water drying spots all over it, I went out and showed her which car, it was then done in 10 minutes. That should have said it all. I went and did a walk around, (by this time frustrated that I was there for 45 minutes) seemed ok, but a few spots I had to show detailer. Sometimes you dont notice things until the sun hits your car, or the next day... this was the case, called and spoke with someone who did not speak the best English, and was told sign say check before leave sorry no refund, you not check car!I didnt even want a refund, I wanted them to understand why I would not be back. She didnt care, and hung up on me.Wont be back, and will make sure I tell everyone how badly I was spoken to. Was not going to post a review but after being hung up on, yesss sirrr.....

I want to give this place a good review, but I can’t. I paid for next to the best wash and my car was only halfway done. I had to tell the guy to get the inside of my trunk which he forgot and by the time I got inside of my car I realized that the whole inside front was still covered in dust and untouched. I am having to go back home and finish the job. This is probably my 5th time coming here over the last decade and I think that I’m done.

I have been going to this car wash since the mid 1980s and started back since moving back to the area after several years away. I always considered it the best car wash in Jacksonville and it was still good when I returned in 2013. Im sure it has gone through a few owners over the years and I know it has new owner and my recent experience has not been good. The detail crew is just not doing a good job. I also notice the crew finishing off the cars are not the same.

I paid for Rainex as well and I see from another poster they did not apply it to their car. So I am unsure if they applied to mine and wasted 4.00. Well I may have to find another car wash detailer as I do not wish to pay for something I may not have received.

Absolutely awesome car wash! Very much like the song Car Wash by Rose Royce... Guys and girls work very hard! They do a great job and you leave him a little tip. They work on tip so dont forget him! They have a sale often 20% off the car wash. They offer all different kinds of car washes. We take all of our cars there even though we live in St Augustine. Highly recommend

Well.... today marks my last visit to this carwash. The last few times I’ve noticed the service and quality of the washes steadily declining. After the wash today i still noticed hard water spots on the top corner of my windshield on the passenger side. i asked for a supervisor and she shrugged me off. Another employee offered to help me and did the best he could to clean my windshield. I appreciated his help. Spots still visible though.I was told by the same supervisor that i would have to pay to have my car detailed to have the spots removed. Not a problem, just didn’t have time today. I offered to pay more just to use the specific spray to remove the spots.. I was told no.... due to employees stealing cleaning supplies and I would have to come back for a detailing. I decided to stop at an auto parts store on my way home and purchased some cleaning spray and removed spots myself with a few sprays and a wipe.

They did an excellent job on my van today! Everyone was super polite and helpful. This was the first time I’ve watched someone wash my car and think “wow, they’re thorough!”. Will be back.

You get what you pay for. Paid for the works thinking it would be a little better than what I was expecting from a car wash joint but nope. For $35 and 45 minutes wait Id really hope you would at least throw the trash out out of the car and clean out the cup holders. Its a decent place but nothing to get excited about. Im sure the $10.99 option is just as good as The Works

I went and had my car cleaned today. What a wonderful job the new owners are doing. The car was handled with care and not an inch left unclean. I cannot believe this. Over the years of going to Bubbles I’ve never had such a wonderful car wash. I would highly recommend you have your car cleaned at bubbles car wash. I LOVE that the QUALITY is back!!

A full service car wash from beginning to end. You have to be patient, but it is worth the wait.

I went to this place for a first time and the boss was nice. He is a new owner so he gives everyone 20% discount. I appreciate that, but I wasn’t happy at all about the service. They weren’t busy so I expected them to do good on my car. I don’t mind to pay a lot, just want my car to be clean. They did a worse job than me. I literally asked them for a towel to clean it, and asked them to clean some spots again. They said it cannot be clean because it was an existing stain, but I went home and cleaned it up. I gave them a chance to fix their work, but they didn’t. I won’t come back there again. I’m sorry to say something honestly like that.

I don’t know what happened to Bubbles Car Wash. They are not good as they were once before. Lately they have been doing a half job on cleaning my car. They don’t clean under the seats. Don’t wipe the interior, exterior or the dash board good. I could of done a better job than they did I just don’t have the time. The people are just lazy they don’t finish.

Had a wonderful experience at Bubbles today. Showed up shortly after it opened and in less than 30 minutes the car was spotless inside and out - even the dried bird poop was gone. Carpeting in car and even in trunk was spotless and I didnt think it could ever get that way again as much debris was in it. Every single person I was in contact with was friendly, professional, and competent. I wont wait so long before I go next time.

Very Expensive. Machinery is old resulting in a poor wash. Obviously the owner is milking this business. It is a shame that such a good location has such a poor carwash.

Very thorough car wash inside and out. Not inexpensive, but worth it on occasion.

Friendly, good wash for my paint but my rims left a lot to be desired. There was brake dust on them but, truly the car looked 200 times better, I just expected my rims to be done better. I will certainly go back, the price is incredibly affordable for the amount of work done.

Paid $45 for hand wash in my Jeep. I have soft top cant go through a machine.At first I liked it even though I had to go around and point out all the spots missed and show them the whole entire gate (back door) to open so they can clean it after they told me it was done.All they did was use their rag and some spray to wipe it off.Still walking around my Jeep after 2 days of rain lots of places missed.They all were super nice but the quality was lacking. They need to slow down and care about the job they are doing to have returning customers.HOWEVER when I do come back from riding in mud I wont hesitate to stop by and have them get the bulk off of the mud off. Should have taken pictures to show what I mean.

Decided Id call over and get pricing for interior/exterior cleaning since they are just right down the road.Their website isnt set up, or Id have just gotten pricing online.The woman who answered the phone was sweet but clueless.She asked me to call back tomorrow, said their detailer was not there today. I said, Its late, I wouldnt want to come today anyway. I just want pricing.Again, the lady was very sweet but didnt know what to tell me. She asked me to please just call back tomorrow.Not a horrible experience but not a great way to gain new business and instill confidence in consumers.

First time there. Super nice people, but my cars still pretty dirty inside. Dog hair all over my passenger seat as well. Same dust and built up all over my center console as well. Just disappointed

Worst detailing ever.I purchased 30.99$ full detailing but it is not worth for the money. When I asked them to clean the mats they were asking for 6$ extra even though I purchased full detailing plan. After I complaint with the supervisor they took for a additional detailing and still it was not so clean. If you are planning to go you can purchase a minimum plan which costs 14.99$ would be a cheapest option and value for money. There is no difference between 14.99$ and 30.99$. giving this rating for both plans because I tried both

This place is HORRIBLE! I took my SUV there today to get it washed inside and out. I notice when I left and on the highway they didnt wipe anything inside. I also notice someone took a rag with sticky stuff all over the rag and tried to wipe the front dashboard. I called to tell the person at the front desk, who I was told was the owner, who really didnt care. She didnt even offer to give me my money back.

I have been going to this place once a month for the last three years. The last six months have shown a massive decline in quality. I went this morning and purchased the Bonanza. Long story short horrible detailing, only two of the four rims were cleaned and the glass was smeared and spotted. I went home and spent the next 30 minutes fixing their issues. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Buyer beware.

Where is the Bubbles of days ago. Service was horrible. I got in the car front window just like it was before getting washed. Bug coverings from Road trip. I had to ask him to rewipe and he didnt use any spray. Towel left in my back seat. Sorry mami. Got home another towel in my back seat also. I had to take that towel and clean all the dry spots left on car. Bubbles service is not the same. I should have known there was only 4 cars there when I got there.Not going back.
