This place is amazing. They did an awesome job on my car! I def recommend. They can get busy so bring something to do while you wait, but def worth the wait!

There were 2 people working here today including the owner who went from wiping down cars outside and checking people out at the register. It took about an hour from start to finish. They did a good job of vacuuming inside. Its a typical car wash where your car is guided through water jets and soap/wax and blow dried. Outside, they wipe down the interior and exterior depending on what grade of service that you buy.

I have been a customer for 13 yrs. They have done every oil change and detail. The last few years with different owners. Not enough help. Hard to find an employee even inside. And most dont speak English. After my visit today and walking to the back of the building to find help. Then the non English speaking lube attendant didnt know how to turn off my maintenance light. Which I did by the way. I will not be back!

I will never bring my car back to this place ever again! After my car ran through the car wash the attendant came and notified me that my car was finished which surprised me because it was only about 5 minutes after my car had gone through the car wash bay. When I went to check out my car I found that my car was still dirty. I opened the back of my Jeep window hatch only to find out the attendant had not even touched. There was a very large amount of leaves and pollen still all the way of the opening. I then checked out my rims only to find that they were not clean. I asked the attendant if I could please have his cleaning rag and then very easily started to wipe off the grim with no effort. I then started looking over my entire car and I found that the pollen wasnt wiped off of it as well. Inside of my car I found that the attendant didn’t clean the inside of my door panels as well as the console. After finding all these conditions I then went to speak with the manager only to find out that he wanted to charge me more for the attendant to correct the areas I mention above. Huh? I got the Diamond service package which cost me $36.00 that’s the best package they offer. The photos I took when I got back home after I left and only to see that the top of my car was extremely dirty. I have been a customer to this place over the years but I will never go back to this place again. BUYER BEWARE

Ive been reading the reviews and was wondering how my service today would be. Ive gone in the past, and actually worked here back in 2001-2002, and Ive never had a bad experience. Well, today continues that streak! 100% satisfied! My boyfriend got me a gift card for Christmas and turns out if you put more than $50 on their gift card, they will add 15% to it. Not only was I happy about that, but I bundled two detailing packages (seats and carpet cleaning) and upgraded to their Diamond car wash and still had some money left over! The two guys working on my car did a fantastic job. There were spots on my seats and carpets where I (sadly) spilled some Starbucks, and when they were done, it was as if the stains never existed! I was very impressed and will be returning for my future car wash needs!!!

Its a great place for you to get your car cleaned and vacuumed, I do advise that you let them know not to go in the truck because theyre know to have stolen from people in the past... But they do a good clean up job.

Took my car the yesterday for the oil change, they did well I had a good attention, the cleaning guy humble came at me telling me my rims needs a clean I wasn’t sure so he showed me a sample I saw the difference and accepted the rim clean up , after the service my car looks great. The only thing wrong I saw is bad costumer service , the owner seemed like he had a bad day early that morning , tried talking to him , replied half a word then turn his back on me and later on saw him yelling at the guy who was cleaning my vehicle. Such a good sight for the costumer to see. Honestly I’m giving 4 star because of the employees that work there. And one thing I like to see my car being wash was on the machine thru the window but those window are too dirty... I think someone need to grab a rag and start cleaning them instead of being moody and yelling.

Best value in the area, takes a little longer than others but service is worth it

Would not go back. Had a dent in my passenger rear door when I got home. They use a small pressure washer to spray the wheels before it goes through the washer. The guy was struggling with the hose and I think he bumped my car trying to unkink the hose. I cant prove it and was not in position to see it but I didnt go anywhere else today for this to happen. Also interior clean is a joke. Wheels were a joke. I left and recleaned it myself.

Need better wipe down inside and window cleaning

So, I looked up the company online and read the amazing reviews. Drove 45 minutes to get here, after reading online that open hours on Saturdays are from 8am-6pm. I arrived at 4:37pm. All doors were locked, nobody is here. Sign on the door says Saturday 8-6. Very frustrating. False advertising. Thats 45 min here, 45 min to go home. What a waste of time and gas. You just lost a customer, one thats spreads the word via social media and in person when I find a good thing. They should post online the correct hours, and also change the hours on the door. One more thing. The store was not closed early because of weather. It has not rained all day!!! I just read some more reviews, unfortunately I missed all of those negative ones. Apparently this owner does not care about his business or his reputation. This place will be shut down in the next year due to poor service and the fact that they are destroying peoples cars. Im glad they were closed today, it probably saved me thousands of dollars due to damage to my car

This place was extremely expensive! You drive through a car wash where half of these Car Wash spinning things dont work! Your vehicle comes out dirty halfway down! I did tip the guy that wiped out my car because he was the only one working they should take down the instant Car Wash and let that guy wash your car.! I definitely will not be back! The most expensive car wash on the planet to come out with a dirty car!

Went to get my truck washed there, they didnt vacuum the car, they didnt wipe down the seats, they didnt clean the seats, they didnt even clean the driver floormat, they are not honest about their products big rip off , and i told guy this was not what I paid for he didnt care at all told me to just be ok with it. I never will take my truck back here, I rather throw buckets of water and do a better job. This place needs to be shut down there is no management none professional establishment!!

They didnt even wipe down the rims, didnt vacuum out my rear hatch, didnt take out floor mats to clean (I had to wipe them down myself afterwards). I paid for the Rain-X treatment. 5hrs later when it rained, nothing beaded off (see pic). Waste of $30 here for nothing more than car wash through gas station automatic wash.

Been going here for years. The service has been good and they try to get you through the wash and clean services as fast as possible. Just be careful cause this place can get busy and you could spend some time waiting for your car to be done.Full service place. Anything from a quick exterior wash to a full inside and out detail with wax. They got you covered. Prices very but are reasonable.

I used to swear by these guys for a hand wash for my SRT Challenger and 65 Barracuda 2 years ago...The wash serves its purpose. With a deep black coat, the paint didnt get too swirled. Good enough. But... Once my car came out of the tunnel, I specifically asked for no tire shine, since my tires like to kick it back up on the paint (Mini Cooper problems). The kid cakes my tires in some sort of gel shine. I ask for one more run through the tunnel at the cheapest setting to get it off. No can do. He wiped the tires with a rag and set me on my way. Looking in to it further, there were sneaker marks on the lower side of my dashboard from his and one others shoes, he left three greasy rags in my passenger seat, and my glass was all hazy... After a generous tip for trying to clean up the tire shine... (The kid was honestly fairly nice, but the language barrier and attention to detail caused for a headache). I went inside simply ask for a quick run through the tunnel. Id take care of the interior on my own (bad days happen, no harm no fowl). Nobody showed up at the desk for 15 minutes. After no AC or an ounce of customer service, I made the call to head out. I hope this changes on my next visit since bad days happen, but this was a headache all around

Have had cars washed there for years. Always a great job. Had my Class C camper serviced there today. Edwin did a fantastic job. Hard to find this quality service anywhere. Take all my cars there, and never been disappointed..

Went today 3/21/2019 and would NOT go back. Completely empty when I got there and now I know why. Car was not cleaned and when I complained, he said if you wanted it cleaned, I should have taken my car to another car wash?!!? REALLY?? The owner would not even talk to me. $32.00 wasted!! BEWARE!!!

They told my boyfriend it was going to be $105 for an oil change, car wash, fuel injection and tire rotation. They charged him $176.51.My boyfriend has been having his vehicle serviced by them since 2017 and we have never experienced such a scam until today.

They used to be so much better! I have a BMW 4-series and the front has an abnormal amount of space for bugs. I got called to my car and I always look there first. It was full of bugs. I asked the guy, whats up with that. His response was priceless, what?. Seriously! I told him to forget about it and my tip! Ill stick to going to the free vacuum spot on Atlantic near Southside Connector.

Worst car wash in the world! Seriously raging: The machine are from the 18th century. No water or soap during the wash only the perfect mix to scratch your car. Staff seems to be lost. 20$ to loose 20 min and to NOT have a clean car at all.

Been going here for about 10 years now, reasonable prices and they do a good detail on your vehicle. They also have a service shop. The manager has been there for awhile and gives you great advice for your ride.

On my first visit my car was cleaned perfectly! This weekend was my 2nd visit and my car looks terrible. I paid $31. They did a terrible job vacuuming carpets. The dash looks as if they wiped it with a dirty cloth. The windows were spotty. Door jams werent touched. And I took it back to be redone and it wasnt much better. Carpets still needed to be vacuumed and the inside still needed to be wiped down.

This was my second time there. First time the guy did a wonderful job cleaning my car. This time I went and paid $40 and they did a poor job. There was still dirt on my dashboard, cup holders, and on the floor. Theres still hand prints and bird poop that wasnt cleaned off properly. Sad to say but I wont be going here anymore.

I usually go to another car wash but I decided to give this place a chance. BIG MISTAKE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Yesterday I took my car here to get a full vacuum and hand wax. I chose 2 packages that came to a total of $60. I get a phone call an hour after I dropped my car off and they said the car was ready. I went to pick it up and they had closed the store due to weather and not a single person was there to give me my key. The car was locked inside of their garage and I could not get it. The phone number on their website is just the store phone and there was no way to get any ones contact. No one called me to say they were closing and to come pick up the car. They just closed it without even caring. The next morning I go to pick up the car and its half washed. The owner was there and he didnt care about anything I had to say. he held my car hostage until I paid then that was it. He didnt want to finish washing the car and he didmt lower the price for all the inconvenience. DO NOT GO HERE.

Usually have pretty good service here but the last few times theyve been slacking. Just spent $35 not including tip on the diamond wash and they didnt even bother to clean my windows my sons window is still covered in his finger and handprint smudges. Little disappointed to be told thats not included but every other time my windows have been cleaned. Still have dirt on my seats as well.Edit: Courtney called me back and said that the windows ARE supposed to be cleaned and has offered to redo the inside of my car for the inconvenience. I appreciate that and am willing to continue going here.

Got the $32 package. The guy might have left more dirt and dust than before he wiped the interior. Exterior was clean and dried well but interior work was as if it didnt happen. Went right back into the vacuum lane and had them redo it and even then I had to point out areas that needed attention. Im not super picky on a cheap wash but the effort and result from this place was poor. Also left an odor inside. Maybe dirty wiping rags? Probably my one and only visit. There are better places for the same pricing.

Its overpriced for what they do. I used to go here because it was convenient, but the last time I went they vacuumed a piece of my Audi A4 out. It was a cap under the arm rest in the front seat that exposes the inside of the car. The replacement for this part is about $75. Theres no way they couldnt have known that they vacuumed up this piece as they couldnt have gotten to it without lifting the arm rest. But they didnt tell me so 2 days later when I lifted it and saw there was a hole where I could almost see down to the road, it was too late. I called and talked to the manager who was like not sure why youre calling. He didnt offer to compensate me, give me a free wash, or even look for the part. He didnt even apologize! It really pissed me off so I am done with these people. Oh, and also on top of the high prices, there is a lot of pressure to tip. And when you have 3 people working on your car at the end, you end up having to tip a lot if you want to give them each something. I was spending about $75 every time I went here. Such crap. Ive had much better and cheaper washes since. Dont go here!

Paid $70 for a car wash and it was mediocre job at best, had to borrow cleaning cloth from guy to wipe down spots, barely vacuumed so had to send it back a 2nd time as I was telling the manager on duty my car was not clean he literally said “why didn’t you tell me?” ... I’m like ..that’s what I’m doing now everyone seemed to have an attitude because I asked it to be fixed had it been a $20 or less car wash I would have charged it but for $70 my car should have been spotless just saying ... only positive the inside waiting area is nice lots of air fresheners & snacks

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I came in with a Groupon for the $36 Complete Diamond wash. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me even more money claiming my Groupon was a discounted coupon. After arguing with me he said its fine you get free wash?!?!?!? I paid for the Groupon!!! On top of that my windows are extremely streaked. The detailer himself told me that this place is trash and not to come here again. Diamonds use to be nice years ago and now its utter garbage .Dont come here.

Have been coming here for years. Getting steadily worse. Only customer on a Sunday but after driving off I notice windshield still has bugs. Get home and front grill, bumper, and front of hood are still dirty also. Not worth going back, manager speaks poor English. Have seen him get rude with other customers. Will find another car wash

The people here are rude and disrespectful. I pulled in, waited for someone to tell me which lane to go in like you would do for most oil change places and was waved in(no problem). Then, I was reprimanded by the guy in charge of the oil change section saying “next time pull all the way into one of the spots or I won’t think you know what you’re doing.” First of all, both lanes had a car in it so how was I supposed to know which lane to go in based off which would finish first. Secondly, what if I didn’t know what I was doing? You’re just rude to new people? He saw me gathering up my stuff and told me tell me when I’m done so he can pull me in. Note, both sections were still full so he had nowhere to “pull me in”. Both encounters now has been full of attitude. I get out of the car and wait for him to notice me because now he is yelling at one of his crew members. When he does notice me he shouts something at me and continues. I ask him to repeat himself and he yells at me go ahead inside, I got you. So now I have left my car running with the keys in it and while the guy who I supposed to be taking care of my car is yelling at his employee. I go inside and sit down because he never gave me a slip or even asked what type of oil I wanted other than “oil change and complimentary wash?”. I go up to the desk in the building and simply state that I want the regular oil and the man at the counter tells me well it’s based off your car, if your car only takes synthetic that’s what we give you. I know places like this like to swindle you, especially women because they don’t think they know what you’re doing. So I simply ask for a verification because I know my car can take regular and I don’t want to be charged just because they already put it in there. The guy at the desk picks up the phone, calls over to the oil change guy and asks him and he says “regular, what are you telling my customers?!”Nothing, they come up to meShe gets regular why would she think she’s getting synthetic?!I don’t know, okayNo, tell her why would she think she’s getting syntheticNo, no, no *smile on his face*”The gag is the phone volume is so loud I can hear everything they’re saying. At this point I just want to get my car and leave, but I figure they already emptied the oil I had in there. Bottom line, I told them they were rude, they’re not getting a tip, and I’m not coming back.

I have never received such poor service in my life. Paid $75.00 for full package. Oil, Lube, Wash, ect... One car in front of me at Oil change center, waited an hour for that service to find out the oil cap was left off. Car moved to vacuum area finally and vacuum service was piss poor at it best. After going through the wash area and an attended did his job all hell was about to break loose if it had not been for my wife. Front hood still had dirt on it, front cowling still had dirt in it, wheel wells were not cleaned, inside of doors were not cleaned, rear bumper not cleaned. To top it off !! Damage to the rear bumper!! Looked like someone had hit it !! I would not recommend these people to wash my car not even my jock strap. I certainly would not recommend them to service my car because of the oil cap situation. If it had not been for my wife and her calm nature the wrath of a very pissed off Marine would have appeared.

Bring my truck and car for full car wash and lube service. They do a great job and always treat me right. I hate that I live in Saint Augustine and have to travel so far for a good wash and lube. But that not their fault!

I wish I had read (and re-read) the reviews before going here. I paid almost $40 for the carpet cleaning wash and was thoroughly disgusted when I finally had a chance to look at the work that was done. There were easy, obvious stains (which I got out with a towel and spray cleaner) left untouched. In addition, only the easy and very obvious locations were vacuumed (ever heard of moving the seats back?), there dirty HAND prints in the interior, none of the door jams were touched, the front window was still smeary, and I could go ON and ON. The worst was that they apparently got dirt/debris into the window track and so when I put the window down to air the vehicle out and then back up, what ever was in there created chinks in my FACTORY tinting. At first, I thought it was water spots but no... I am SO ANGRY I could just scream. I saw someone else complained of defects created in their paint. This is EXACTLY what I am dealing with, but the problem is on the interior surface of the window. What the h*ll are these people washing with?!?! Gravel?? Never again.

I always have a positive experience at this car wash. I get the hand wax and super wash and my car looks brand new when I leave. Im very pleased.

Wont go into length, but this place has completely gone downhill. Extremely unprofessional management that yelled at me in the shop after arguing with another customer. Car had to go through the wash 3 times, still came out dirty, and the antenna broke off. The detailer apologized, but clearly didnt want to notify or tell his manager. Guess this guy scares even his own employees!Get new management or youll be out of business soon!

Do not take your car here. I paid 70 dollars for all around inside and out wash carpet cleaning the works and I got a .50 cent cleaning job. My carpets were soaking wet. Had to be put in a bag to bring home. The rims still had dirt on them as wells as dirt in other areas of the outside of the car. I will never get my car washed here ever agian and you should not either. I would of gave zero stars if it it was possible. Horrible

Got charged a “large car” fee for my mid size suv. The drive through car cleaner was dirtier than my car. At the end, my car wasn’t much cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend.

Bad experience there yesterday. Paid for the Super Diamond package, which is their top level package. Needless to say, the guy who takes the car at the beginning tried to shake me down for an extra 5 bucks when I told him to be sure to scrub the car down for bugs on the grill and front end prior to the car going into the tunnel. Then when I said, you guys and all car washes do that for free...Im not paying extra for the service. So he said OK.Then after the car gets picked up at the end of the tunnel, I noticed that the guy wiping the car down, didnt clean the back window...So when he gets done in record time, I say did you do the back window he responds, no...Do you want me to? Of course, I said, what Am I paying for? Then I ask, what about Armour-alling the dash and door cards. He said you want that too? Im like, yeah, thats what I paid for.Long story short, I feel ripped off and wont be going back. Note: I would have complained to a manager, but I had already spent nearly an hour there and didnt have the time.

Paid $33.00 for the best wash on saturday. What a joke they did not do what was listed for the package. They also scratched my hood on a brand new vehicle. A real dump and I will never waste a penny there again.Do yourself a favor and dont get ripped off like I did.

Horrible experience!!! Took my car there for the very first time b/c I was on that side of town. After a very, very, very long time waiting to get my car back, my car paint now has micro-chips throughout my entire car. What once was a beautiful black paint job that I have hand waxed and buffed every quarter, now looks like it has white ashes all over it. When I brought out the owner to look at the damage his system or crew did, he yelled at me car wash did not do dis, car wash did not do dis in his worst English and walked off. Not only did his car wash do the damage, he is not concerned at all to find out where and how his car wash could be damaging his customers cars. No wonder America is the greatest nation in the world, these foreigners just screw anybody and everybody that unknowingly tries them out.

Brought my car to be hand washed. Before leaving, I noticed significant damage to my front facia, notified manager. Manager immediately stated the damage was there before the car arrived, but said he would view the video. He disappeared for 10 mins, came back and said it was there before. I asked to view to video to make sure and he said I cant. I asked him to contact the owner... stay tuned for more....So it 2 hours to tell me the owner is out of town. Are you serious right now?...So I talked on the phone to a gentlemen who identified himself as Louie. As I was explaining to him the situation, he interrupts me and attacks me saying they clean 200 cars a day, and why is it that my car is the one thats damaged? So he goes on his rant for a few minutes, we go back and forth, tell me to take him to court then he hangs up on me. Excellent Customer Service!!!

Service is worse with each visit... I used to love going here. I told everyone about what an amazing job they do, for very cheap prices. That was then, this is now... I get the same full service done at least every two weeks. Within the past few months, every visit has been worse than the last. The outside is not fully cleaned, there are still dirt/LEAVES (how do you miss piles of leaves) left in visible places. The vacuum job is slowly becoming non-existent. When I questioned whether they vacuumed, I was made to feel as if it was a ludicrous question. How dare I request something that I paid for! They (without explaining what they were doing) called someone over, who jumped in the car, gave it another half-hearted vacuum job and sent me on my way. Now almost nothing is vacuumed. Today I had sandy seats, debris in the cup holder and console, etc. When I drop off my car, I make sure to clean it before they do (to remove all obstacles for them), and yet there are entire portions of the inside that arent even done. They didnt even throw out the bag of garbage! Instead they SPILLED it all over the back seat! There were dots all over my rear-view mirror, as if they sprayed it but didnt wipe it. Zero doors were wiped, and door jambs have not been done the last few visits either. And NEVER have I gotten the air freshener that comes in the package (except the time I remembered to ask for it). One time, it was as if they used a tire shine rag on my windshield, so for MONTHS (even with washing) my windshield was greasy and it ruined my wipers (which I have to special order-at a high cost). The dash is given a crappy wipe down, still sand and dust everywhere-but caked in whatever greasy cleaner is used (in the spots that they actually use it).Prior to this, I felt like a million bucks every time I left there. They make the tires look better than any other place Ive used. The car looked like it was waxed (when it wasnt). The interior looked like it received a full detail (that Ive spent hundreds of dollars on). I keep going back because of HOW GREAT they USED to be. I keep hoping that maybe they might train the masses of new people I feel like theyve hired, but its seeming to be a hopeless cause. I definitely wont be recommending their service any longer, and I am reconsidering going back to a mobile detail. I tip religiously (usually 35-40%) regardless of service, because I have been in their position before. Even better than the standard service, gets an even better tip. If I ever use their service again, my standard tip will be going down considerably-to follow suit with their service.I dont like to complain and I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but their service is getting ridiculously poor. I am so disappointed in this place. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I know their potential. I havent seen 3 stars worth of service in months though-so use at your own caution!

Worst car wash in Jacksonville!! I initially thought Hand Surgery was pretty bad but these guys here are even worse. Customer Service terrible, service attendants were arguing in front of customers. Car half cleaned, went to report it to the manager who was too busy playing with his phone. Stay away from this place. Also when I got home we notice some scratches on the passenger side of my 2015 Camaro.

Ive been using Diamond carwash for probably 15 years. Theyve always been a good place to get my truck cleaned and oil changed.

To be honest. their car wash is perfect. I loved my car after getting complementary car wash.

This was the worst experience ever! I was treated very rudely by the oil and lube EMPLOYEE, who mocked my $7.00 tip that I gave him for taking off my hubcap (which I did NOT have to do). I went in to complain to the MANAGER inside, not only did he cut me off numerous times while I was speaking, he told me to take it up with them-not him. I asked him if he was the one who hired them; he replied yes I then told him it WAS his business, his job to satisfy his customers, and to reprimand his employees for treating a lady so disrespectfully. He replied ok LADY; take your business elsewhere then”. Another customer behind me was shaking his head in disbelief at how the manager was speaking to me, and also spoke up on my behalf. So I know that he was in the wrong. I will never be using their sloppy, overpriced services again. I hope that you dont make that same mistake. FORE WARNING -from someone who is in the customer service industry herself. I am appalled, Diamond Car Wash on Beach BLVD is a joke!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE FOR CAR SERVICE IN JACKSONVILLE. THEY WILL LET THEIR EMPLOYEES TALK TO YOU LIKE CRAP AND HAVE NO SHAME. THAT SHORT OLD JAMAICAN OR HAITIAN GUY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. After reading your reviews, I feel it necessary to add my experiences to everyone else. I have two vehicles, a suburban and a pick-up and has used the Diamond carwash and lube center for the last 4 years and have never been un-satisfied. Should something get missed, I point it out and it gets fixed, right then, Good job to all the employees.

I went there to get engine detailed, car waxed and carpets cleaned. Only thing was done was the carpets so I grabbed my keys and drove off. I gave it a 2 cause they didnt call the cops

They stand around why clients tapbthere foot and wait forever. BS. I watched my truck sit for 5 minutes when it was the only car and the idiots played grab ass running around like fools. Not to mention I just walked up and basically drive my truck away with no one making sure it was mine.

They are not worth the money. Did a quick vacume, left matts full of sand and left a tissue under the seat. Cashier never spoke to us. Did a horrible job on the inside. We paid for the best package and still had to pay extra to have bugs removed. We will not be back!!

After waiting 20 minutes, car came out soapy. They finally drove it to the back of the line and I had to wait for everyone else to go through the car wash before they sent mine through a second time. An hour later I was still waiting for them to wipe down my car. Complained to cashier, who made no attempt to do anything to help resolve the matter. Ive been coming here for 7 years and this will be my last time.

Attendant totally missed the track where tire should go and my suburban drivers side fell thru the grate and damaged the running board and nose peice. Running board cannot be fixed had estimated done at Moore Chevy to replace it, However the owner of Diamond Car Wash will not return my call since Sunday. They offered me a free 8.00 wash and a frappicino. My vehicle was not damaged when I took it to be washed. BEWARE!!!

I drove past and saw the student full service special for 9.95 so I stopped, immediately they tried to offer me $5 off their $30 package. When I declined they told me they no longer offer their 9.95 student special and that the sign needed to be updated. Classic bait and switch, horrible business practice and I will never return. They would not honor the student special that is clearly displayed on their sign.

The owner basically told me that poor service is expected if i dont buy more stuff... i had my car hand washed... there was still love bugs on it and he said i didnt get the bug remover.... i asked the detailer to clean the inside of my rims, i have a nice tip for the extra efforts... the owner said rim cleaning is 15 bucks more... the owner implied that when i clean my own car i have nothing better to do so i take extra time, and he has to move vehicles through. Really? I saw 4 active and retired military in there with me...He does NOT deserve our hard earned money! The detailers only do what the oackage says... they do NO extra! So NO TIPPING!- black vette owner!

Worst car wash I have had anywhere. Streaks on interior, floor mats and carpet not vacuumed. Front and rear bumper and hatchback not completely washed, smears on chrome grille. DO NOT GO HERE, even had my Air Force veteran hat on and did not bother to ask if I was a veteran for a discount, which I am. MY receipt for the Diamond wash of 31.99 plus tax dated 12/24/2018 at 10:17am Car # 175.

Yesterday I visited this place to make a change of oil to my car and included a free car wash when my car left the washing machine was picked up by a man who did not even dry it He wonder in a bad way that if it was my car that picked it up that the car was ready I had a voice of being drunk and brave he didnt want to work it hurts that this happened because I always carry my car there and this had never happened to me but it wont happen again because I never come back not recommend it to anyone else you need first new employee

Sorry job cleaning my car, even the second time vacuuming, after I complained so the very next day I had to go to car spa. I wish there was a 1/2 star to rate this place it doesnt deserve a star

Place does a great job even with chrome. I would recommend this place!

Oil change on my chevy had the drain plug so overtightened it stripped out the threads from the oil pan they were hanging to the nut. Almost caused my motor to blow. Somebody doesnt like American trucks. Also the oil was drained just enough to top it off on the dipstick. Didnt even let it all out.
