Our car was serviced right away and soon the detail people were drying the outside and windows. They even vacuumed under the van seats. Three people worked on detailing the car. Grandchildren had visited for two weeks, so it needed a lot of work. Good job guys!

Do not ever go here. I paid close to $30 and put a $10 tip in the box, and they did a horrible job. Didnt even touch my drivers door and for the extra $6 for the air freshener you get two tiny pieces of paper that you can only smell if you put them right up to your nose. I will never grace this place again, and from now on Im not tipping until I see the work!Update: theyve tried to pacify me with almost the EXACT SAME APOLOGY AS ON EVERY OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEW! OF WHICH THERE ARE SEVERAL! If youre the longest running carwash in Jacksonville then you should know what youre doing by now! Why should I have to tell them to do their jobs right?! NEVER SETTING FOOT HERE AGAIN!And I suggest you all do the same

Hard to get service. So focused on certain customers and detail area. Not convenient for a quick in an out car wash. They used to be outstanding.Edit: I did call and the same young lady who wouldn’t help me was the same to answer phone. I attempted a call prior to a review.

Decided to try this car wash since I now work in the area and I like to wash my car at least once a week. I bought the was and added the wax, drying of the rims, removing the bugs, and tire shine. All were extra costs things like removing the bugs and drying the rims should be something covered with A WASH and DRY! Waiting on my car as the drying is finishing I point out that the bottom part of the fenders are still dirty and ask if they could be wiped. The employee proceeds to tell me to stop talking and listen, and he says its just a spot dry. This evidently means he gets to do it as he pleases and hes done when hes done. He should have judged me by the car I drive and taken ten seconds to wipe the fender. Thanks for saving me good tip money! As for the business? Never going again. I should have known by how empty the business is never to set foot there. Lesson learned. Ill wash my car tomorrow.

Good service and quick, the best is that you dont have to vacuum or dry your car yourself as there are people who do it for you

First time here. Was little unsure if my truck would fit the tunnel. Wash and shine was better than I’ve gotten elsewhere on my truck

Next time I need to let them know to wipe under my rain guards after the wash. Other then that , it was fast & cheap. My car looks great for just a 10 dollar wash + wax & tire shine!! Everyone was super friendly. I will be going back for them to detail the inside of my car !!

This is the first time I’ve used this car wash, and it will be the last! I had the full service done, which was supposed to be soft cloth wash, soft cloth dry, and vacuum.There was water marks still left all over my car! They were supposed to dry my car off with a soft towel, but it looks like they cleaned my windows with a paper towel!Would not recommend this place at all!

All I can say is this is better then any zip$ car wash any day. Only thing I would ask for would be to remove floor mats and clean them good if there like mine weathertech . Everything else was great. Thanks and I will be back.

Used to be Thee best Car Wash in Jacksonville. Now it has gone to the dumps. Been a Faithful Customer for more years than I can count. Last visit was talked to like they were doing me a favor. Did not clean car like they used to. Some guy who acted as manager was going to check why there was a problem, but He dissappeared, and I never saw him again. Windows looked like they were done with a Grease Rag, plus the little things that used to get done went undone. Sad to see a Jacksonville Institution go down the drain like they are doing. Workers very un-friendly. For over 20.00, I would like a clean car. I usually get the whole service, and thought thats what I was getting. Did not happen. Did not offer to put car through again, and do it right, which most good washes will do. So I drove off getting Blow Dried. Not going to pay the big bucks for that kind of service again.

They stole me from Diamond lol. These guys do excellent work on my lifted Tundra.

Only thing I can say is that when I arrived I had two side mirrors getting ready to leave I had one! They went looking for it when the manager gave it to me he said it was broken before they washed it. My mirrors were not broke at all! Never ever go here unless you want pieces of your car missing.

The car wash crew was not interested in doing a good job drying my car. I had to grab a towel and finish the job myself.

Good ma/pa shop car wash. Ran well. Clean. Sometimes the detailing is slower than usual.... but overall great. Gift shop has many items and fairly priced. Customer service is excellent.

Sometimes they dont do a good job vacuuming and cleaning the windows.

Customer service was polite and expedient. The carwash was average and the vacuums worked well. They dried our vehicle by hand which i love.

Update: had their top (most expensive) detail... not a good job. Though they were willing to go back over any area I pointed out that was not detailed (and there were many), you already had my vehicle for over an hour... I left and came back so I didnt have to wait while you did the job (right the first time). Will not be back.Original: They do not do a great job on the lower priced washes (in the $30ish range or less). I did have them do a higher end wash once and that was much better.

Really disappointed with $50 car wash

Had the deluxe wash. Waterspots everywhere. Not vacuumed or interior wiped down at all. The ONLY thing that looks good is the rubber on the tires. And to make matters worse, my husbands zippo and all of the change was stolen from the car. Will not go back.

They do a great job! Its works is just the right price and if they ever miss anything you can usually ask and theyll fix it. Great company and great people. Thank you guys for your hard work!

We have been taking our cars here for a while and have always been satisfied with the service. I like how they pre rinse the car before it enters the car wash to loosen all the grime and I like how they towel dry the water spots and also put the mats in a vibratory machine to remove all the ground in dirt. Always a great job. They also do hand waxes. I have had one car hand waxed and it looked great 30 minutes later when they had waxed and buffed the finish.

Nice staff....but missed several spots with the $24 cleaning. Easy to see spots inside....and the white spot right in the middle of the driver door....This was my second time going there, figured Id give them 1 more try.

They were fast, friendly, and did a great job. Its obviously gonna cost more than going to an automated or hand wash place, but not that much more. The local automated machines charge like $10 for lesser and inconsistent service and no vacuuming. Definitely worth the little extra for the convenience.

I took my vehicle here for many months.. I even used to work here at this location during the summer... But I was bringing my vehicle in between 10 a.m. and 11:40 a.m... And after checking for my New ( unopened ) pack of cigarettes were stolen from underneath my drivers seat... After I went straight home from this Car Wash location.... Im Highly Not Considering Ever Returning There Soon in the Future....

The cashier at the start needs an attitude adjustment, but the folks doing the car wash and drying did an excellent job on our car. They even gave us some tips for our next visit. There is no gift gallery.

I took both of my 2013 Honda and Acura vehicles in for complete detail inside and outside. When finished with 1st vehicle, leather seat conditioner was poorly applied on all seats and residue everywhere. Front spoiler still with dirt and bugs and water spots. Windows still had suction marks from radar detector and GPS. Not cleaned. Second vehicle same thing w/ leather conditioner, door jambs and trunk never wiped down, front grill still had dirt and bugs. Spoke w/ manager and was told he was the owner and that he didnt think he could make me happy as he wiped down everywhere I was showing him was not done properly. This is a car wash, not a detail shop was his response, even though I paid for both vehicles to be detailed at $80.00 a piece. I just told him I would leave and not return. He was happy with that. Very poor customer service. Those who dont take the time to do It right the first time, and doesnt take pride in there work, does not deserve my business.

Longtime customer (5+ years) hiked prices multiple times for same service - cant find the extra 6$ bug fee on their website - Avoid. If their employees are willing to scam you for unnecessary services you probably dont want them in your car. Just sayin.
