I just had a repair done today at RPM for my AC Compressor and the service was great! Nick was the service advisor and he was very supportive and handled matters regarding my extended warranty very well, which was not easy. Nick was really nice and such a blessing to me, I had a very disappointing experience with the Chrysler Dealership but going to RPM was the best decision I made. GOD is Good and things happen for a reason. Again thank you Nick for making my customer experience at RPM a great one! I will recommend this store to anyone I know that needs service! 🤗

It is very unfortunate this location has gotten so awful with its level of service. I used to trust them to the fullest extent. My poor experience started with a simple oil change. They changed my oil and when I picked up my car they told me I had a small oil leak. Why they wouldn’t call me before filling my car with new oil is beyond me. Then I decided because they used to be so reliable I would give them another shot. So I took my car back to get the oil leak fixed with my oil change. This time they said their mechanic was on vacation until the following week and they could not address the oil leak, only the oil change. So essentially this trusted repair shop is now a 10 minute oil change quick lube shop until I guess their 1 and only mechanic comes back. I would recommend everyone save themselves the frustration and disappointment and head up or down a few exits and not stop at this RPM.

The price for their services have gotten higher..... And yes I admit on the recent oil change we got on our truck it was done awfully fast....We are actually wondering if it was done at all..... They were so fast....

Ive been happy with every visit I had with them. I appreciate an honest answer even if its bad news and awesome news when you find out the issue is not as bad as you thought. They offer alternative solutions to solve your car problems.

I regularly take my car here for service. The staff here is always professional and I’ve never had an encounter where they tried to stick it to me on a price. When I say I get everything done for my car here, I mean everything and I refuse to go anywhere else. Awesome group of people working here.

This place stays busy. An oil change can take a long time. I have always had good service. A bit expensive but the job for me has always been good with no problems. I do wish they had a scheduling method for special projects. First come first serve only.

THANK YOU!!!We were in Jacksonville while traveling on a RV trip with our 2006 Jeep Wrangler which is our tow vehicle. Had some serious rattling going on and took it to RPM to get checked out. Nick got us in on the same day and helped us get a rental car (when there were NONE to be found in the area during spring break)... Super happy with the help... ended up being something we need to get fixed later, but they were very reasonable to get diagnosed... I so appreciate the help!!!!

My truck was having a hard to find intermittent fuel problem. It took a few days but they were able to figure it out. One thing they didn’t do was just start throwing parts at it without knowing exactly what the problem was, and running up a bill like a lot of other shops do. For that I am grateful. Thank you.

I have taken my vehicles there and also to several other RPM locations. They are constantly very knowledgeable, clear and concise as to what the problem is, and how to take care of the issues. They are not the least expensive in town but are certainly the best value. The old adage you get what you pay for applies with RPM. I have recommended RPM to many of my friends without hesitation. Service with integrity is their slogan and is constantly true.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Nick was out right unwilling to work with anything in anyway and just seemed annoyed to do his job in general. Website states things they perform at their shop but told me they wouldnt do anything. Would not recommend wasting your time at this place.

They definitely know what their doing and professional. Most of them used to work at dealerships as mechanics. Also they will go the extra mile to find out what parts you need for vehicle repair and costs

I have an 06 Nissan Frontier LE, on a drive up to West Virginia I started getting misfires and my dashboard would make a laser show jealous. I had changed the oil the previous day and knew I had some oil in the antifreeze. That’s all I told them. Steve and I agreed to do a coolant flush and replace my coil pack. I got in at 8:30, they had diagnosed the car by 9 and I was driving out of town by 12. He also pointed out some other problems I was aware of and gave me 0 BS. I definitely recommend this shop as they are professional, clean, and honest.

I dare say my experience here was pleasant and I can definitely say the mechanic was quick and very prompt at getting me information. I know the service was a little on the expensive side but generally speaking thats what I expect when it was a 24hr turn around. I didnt ask for it to be done so quick but I wont complain my suburban is running well.

Went with my Sister & My Service Dog Hercules to get her Jeep fixed.

Snuck in an additional charge (front end vehicle inspection) to the bill with out asking me if I wanted it done first.

This place is a ripoff. Was charged over $500 for some simple routine maintenance. Oil change, transmission fluid change, and new spark plugs. Also I was told theyd call with a price before they did any work. No call was made and 2 days later was told to come pick up my truck and that I owed $500.I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere or DIY.

The staff is helpful, patient and honest. They take you back to see your car and explain what the problem and how to fix it. Fair pricing. They have a warehouse of parts therefore diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Very grateful! Done and done. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff that will relay honest information in regards to findings with your vehicle. Facility is very clean and equipment and electronics appears to be very current. Dealer level services at less than dealer prices. If you are looking for a place that has complete car services from a place that is highly competent and honest. You should check out RPM. I am a DIY mechanic and take all of my difficult or hard to figure out issues to RPM and am always impressed with their competence and ability.

Steve and the team at RPM automotive were incredibly helpful and really took care of my Dad and I. Being from out of the area (and on a 12,000 mile+ road trip across the country) Steve confirmed our issue (a broken front right strut) and had us back on the road in a couple of hours, tops!In addition, we had some very bad shaking happening so we needed to come back and double check the alignment that was done. He took the both of us in the back of the shop and explained exactly what might be causing the issue (unbalanced tires) which we promptly had fixed at a store nearby.Thank you again Steve for being so honest, forthright and quick. You made what could have been a very bad situation into one which my father and I will remember as a wonderful moment during our trip. 5 stars, no 6 stars. God Bless!

CAUTION! I had my Xterra overheat last month. Dropped it off after hours. I received a call mid morning the next day. The diagnosis was it failed a pressure test and had a blown head gasket. Quote was $7k+ to have a 100k mile junk yard engine put in it? (I called around and could get a 70k Engine in it for $5.5k but thats besides the point.) That evening I paid their diagnostic fee (wasted) and took it to another mechanic.The new place agreed with a pressure test fail but found it was a small hole in the radiator and had simply ran low on coolant. They replaced the radiator, refilled coolant, purged air, and I have been driving it flawlessly for a month. I needed $400 to save my car, they charged me $90 to tell me it needed a $7k junk yard engine? BUYER BEWARE, this should have been an easy one for them!

Received an oil and filter change today. They were fast and the price was fair. I appreciate their integrity. I had went to another place prior to RPM and the other place was dishonest and tried to take advantage of me being a woman. Thanks RPM for your good customer service.

Ive been going to RPM for years to get oil changes. There quick, in and out. The longest I ever waited was a half hour. And they dont harass you to purchase other services that they offer.

Dont mistake his confidence for being an untrustworthy or pushy salesman. By far the best garage Ive been to. Helpful, they do their best to make sure that they save you money. They call and let you know what is going on. They actually trouble shoot they dont throw parts at the problem, they find out whats wrong and fix the problem not just the symptoms. Great guys all around. Just watched them give a guy an oil change for free because of a mix up.

Great customer service. I called and spoke with Justin, very nice guy, took notes of what was going with my vehicle and when I went in they took care of me right away. Terrible customer service. Rude and nasty over the phone just trying to ask questions. I am sure the actual service might be great but if you have to call and ask a question good luck. Never ever go there unless you already know whats wrong with your car.

BEWARE - rpm filled transmission with wrong fluid!!!! This is an expensive mistake by rpm that requires repair. rpm is so careless! Found this out shortly after visiting rpm because transmission started making noises and had to take it to factory dealership.

RPM was always there to help me no matter what the occasion was. Highly trusted and they always give high quality service! Thank you all very much!

I was very disappointed when I took my car to be diagnosed and fix. I communicated via phone to Steve Joel, the manager, what I wanted done. I requested the mananger have the mechanic identify where the noise on my car was coming from and fix it. He later informed me that it was the timing belt that was making the noise. I dropped off my car on Thursday night and called back on Saturday afternoon to check on the progress but to my supprise no work was performed on my car. At that point I was very upset and requested to have my car back. When I picked up my car I was told by one of the service reps that the mechanic was not given instructions as to what work was required. I would never take my car back to RPM Riverside again.

Today I had to go to Jax to pick something up for my boss. I noticed the truck I was driving started to run hot while I was at a red light. I stop by and they added water for me! Thank you soo much for your help. I had 30min of driving time left and didnt have to Chance the remainding time nor had to stop and go to let it cool off! Again thank you for your help!!

I have been coming here for two years and so has my family. They are amazing customer service is even more amazing. My car was leaking oil and they got me in right away and solved the problem. Not just jumping in and charging me a ton of money. Dont take advantage of the fact that Im a woman because I feel a lot of automative companies do that.

After calling and having no success with goodyear, tire kingdom, and other north Jacksonville auto shops for brake job, I was introduced to RPM automotive. Having no knowledge of this place I was kinda sceptic. However they did have the best reviews online. I have a 65 mustang and had semi-completed a disk brake conversion with a power booster installment on the front end that would not bleed. After I was stumped, I brought my car to them. I was patient because I knew what they were about to get into. About 3 hours into the day they called me with the entire system diagnosed and (the best part) solutions to everything that was wrong. They asked for my permission to continue and the next day (due to parts) had my ride put back together and completed finished. These folks at this place have the upmost knowledge and kindness than any other automotive shop I have ever been into in Jacksonville. They completely have my business from here on out. I 100% recommend this shop! Worth every penny!

Literally the only place I will ever take my vehicals to get serviced or repaired! I never get hassled by up selling like I do everywhere else. I had a friend come in when her tail lights went out and they fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge her a thing for it. The guys here are professionals and great people! A few months ago my wife and I were waiting for an oil change and a man walked in and went to the counter just to say thanks for the guys taking such great care of his daughter when she was having car troubles while he was out of town. I cant say enough good about this place.

I dont typically write reviews but in this case I think I have to I took my 2005 Ford escape In because it was stalling they were very nice and said they would look at it in the morning I said ok so at about 10 or 11am they call and say ok your car is good to go I asked what they did and they said the did a relearn on the idle and cleaned the throttle body I said ok pick my car up and the idle was all over the place 1k to 0 if I hit the gas it would stall I called them and the said bring it back so the next day my wife took it back idle is still crazy and they did something to the ac did not say why so they took it ok a test drive with my wife and say look its fixed but it wasnt the car still wouldnt idle right so they give us the money back come to find out they didnt even take the throttle body off and they said they cleaned it...no one I know will go there

Excellent service! I was traveling with my family from Maine to Tampa, Florida on 4/15/16 and had a spark plug blow out of the head of my 2003 Ford conversion van. I pulled into one service station and was told it would cost over $1500.00 to pull the engine and install a heli-coil. I passed and continued on to RPM Automotive where the service technicians stopped all the work they were doing to help us out (at 5:00 PM btw). I apologize if i get their names wrong, but i believe it was Steve and Tony, and they were nothing but professional. They told me they would have me going down the road within an hour or two. At 6:30 my family and i were on our way. I cannot express how grateful we are for the service they provided. Please open a new location in Maine and you will have a customer for life. The manager by the name Steve at this location is very disrespectful and dishonest also very defensive to accept his problem and very bad personality. I like RPM as religious based concept. However this time I am very much disappointed and even scared to be around the guy with his loudest mouth and popping eyes. My son made a trip to Florida from NJ with an older model Jeep Grand Cherokee, his trans line was loose and after taking it ta a shop and getting a quote of $400 and not being able to diagnose myself from NJ I googled transmission shops near Jacksonville FLA and RPM was the closest to the hotel with a good review. Man am I glad I got a second opinion!!! These guys are the BEST, thanks to JIMBO down there, he helped my son and got him in and out fast and took care of the problem... and given the situation was MORE than helpful with our situation. ANYONE in the area looking for help with their vehicle, dont hesitate to call JIMBO and the staff at RPM Automotive... Scammed me to replace a air flow sensor that did not need to be replaced in my car and tried to make me believe a timing chain was going bad which they had no proof of. Then on my truck they changed the oil recently and Im beginning to think they did not even put enough oil in it because its almost empty and its only been driven about 2k miles. This place just wants your money that is all they care about. My neighbor also got scammed for a couple grand on some electrical issue that they did not fix.
