This was my first time personally going to this shop but my husband has taken some of his other vehicles to mike, so when we bought a new vehicle we knew we wanted him to check it out. Mike was awesome, very reasonably priced and quick. We will be using mike for all our vehicle needs!

This is a great little shop. The owner is a well mannered young man. He tells you exactly whats wrong with your vehicle and gives an upfront price and (depending on what the problem is) can have it fixed and ready to pick up in a reasonable amount of time. Ive been there three times for my car. He specializes in BMW.

One of the most fair priced and honest mechanics Ive ever dealt with. I was charged 1/3 of the price I wouldve paid with pep boys for the same service. The owner seems to understand that not everyone is able or willing to finance an overpriced repair and he provides fair and transparent pricing, I recommend this business. However, you should know that they do not accept cards so you will need to pay cash.

Mike is great. Its difficult as a young woman to find a mechanic who wont take advantage of me and overcharge. Mike was very helpful servicing my car and he gave me a discount. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Ive been to many auto shops and always get the feeling people just want to charge you for things that isnt fixing your problems. But here was a lot more welcoming. Mr. Mike, the mechanic was very helpful and extremely nice. Didnt try to charge me for walking in and saying hello. Matter as fact he did more than I asked because he was trying to find a better solution. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to him simply for the fact that he was so honest. I have a 1998 Audi A6 that needed an alternator. After countless calls for estimates of $500+ to install because I had purchased the part, I was referred to this repair shop. I had been quoted over 300 dollars for my headlight repair and bulb replacement, but Michael was super helpful, friendly, and fair. He got the job done in one day even though he was slammed, and it was under 200 bucks for my car. He saved me a bunch of stress and money and Ill be back here for any other auto repairs I need. I fully recommend anyone to come here for any car problems you have, youll get taken care of and you can rest assured it will be a fair deal for everyone.

I spoke with Mike on the phone before I brought my vehicle in for a leaking sunroof drain. He was so helpful over the phone and made me comfortable about bringing my vehicle to him. I took my explorer in to get the AC fixed and had to bring my two young daughters. Mike completely went out of his way to make me and my children at home, and welcome. He was very thorough and got the work done pretty quickly! As far as price he gave me an amazing deal and also let me know to come back with any issues so he could work them out. Having lived in Jacksonville for 24 years now, and dealing with a fair amount of shadiness and incompetence along the way, I can say this with some degree of confidence. They provide excellent service for my g35 clutch replacement. Quick and fast service especially a big job like this. Giving me a reasonable pricing on working on my car. Highly recommend these guys. Cannot say enough about how well the job was done , and the Professionalism of Mike..Came in with an Electrical problem with my Land Rover , and instead of what other Automotive repair shops of replacing things till its fixed were doing ......he went beyond and traced manually till he fixed the problem without costing a fortune.....Very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping the customer....Would Strongly suggest for work on your automobile....!

I have to admit, I was weary of all of the 5* ratings but it is truly earned. Mr.Mike was honest which is not a word you usually associate with mechanics and he was welcoming and thorough. He fixed a power steering problem on my husbands truck and we just took it to him for a a/c problem that our other mechanic didnt have a clue about why it wasnt working.He gives written estimates and answers any questions you have about pricing and parts, unlike most places and gives you options bases on your budget. He is definitely our new mechanic for both of our cars.

I was referred to auto options by a friend and I had a great experience there very courteous and professional business I bought a car from a private owner that needed an engine,radiator,clutch,brake calipers,brake pads,struts,just to name a few basically Mike the owner rebuilt the whole car for me and I pretty much have a new car now and everything on it is working great with all that work he did it in a timely matter I will always go to auto options for my car or truck needs he does a great job.

Very helpful and professional. Mike went out of his way to diagnosis and troubleshoot an electrical problem. Our SUV had a dashboard that lost power periodically while driving. He found some small issues . Another shop may have magically found a bigger and more expensive issue to take advantage of us financially.
