The new table with courtesy towels and spray bottles is a nice addition. I was able to dry the residual water off of my car and wipe down the wheels with a nice dry microfiber towel. The new car scent spray made for a fresh smelling car.

Richard is beyond 5 stars.. very personable and friendly he even went as far as to clean my tires and rims. I visit this location all the time and never a disappointment.Thanks zips! 😎

Prices are affordable. Employees are helpful, Hopefully not underpaid. The Facility looks clean. The car wash itself was quick and easy and there was someone guiding my vehicle wheel in the neutral lane before you start the carwash and a quick wash with a pressure washer as well. FIX THE FREE VACUUMS. Not the best VACS but they get the job done though. The ones by the entrance works best. CHECK IT OUT NOW✌

Richard at the Atlantic Blvd location was extremely helpful, he even offered to clean my wheels while I was vacuuming my car. He also made sure the bugs and road debris was cleaned off of my car prior to entering the car wash.

When you go to this Zips, the employees are very friendly, the wash gives a very good clean & they have multiple vacuum areas that work most every time. Recommend getting the monthly unlimited deals if you wash your car regularly. There are Zips in many states if you travel some too!

It is impossible to believe that at this time of pandemics that we are experiencing there are people without conscience selling subscriptions without using masks. There is a white lady in this establishment who understands that’s her rights not wear masks. Probably is her right, as is mine to protect my family. If she isnt going wearing masks ,She shouldnt sell subscription window after window.They are not part of the solution and it becomes part of the problem.

Ive used Zips in the past with no issue but this past Saturday afternoon I met one of the attendants, Richard, who helped me with selecting my wash service. Initially, he offered me the monthly plan but I declined which is something that has become second nature with so many businesses offering rewards programs, subscription plans, etc. that its somewhat of an annoyance. However, Richard, then compared the benefits of the plan against the choice of wash I asked him to select for me and that made the difference because now I had an idea of what value it offers me. I signed up for the monthly plan and he helped during that process, too. What changed my mind is that Richard provided context to the benefits of the plan instead of just letting me know it was available. It was good salesmanship and I made sure to bring this up to his manager as well. For me, that makes the difference, once again, because so many businesses have their own perks and programs that I usually dont bother. But it for sure stands out when someone puts in that extra effort. So, just want to give a shout out to Richard for the help there. Ive always used Zips for its services but this particular experience has given me even more appreciation for the staff on hand. Keep up the great work!

Really didnt clean the car even after purchasing the $20 option. They also keep a .50 fee until you turn in your receipt. Ive been at least 5 or 6 time this year and never noticed until the other day haha.

The staff sprays down my vehicles very well before entering the wash (helps clean tires tremendously), they are willing to help you if anything occurs, so Great job guys!

I have been a trusted zips user for over a year every other location is on point and polite but every single time I come to the zips on Atlantic there is some issue... today I’ve been sitting here for 30 mins waiting to get my car washed and all 3 bays to enter are closed. They are supposed to be open at 8 am, there’s an employee here just being lazy choosing not to do any work instead of letting people on the car wash. Because that’s such a hard job making sure people drive straight..... the employees here are very rude and unprofessional.

Car wash didnt wash the car that well but your was 5 bucks with free vacuuming. Good for a good Rinse off. No place to hang your floor mats to vacuum them or the floor, Ill go to daileys from now on.

Didnt give it 5 points because it left some suds that then dried and even my windshield wipers and fluid cant get them off. I had to wipe down my whole van after to dry it off. Left a lot of dry spots.The process was pretty neat. I got the deluxe and they manually scrubbed the front and back of your vehicle to get the windows hood and grill nice and clean before you went though the rest of the process. You put your vehicle in neutral and it does the rest. Lots of colors very fun and then you have unlimited vacuum after (although they ask you keep it to 15 mins though not enforced) I would recommend however come prepared to do some after the fact work too.

Good for a quick wash, didnt really get the car clean for the price and the vacuums dont work hardly at all and had to go somewhere else to vacuum.

I Came to this location about 3 days ago to get a basic wash and Richard was the first person I seen. He was very professional with helping and assisting had very good, knowledge of the system however the Vacuum wasn’t working properly and the soap didn’t come out fully in the tunnel to wash the car completely witch was still dirty.I informed Richard and he quickly apologized and gave me a free “protect it” wash for free!!

Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied! I came in about a few weeks ago to receive car wash services and the guy with cornrows, I believe his name was Jonas, described to me that he could offer me a car wash, but instead of paying for it with my actual debit card he wanted me to use cash and when I gave him the cash, he slipped it inside of his pocket & pulled out a red sticker (I’m assuming his personal membership card). This really had me on edge b/c it was unprofessional and seemed to be illegally done! This kind of behavior has made me NOT want to use this company services anymore it seems sketchy b/c of this particular “Jonas” guy.

Great for a self service wash. the basic wash started at 4 bucks but now its up to about 7 ,but at least the vacuums are still free. The membership is the way to go if you wash your car frequently.

They ripped me off! Trying to get a refund. It took 4 days to contact customer service. And my car is never clean! It does seem like they increased the suction on the vaccum.

So I just went through and I realize it is a skeleton crew with everything going on but after waiting for quite a few minutes without being acknowledged I decided to pull up toward the car wash. The employee there finally came running out to make me back up and started pointing to the sign to wait for attendant and shaking his head at me as if HE WAS PAYING ME TO SIT THERE. I rolled down my window and told him not to shake his head at me and let him know that if he was attending to his customers instead of being inside the building than there would be no issue. He proceeded to pick up the sign and move it directly in front of the car wash......Someone needs to let him know that he is paid to work there and customers are paying for a service. NOT TO STARE AT A SIGN. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN

I am a member I usually go to the one on beach but I was on this side of town today and I have to admit I was highly impressed it is much bigger then the one on beach but the employees still keep it well maintained and they were all so nice and helpful. I was also very impressed with the wash it’s self. The brushes actually got the back of my car and really gave it a good scrub my car has never looked cleaner! I will definitely be back to this location!

This has got to be the worst car wash in the 904, the worst. There is always something broken or not working, don’t ever go here. The manager is new there to take reports or help with any issues.

We went today since we are in the area. Our car looks great however I will say the wash seemed to be more intense than car washes we are used to. The vacuums were free and powerful.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about with the vacuum suction. Maybe theyve fixed them or something? Idk but when I went a couple days ago, they were the most powerful vacuum Ive ever used! Just be sure to put the vacuum hose back in the sleeve, as they all share one big vacuum and when they are all left open, it makes them lose suction for the other ones. And its a big covered area which is great in the summer.

I got the $16 automatic wash, it is certainly one of the worst automatic car wash jobs my black car has ever had. It left a lot of pollen on the trunk lid and spoiler that i was able to remove with a quick swipe of my finger. Also it left a LOT of soap on the car, did not remove ANY pollen from under the moon roof spoiler or side windows. Im going to hit up the camel car wash place from now on. This was a 5 dollar wash at best, but only because the vacuums were really good.

Employee knowingly (I have it on video) sent my truck through the wash while it wasn’t hooked on the belt all the way and my truck came off the belt and fell through the bottom of the car wash and was then sitting on 3 wheels. Was told that the company wouldn’t pay for the tow to pull it out and wasn’t going to pay any damages done to the vehicle. Had to ask twice for a refund on the money I spent for the initial wash. The initial incident happens around 5:35 pm and didn’t leave the car wash until 10:30 pm. The employees and managers weren’t very sympathetic about the situation. Now I have to pay for the tows and damages and have an attorney involved with hopes to be reimbursed for the money spent.

Not bad not great. Too expensive. Yes vacuums are free, but unlike other car washes like it, there’s no cart with towels and spray that lets you wipe your interior and windows. And no car mat cleaner. Nowhere to even hang them. $7 is the cheapest wash, which is 1-2 more dollars than other similar nearby washes.

I love how they spray the car before your wash. Helps with the bugs and hard dirt. The vacuums don’t seek to suck as hard at times so it takes longer to vacuum.

I like this car wash. Anytime that I decide to get a car wash ( which isnt often) I go here. Generally I get the $12 wash. I hardly ever choose additional services. I would love it if before I get ready to go through the wash they would spray both sides of the car. But I assume that would be something that is an additional charge. Other than that the service is great and I will continue to get my car washed here.

Fantastic car wash, excellent customer service, fun wash for small children and the most user friendly vacuum bays that Ive ever seen. Drove out of my way to go to this car wash after being extremely dissatisfied with the car wash Ive always used on the way home. Well worth the extra few minute drive out of my way. The vacuum were super powerful and the positioning of them made it a breeze to clean the back of my SUV. We will be back next week.

The vaccums sucks big part of cleaning my vehicle is vacuuming. They used to be really good and powerful. They really need to be checked one vacuum feel apart n the back area I tried 2 more vacuum before I gave up and went to another zips nearby just to use vacuums.

The manager Olivia was very profession and all the employees were very nice.

I have the monthly plan. I like it because I just purchased a luxury car and want to keep it clean. Keeps my new ride looking great!! Some times the vacuums clogged up so you have to change stalls. Scanners are a little close to the gate though.

Worst car wash. I had my truck pass by and I only saw a few drops of car wash soap was a hell dry car wash will never fome here again not recomended.

The actual car wash doesn’t do that well of a job and leaves water spots all over your car. The one on blanding is much nicer and they have towels for you to use.

Nice place to get your car washed at. Self serve on the vaccum part but its endless suction for the 15 minutes youre allowed with the vacuums. But whose counting. Go early so you can basically detail your car with the place to yourself. Minus the few workers present. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by how well the $15 option washed my car. There are 4 or 5 options from $4-$15, all come with a free unlimited time vacuum. Highly recommend this place. Also, a fun experience for kids because there are many colorful lights and soaps while driving through!

Its a cool car wash has colored lights as you go through at times. Washes cars better than gas station ones do and has lots of options for car wash as well as free use of vacuums. This is a great car wash.

My wife and I have been going to this car wash for several years and have had hood results. At one time a high school friend of my wifes owned it. Now that it is in new hands, the price is a little higher and something wad missing from how clean the tires got even after we both hand scrubbed them. It may have been our car wash selection; not sure. The exterior of the car was fine and their vacuum cleaners still work really well.

The wash comes out great getting most of the dirt and spots but the wait is what kills this place. If they could handle more volume this place could be a breeze. Not sure if its the cheap price, location, or if it is just that popular, but this place almost always has a long wait line when I pass it, even interfering with traffic on the main road.

Consistent, free vacuums, and fairly cheap! I love to get in and out quick and this is a great place for that. However, they used to have these really cool floor mat cleaners and they recently took them out. That was unfortunate.

Loved this place until it recently changed ownership. The new management is trash. Price used to be $4.99 and now its 6. The water smells like the St Johns River and the vacuums have poor suction because stupid people misuse it. So now theres crud inside the vacuum that hinders its actual job. To clean the car. Not sure why the dumb management took away the rags by the vacuums to wipe your car that helped NOT leaving water stains on my car. Lets go back to old management please. Management only cares about your money money money!! $$$.

Recently changed ownership, bringing it down to 4 stars from me. A great drive through car wash with lots of options to choose from, including windshield protection, special rinses, car waxes, and more! After your wash, you can pull into one of their multiple free self-vacuuming stations. The air is always on, and suction nozzles are located on both sides of the car.

Decent car wash chain if youre always busy like me. Works just as well as any other touch-free car wash, just a bit expensive imo for the quality it provides. I was going to give it two stars for the trouble I went through trying to cancel my membership when I moved, but when I did eventually get ahold of customer service via phone, they were very friendly and helpful. Just plan to call several times to get through to someone.
