Called the day off to see if there was any availability and they were able to squeeze me in a busy Saturday to do a full body wash and wax. All staff was very welcoming and friendly and they attended to my needs. Once I was waiting, the owner greeted me and was very friendly, I informed him that I would love to schedule to get my tint done some other time. He told me that he would personally do it SAME DAY if I would be willing to wait. Very accommodating and they did an excellent job on my car. Would highly recommend to anyone and would be coming back to use their services again

Great detail shop! I took a work truck that had been smoked in for 3yrs and was full of construction dirt and grime to On Point for a platinum interior detail. When I got the truck back there wasnt even a hint of smoke smell and every bit of the dirt and grime was gone. The truck looked brand new inside, they did a top notch job and I will definitely take any car I need detailed to On Point! Great job, thanks guys!!

I requested the platinum plus, but when I arrived only the platinum was done. I was told the seats would be dry by a certain time, when arrived they were still wet. The cars windows were up which in my opinion would slow down the process of the seats drying. They didn’t have any temporary disposable covering, which lead me to drive the car home with a wet bottom.I got the outside cleaned in the nearby gate gas station afterwards.On the drive home I found some dusty/dirty spots, I realized this after I left. I’m disappointed, because they normally do a good job.When asked why the full service that I requested wasn’t done, the person wasn’t informed as to why. Will reconsider using them in the future.

Worst and most expensive detail job I have ever had. I paid for the Platinum Service Interior Detail. I had a mobile appointment on a Saturday morning. Car was only vacuumed, and some of the vinyl was wiped down with a dry cloth, but it was not wiped down wet and actually cleaned. Windows were not cleaned at all. Vinyl behind back seats / in front of the rear windshield wasnt wiped down even with a dry cloth. I have attached what is supposed to be included in a Platinum Service Interior Detail from On The Spot Jaxs website. This is not what was done to our car. I scheduled the detail service. Unfortunately I was busy inside the house when the man was done, so my fiance checked the car out and paid the man. I did not know my fiance had never had a car detail before, so he didnt know what to check for. Had I known this, I would have checked the mans work myself and told him it was not ok. My fiance told him it was ok, and tipped him $20. So I will own responsibility for letting the man leave with the car still dirty and the job I paid for not done. Im not sure if the guy was new or just didnt want to be working on a Saturday, but leaving a car like that after I paid $105.99 + fees + $20 tip for a total of ~$130, I would have expected at least the windows to be cleaned and all the vinyl wiped down. Ive attached some pictures. The marks you see on the windows are on the inside of the car, not the outside. The windows werent wiped down at all. Im sorry for the poor quality; we had to leave as soon as he got done for an out of town trip, so I took them while my fiance was driving. I will try to take better pictures later in the week and upload them. Maybe they do a better job if you go to their in-person location. I would definitely not recommend their mobile service, from my experience. I will never use them again.

I’ve taken three vehicles there for detailing prior to trading them in and all three dealers said they would put my trade ins on the lot right away as they were so meticulously cleaned. Fabulous attention to detail and value for the money. They even did an amazing job removing dog hair from my last vehicle. You could never tell I’d had a dog in the vehicle. Highly recommended!

The majority of the detail was good. At a quick glance everything looked clean, but I did notice lots of the crevices in the center console and dashboard werent cleaned very well. I paid for the diamond package and for how expensive it was, I was expecting quite a bit more on these little details. Also, the windows and dash had a slight oily feel to them, not sure if that was the intention, but I ended up giving everything one more good wipe down myself.

Needed window tint on a new vehicle. Called them up, made an appointment for the next day and I was in and out in less than an hour. Marquise used his experience to properly match my front windows to the factory tinted rear ones. Very professional and Im very happy with the work performed.

Initially I was attracted to this business by the professional website they have, but that was just the beginning! From the moment I pulled in, and I was late, a young man was waiting for my arrival. I apologized and he went straight to the business of cleaning my filthy car...love bugs!!! I could not believe it when I saw the finished product, it was amazing. He had several other vehicles there but acted as though I was his only customer for the day! I highly recommend this car detailing company for anyone, but especially women. He is very respectful and kind. So glad I found it!

I googled a few places and decided to give them a try. It was a last minute decision. I called about 2.5 hrs before close and they said theyll take me today. Arrived and was greeted immediately. Great customer service, friendly and personable staff. Toni- she even taught me something I didnt know about my truck. My truck was done in an hour even with the getting platinum plus package. They had me inspect my car before paying and everything looked brand new. (I told them it looked better than when I first bought it) I mentioned wanting to get tint and Maurice educated me on their products and provided me a quote. Nothing pushy like a salesman and I like that in customer service. Overall it was a good experience because Im a stickler for great customer services and getting exactly what I paid for. I even got military discount. Needless to say I have found the place that will be keeping my truck looking new for as long as Im in Jax. Big ups to everyone that had a hand in providing me great service today. Ill be back!

Amazing Service

I went to on the spot jax and had a great experience, I went early To check them out because my car needed to be clean very badly. When I got there nobody was at the shop yet so I called them. One of the guys (wish I remembered his name) answered explain to me the different types of cleaning and the prices, I made a selection and he said he could get me on the same day if I have time. I set up an appointment came back he told me he’s gonna have to hold my car for about an hour and 30 so I went up the street to Riverside, chilled at a restaurant until they called me back.When I came back the car looked is so different basically it looked like a brand new car off the lot (inside and out) and I am so happy with my experience at on the Spot Jax thank you😁

I ordered the top of the line package today and I was NOT disappointed. They sent a two man crew who really took the time to make my car look great. I was getting the itch to buy a new car, but decided to make mine look new...and that they did! They hand washed, waxed, shampooed the carpets and mats, cleaned and treated the leather, vacuumed...all in about an hour. It looks showroom new. And the price was about $100 less than any other quotes I got!

These guys did an amazing job! You cant beat the prices and they were so nice and quick! Ive paid 3x their prices for the same service that took twice as long other places! I have a Chow Chow mix that sheds like crazy and they did a great job getting the pet hair out of the upholstery.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to use. The key word is TRIED. I thought it would be nice to get my husbands car detailed for Fathers Day! One they never returned my message online when I requested an appointment. So the next day we decided to drive to the location to speak to someone they made us an appointment for the next day. The next day we showed up and they man that checked us made sure to tell us 5 times that we would need to leave the car for half the day or more he would call us when it was ready. We said no problem and went home for the day. At 1200 we received a call from the same man insisting we come pick up the car that due to the storm they would not be able to get top the car on that day. So then why was an appointment made for 0930 and it 1200 and it has not even been started on at all. Okay I get things happen but the man was rude, offered no apologizes, insisted that he was leaving and that we get the car ASAP. We explained that my car was in the shop and would not be ready for a few hours leaving us no way to get to the car. We stated that we would be there as soon as possible. Then the man proceeded to tell us he was going to leave our keys to the car under the wheel. No! The owner then offered us 30% off after the rude man then got into a verbal argument with my husband upon picking upon the car. I am sorry 30% percent is not worth the chance that I will waste my time again, that my car may get stolen, or that my husband and I will have to deal with rude employees. I cannot believe I was willing to pay 189 dollars to this company.

The shop did a great tint job on my Civic; Quality film material.

It was a bit difficult to get in touch with them at first, but once contact was made scheduling was easy and customer service was on point. I surprised a coworker for her birthday with the Express Exterior / Interior PLUS package in the work parking lot. We were both very pleased with the quality and final product of the detailing. I took advantage of the Lovely Ladies Tuesday special.

I just got my car fully detailed inside and out (Platinum Plus on their site), and they did a fantastic job. Fast, thorough, friendly and professional. They came to my office and it was done while I was working! I compared prices the net over and this was by far the best bang for the buck. Incredibly recommended.

Brought my brand new car here to have it tinted as I found them online with good prices. After having it tinted the first time which was not done very well, bubbles and scratches were all over each window that had been tinted. I rescheduled to have it fixed and it now looks worse than the first time I had them perform the service on my vehicle! To top it off they also scratched the passenger door seal down to the bare metal while doing so! When confronted about the damage they said theres no way they couldve done so and brushed it off. I now have a brand new vehicle that hasnt been owned more than 2 months with scratches from letting people who do not seem to care touch the car.

I have taken two vehicles to On the Spot Jax & I got the platinum service on both. The work is outstanding and they use quality products to treat interior/exterior. When I noticed one spot where they missed they immediately treated the area until it shined. Moreover, all of the staff including the owner are friendly and approachable. They were even able to remove some stickers from the bumper for a small fee. I plan on taking all my future detailing needs to On the Spot Jax A+

I came across On the Spot Jax on Yelp for their great reviews. I needed to get my car detailed asap. I didn’t make an apt or even call since I was in such a rush to get my car detailed. When I arrived I was greeted kindly and I explained my situation - someone dinged my rental car and I was returning it the next day so I wanted to just get that one spot buffed out so I wouldn’t get charged the extra fees. Without any hesitation they were very happy to help. I was shocked with the great customer service and actual services I received. They were able to buff out the spot as well as help me get some hard stuck in sap off. If your looking for your car to get cleaned and detailed I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

Just had my 2011 Hyundai Sonata detailed with their Premium Plus Service. Very satisfied with the service. These gentlemen are polite, kind and detailed oriented. I recommend this service highly to anyone. They came to my home and completed the work faster and cheaper than the dealership.

When I was away for work my husband brought my car in for a full detail (inside and out), the car looks amazing!! They even adjusted the price because they were unable to get all the dog hair out. I gifted my husband the Diamond Service for his birthday this year. The guys who did the work were very nice and worked hard the whole time. They called to confirm the morning of the appt and arrived on time. There was a fee to have them come to our home, which they waived for us as first time customers. Most importantly, we are super happy with the results and the car looks fantastic. Im excited to try one of their cheaper services on my car after the holidays!

This place is the most disgusting establishment I’ve ever been to. The guy with the glasses was super rude. We got over charged on our tab and to top it all off. He told us he never wanted us to come back. I’ve waited a week to post this because I wanted to give them a chance to make things right but they obviously didn’t. The operation they run is a serious scam I would never give them my money again.

Today I took my car to get detailed based off the reviews that I seen online. I have to say that I was completely satisfied. They did a great job for a great price. Not impressed, looked like job was rushed. Rear inside vehicle was barely touched. Too many areas were still covered in dirt. Some areas looked like they were just wiped off .vs actually being cleaned.Was supposed to be waxed, if it was waxed not sure how there was still debris from trees in the hood. Just didnt look like much effort was put into the job. I gave it a shot but will stick with my normal detail shop.

Took my car to On The Spot Jax off of Edison Ave to have my filthy carpets and leather seats cleaned. For what I paid them, they did an okay job on my carpets on seats. However, when I brought my car to the site, there was nothing wrong with it and it was in perfectly good condition on the inside. When I got into my car to leave, I noticed that one of two of my interior lights was not turning off. I tried turning it off, and to my surprise, yep, youre right... It was broken. Constantly on with no way to click it off. I told the young manager/owner about it and he assured me that he and the other young boy that cleaned my carpets did not clean up where my interior lights were. I let him know that even though he didnt clean up there, the equipment they used could have easily hit it breaking it. He let me know that he would get the guy up the street who fixes cars to look at it. Unaware of what else to do, I simply told him I would be in contact at a further date to discuss it further. As Im backing out if the garage, I attempt to plug my phone up to the back car charger only to find that my back cigarette lighter was pulled right out of the console! I immediately call him from my car and tell him. He AGAIN agrees to have the guy from up the street to look at my car at a later date. After a few weeks of being busy between work and family, I sent him this email:Hi, this is Jennifer Johnson. You detailed my car about a three weeks ago and in the process my left light and back cigarette lighter were broken. I havent come back yet to speak with you about it because Ive been very busy with work and family. I just wanted you to know that if you had let me know that these things were broken, I wouldve just asked for my money back for your services. However, I was made to feel like it was my fault when it obviously wasnt. I think its only fair for me to bring in the estimate I received for the damage and to be refunded for it and also your services. I will not post any negative feedback for my experience. You can email me back with your reply.Ten minutes later, he leaves me a voice mail informing me he will not be taking ANY responsibility for ANY of the damages. All I want is what is owed. Nothing more, nothing less. All I want is some responsibility. And I will continue to post this anywhere I need until I am compensated for the damage that was done to my car.

This place was a life saver! They took in my car on short notice which was in desperate need of a cleaning. The interior was absolutely disgusting with a nice coat of dirt and dust. Not only did they make the outside shine but they also made the interior look brand new! These guys are great at what they do. The outside of the shop might look a little sketchy but inside the garage is very professional!

I lent my car to a friend and it was returned totally disgusting and was a disaster zone. I didn’t think there was any hope in getting it clean. On the Spot worked a miracle. They were super friendly, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. I was so embarrassed at the condition of my car and they didn’t judge. I brought my car in to have it detailed after having an uber rider vomit under my front passenger seat. The staff members were amazing from my very first call. They were busy when I first called but called me back within 5 minutes and answered all of the questions I had about their services and were expecting me when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous while taking my information and making sure they knew what I needed done. I left my car with them and asked if I could come on my lunch break to pick it up and they said yes. When I got there, it was almost like a brand new car was waiting for me! They were very detailed and they were able to clean up all of the stuff that had gotten under my passenger seat and cleaned every inch of my car. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will only bring my car here in the future and encourage everyone to do the same!

Updated: They destroyed my fenders with their orbital buffer. Hit it extremely hard to the point where you can here the buffer bouncing off the car while sitting in the lobby-- they basically scoured the clear coat off. They left bugs on my front grill and side mirrors! A lot of wax residue left in between parts/even though asked for attention to that. They did not get full coverage of polish with black trim pieces too. I also did not see full water coverage prior to washing the paint/they were scrubbing dirt into my paint. You wont know if they do 3 layers of wax, as they take it inside the garage when that happens. I stepped out of the lobby several times and random swirl marks of wax around the car-- not complete coverage. I paid for claybar. Didnt get that either. Rip offs. Not worth the money. You can do a better job at home.
