Mike was such a wonderful help at the beginning of the wash. He helped me through the check in process and continued to check on us during vacuuming. I truly believe he cares for the customers and wants to make sure they have a great experience. We were also checked on by a sweet gal named Crystal. She was so kind, friendly and welcoming. She brought us a very cold water and then Preceded to take my car mats and clean them off. They both went aboveAnd beyond to make an exceptional experience! The wash was wonderful my kids love the color changing lights. Our car was sparkly clean! The vacuums are so nice and my favorite as I have two small messy kiddos. The vacuums do not cost extra either! So easy to use and they provide a trash can to empty all the build up mess that accumulates in the car. Exceptional service look forward to going again! Such a great feeling driving a clean car!

He has now helped me out a couple times at this car wash and he always says my name when he see’s me, greets me with a smile and is very professional. My experience at green clean auto spa was great! I accidently sucked up a $5 bill while vacuuming out my car and when I asked for assistance Greg came right over and was happy to help, he took apart the hose and successfully got my $5 back. Thanks Greg, your awesome!

It was my first time using this business and I was not disappointed. The moment I pulled up I was met by Greg who asked me what I was looking for in the wash and when I said I didnt know. He took the time to explain to me all the different packages they had and what each included. Greg ended with if I wasnt happy with my wash I could go back through. He then sent me through to Cody who prepared my car for the wash. Cody scrubbed off the window art I was wanting removed and sent me through. The wash was quick but efficient. When I noticed some window art remaing Greg came over and offered to help hand scrub some of the left over off then reminded me I could go back through.The vacuums here are the strongest Ive seen in town so far. They easily removed the glitter and dog hair my car was covered in. After I vacuumed I went back into the wash and went home happy. I will definitely be using Green Clean again.

I went yesterday and was greeted with Cody and Terrance, both of whom were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job prewashing the front of my truck, and put two towels on my truck after I pulled into the vacuum bay. Very helpful staff. I was having trouble using a scan code my son got me for Mother’s Day today for the top package. And then it said I owed $5. They overrode that and let me on through. They were also very friendly.

I was worried about going through a car wash with having a luxury water based paint but my Truck looks great! One of the better car washes I’ve ever gone to. Employees are wonderful! Very professional and always nice. Christian especially helped me with an issue with my sticker and was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great wash, Great prices, free vacuums, microfiber cloths to dry, automatic floor mat washing station/machine, free air freshener and free window cleaner. They offer unlimited washes for a month at $30 and $40 respectively for the packages you get. Regular wash is $7, $10 for supreme etc etc. Any of the washes you get turn out good. I would recommend Green Clean over competitors in the area. Great value for your money. Also the staff is very friendly and seems genuinely happy to be at work which is a huge plus!

Car looks great after the car wash. The main bummer was that I did not see any clean towels to use to detail my vehicle, only used towels. BOGO half off on the premium wash is a great deal for multicar homes.

This is by far the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Customer service was unparalleled! The machine was having trouble reading my card, so the attendant gave me a free wash, which was very kind. I hate to give an average or low rating because the attendants are ALWAYS so friendly here, and even with the cheap wash they spray the front and back of the car and run a scrub brush real quick...but the vacuums suck...unfortunately not in a good way! Ive had some that were fine, but usually I end up in a stall with a vacuum that barely has suction.

If you love your car, GO ELSEWHERE!!! What started as a pleasant experience turned south after Green Clean Auto Spa equipment malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle, denting and scratching several panels. While initially resistant, they said they would repair the damage. Nightmare Continues... They refused to allow me to go to a body shop of my choosing and claimed they had one specific shop they used. (Apparently they deal with damages frequently) Reluctantly, I caved and took it to their go to guy. When I picked up my car there was overspray on panels that were not originally damaged, buffing scratches, and an extra dent in the trunk lid. Plus, dirt chucks imbedded into the clear coat! The guys at green clean knew it was a poor (at best) job and sent me back so they could correct the problem. When I picked it up the second time it was even worse!!! Clear coat overspray on three different panels, paint chipping off, buffing scratches, and runs in the paint. :( You think Green Clean would let me take it to another shop, but sadly they pointed to the sign in front of their wash, said they werent responsible for damage, and said the only thing they would do is have me go back to the SAME BODY SHOP!!! Car lovers Stay Far Away from Green Clean Auto Spa!!!

We love going through this car wash when the old box with wheels needs cleaned from the presents that the birds like to drop on my car from our tree in the front yard. I always see them making adjustments to their equipment in order to better suit car needs. The staff is very friendly as well.

After I cam through the car wash the gentleman ensured I had rags to wipe down my car and he assisted me in making sure my car was dried. Very good place. At times your vehicle isnt as clean as it is during other visits. My last visit my windshield outside, And grill was dirty after running it through the wash. This has happened before. Im very satisfied with my overall service and its nothing that happens each time I visit your establishment.

It’s a great place. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars, I am handicapped and would love to see extra workers to do the vacuum and cleaning of the inside. I would pay more. Also, Daniel was great help since it wasn’t busy. Need more like him...and let’s change some rules and let us tip.

They do a decent job at getting the car clean. Their subscription based plan is a great value and keeps the car really clean if you go frequently. If your car is extra dirty, it may take a couple washes to get it super clean.

I really like Greg there he is an amazing employee, my first day there he walked me through everything and talked me into getting a membership. He checked on me to make sure i was good while cleaning my car. Even when i went back a few days later he remembered me and that was so sweet because you never know how someones day is going and just that little gesture and conversation can change someones day around. I spoke to Eric the manager and told him how great Greg is, so i just pray he sends this message to the head boss Robert. In a world where quality service and a smiling face is unexpected and rare, this place always provides both. It doesn’t matter the day I’m having, when I come here, I always feel a at least a little more positive. The workers are always more than happy to help with anything that they can. They take pride in what they do, and that alone makes this car wash the only viable option, in town. The quality of the wash only makes it all the better. I come here so regularly that I’m sure it’s getting obnoxious, and almost abusive of the monthly plan, but it really is one of the last places where quality is king and the service will always be provided with a smile. Had gone there Aug 28 for the full service wash. Michael was working and was very professional, pleasant and greeted me with a smile. When cleaning the inside of my car he asked how everything was going and if anything was needed. Your staff is always pleasant, upbeat and there to accomidate if you have any questions or need assistance. It a truly is a GREAT place.

These guys offer the best car wash in the Eastern NC, with the MOST friendliest staff! They do their job to make it the best car wash. None of the car washes within a 250 mile radius will treat and do you better than them. I’ve had bad experiences with other car washes in the area but Green Clean Auto Spa located in Jacksonville is absolutely the BEST car wash. Everytime i go there i’m greeted by their friendly staff! Here’s an example on why i say they’re the best and friendliest, i left a pair of shoes on accident at the car wash & i got a dm from the site manager Rob asking if i left these & if i did that they will be in the office, i texted him back saying yes i did & that i’ll come back tomorrow. i was busy for a few days so i came over there 3 days later, & asked Mr. Bryan, (a rep at green clean auto spa) that i was here to pick up my shoes. Rob (site manager) went to go look for my shoes and came back telling me they threw them away. At that point i was fine with that & it was really my fault that my shoes got thrown away. I accidentally left my shoes there which was ultimately my fault, so i was okay with that and realized it sucks but whatever i’ll just buy another pair. The site manager, Rob, then tells me to not worry about it and credits me the money for the shoes, which i was at first very confused as that was very nice of him to do, since i was the one that accidentally left my shoes there. These guys are truly the best and AGAIN have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE WHOLE EASTERN NC. Again S/O to the site manager Rob! I recommend this car wash to anyone that’s wants good prices for their wash as well as a AMAZING wash & the best staff.

Green Clean is thee BEST auto wash there is in Jacksonville, NC! This place is the only place I ever take my car to clean since the first visit. The wash gets the job done, I love the included self serve vacuum, and the employees are a delight. EVERYONE that works there has always went beyond to make sure that I left satisfied. From giving me extra requested tire shine (Which they put on my tires for me), to making sure i stayed hydrated by giving me bottle(s) of water on hot days. The employees never have attitudes, and are willing to help out when needed. For instance, Josh helped me by scrubbing window chalk off my windows that someone tagged my car for my b-day and he didnt make me do it. If you are someone who cleans your car (or would like to) 2+ times a month, I recommend getting their package deal for basically $30 a month. With this package, you could literally go everyday for a month and run your car through the wash, yet it only takes 2 times a month to make your money back. Now, I dont have this package, but only because I go every other month and it wouldnt benefit ME. But none the less, I am VERY satisfied everyyyy time I DO go. I really like this place... but fold in your mirrors yourself or risk them being damaged.

This place not only gets your car clean but they also have awesome employees. I watched two of them go above and beyond to retrieve two kittens from the wheel well of their first car of the morning. They were injured and these two guys did all they good to keep them safe until animal control could come...all the while...working with all of their customers. If you need a car wash....go here :)
