I’ve been working for Horizon Innovations for 7 months now. I must say it is the best job I have ever had. I work around the most amazing people I have ever met, I am constantly motivated to be the very best I can be, and we all help each other and praise one another’s successes. I have learned more here in the past 7 months than all my 9 years of work experience, and I have grown more as an individual in this time than in all the years of my life combined. If you are looking for a job with endless opportunity, room to grow, and a place to call your coworkers your true family, then you’ve found it. Thank you for everything you have done for me Horizon!

I am not mad about being able to sleep in with Horizon hours. It’s a fast paced environment and what you are willing to put in you get out! I’ve already seen multiple promotions and being around ambitious people makes it that much more motivating to hit my own goals.

I went for an interview and I must say, Im impressed. Very friendly staff who greet you warmly and make you feel at home. They give you opportunities to advance within the company, but you have to be willing to work hard. The interview process was extremely comfterable.I have high hopes for this company !

Horizon has the cutest way of dressing up a sales job Ive ever seen! Their postings on job boards are very deceptive and have almost nothing to do with what they want to hire you for. They do door-to-door marketing on 100% commission, currently for AT&T. Everyone starts at the bottom, any advancement is based on sales numbers you pull in, if you manage any. Theyll call any recent graduate with promises of advancement and even starting right off with owning your own office! Every person being really young there should be a tell-tale sign for anyone still thinking of showing up for a round two interview. Cutco, anyone? You can do better. Dont waste your time making less than minimum wage; take time to build your skill sets up instead.

They dont give their employees any form of identification which makes it very uncomfortable to face their door to door salespeople.
