This company was hired to lift an HVAC unit onto the roof of an office building in Ponte Vedra. The driver was over an hour late. When instructed to not place an outrigger on the sidewalk the driver refused and mouthed off saying he would “do what he wanted how he wanted.” The result was a cracked sidewalk. The driver also failed to wear a mask and follow social distancing protocols when directed. We have instructed our HVAC vendor to use a different crane service in the future and suggest you do the same.

A great company to work with. They always answer their calls. Very reliable. Two times we needed heavy machinery unloaded from a trailer is a less than ideal location and they delivered on a very short notice. One machine weighed 9 tons and the other was a 20 ton machine. Both times they were able to get the equipment through a 16 ft bay door. Billy Jr. and Billy Sr. are great people to work with. Im glad we called them. Thanks.

I have used the Heavy wrecker towing service several times and this company is outstanding. Their operators are very sweet and know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

I was parked legally in a car parking spot at beach marine boat ramp. This company rented equipment to or have an employee who is not qualified to operate a cab with a flatbed trailer. This person hit my vehicle and two weeks later I have received zero assistance from them or their insurance company. Driver was cited and corporation has done nothing to remedy the situation. Beware of poor insurance with no assistance for damages incurred by their company vehicle. I will seek legal advice for damages as this is unacceptable. I was not even in the vehicle when it was hit. The insurance company representative refused to give me his name when calling in the claim. I have yet to receive a claim number in two weeks.
