JAX Express Towing was the only company that had the equipment and expertise to tow my car out of our small garage. My car had an electrical failure and I could not release the parking brake nor put the car in neutral and it had to be moved with dollies. Jason, the driver sent by JAX Express was very personable and professional. He arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation, calculated the correct angles to position his truck so that he could get my car out of the garage without damaging it or my garage. It was an extremely tight fit but Jason was able to fit the dollies onto my car and tow it out with 1.5 inches of clearance. He did an incredible job and I highly recommend both Jason and JAX Express Towing for their professional service.

Car was damaged during tow and they won’t take ownership. Repair was thankfully cheap, but I guess you have to hire a private investigator to make them admit blame. Shameful…

We were stuck for about four hours waiting for roadside assistance after our car broke down. We hired Jax Towing and they came within 30 mins as said. Anthony, our driver was very honest and provided his insight on the reason for the break down and took us to a shop nearby which further clarified his assumption. Highly recommend!

I called AAA to have my vehicle towed yesterday. First, the service call was made 11am and they did not arrive until 5:30pm. I was upset but I do know that’s sometimes the nature of tow trucks being late.When I called their office to get an ETA, the guy on the phone was very condescending and rude. When the tow trick driver finally called me, (3 hours later) he blatantly lied about his location finally admitting that he was at WAWA. I really didn’t see the need to lie but that’s what they did all day, so guess it is how they’re trained. I will never use this company again.

I cant say enough about this company. Our car wouldnt crank at my husbands job site. So I used Geico as a insurance and was given some companies. Companies like Adkisons, ASAP and first coast towing. All bad reviews and I wouldnt trust my car in their hands. So, I gave them Jax Express number after seeing all the rave reviews and prayed they would accept. And they did! Also, I didnt have to pay extra! What a blessing because we didnt have any extra money. Eventhough the time exceeded when they said the driver would arrive, it was still worth the wait. Fred was respectful and helpful. And when we arrived home, we were shocked that he was right behind us! Will most definitely use them again. My go to towing family! Thank you guys again.

Today we needed a last second tow of a large Box truck, Express towing was by far the best company. From the conversation with the dispatcher on the phone, to the punctuality and care of the vehicle. Express towing deserves more then 5-STARS and will be getting any and all of our business.

Blew a tire during rush hr on the on ramp on 202 east. Was on scene in 15 min, picked me up and got me to a tire place in abt 15 min and Andrew(driver) even talked the tire place into staying later to put a tire on for me. Andrew was the man. Brian was very helpful and professional during a very stressful time for my us. We called dispatch and were told someone should arrive within an hour. 30 minutes later and Brian was calling to say he was 25 minutes out. Nearly 20 minutes after that and Brian was lining up the tow truck to our car. Prompt service as described as well as friendly, and should we need any tow services again, we will definitely be calling Jax Express.

Had a Ford F150 that had locked itself up, couldnt open, was in park, wheels turned, in a circular driveway. Two other tow companies came out and said no way to move it. Jax Express came out, ahead of scheduled time, got the job done, and rate was extremely reasonable. Kudos! Will call again if the need arises.

The driver was pleasant. He jumped our car and then gave us the option of just leaving as is without charging or towing it to the shop. Since it seems to be more then just the battery opted to continue with the tow but it was nice of him to offer the free service and he was very nice to my family.

My first experience having any kind of car trouble and it was a sidewall blowout driving down 295 on a Sunday afternoon. I started down the list calling towing services near me. JAX Express was the fourth one after being told 3 hour wait, no answers, and no one available. I made the payment over the phone. Super reasonable and easy!! The JAX Express tow truck was there in 30 minutes! Including the wait, we were loaded up and home in pretty much under an hour. The driver, Justin, was helpful, friendly, and above all, professional and respectful.When in a jam along the side of a busy highway, I want fast, reliable and trustworthy service. I can’t say I have any experience to compare it to. But I would say the bar has just been set pretty high. I hope I never have to call anyone again for help. But if I did, it would definitely be JAX Express.Thanks for getting me and my car home safely.

We called to have our truck towed out of the mud and the driver came and he was unable to get our truck out. At that time 2 other pickup trucks assisted us and they were able to get our truck out . We were still charged the full $250 for a job that was not done. The driver of the company truck also seemed that he was under the influence. When we called to talk to the manager all he said was that we had to pay regardless. We are very disappointed and feel that it is unfair that we had to pay for a job that was not done by the driver. I definitely do not recommend this company.

AAA tried for over five hours on Saturday to contract a tow service to pick our vehicle up from a 74 height-limited parking garage. On Sunday afternoon, I explained our predicament to Anthony; AAA called him and our vehicle was home within one hour. Anyone who has waited for help can imagine the stress we were under. Anthony was so kind and gave up an afternoon with his kids to help us. We will remember - and highly recommend to anyone without reservation - Jax Express Towing and Anthony for their professionalism.

Navob towed my car last night when my car broke down. He called me when he was on the way. He showed up not too long after he called. Navob was very professional hooking my car up to the tow truck to he put on the flat bed. I had three of my kids with me so I was lucky to have my parents get them. I ride in the truck cab. I followed the toe down to Jacksonville from Amelia Island end I couldnt drive any better than he did. He showed attention to detail Im getting the RV down to Jacksonville. I wish there were other tow truck guys like him. Im sure they are but in this instance I was not able to find anybody who could told me down to Jacksonville from Amelia Island or who was willing to do that. He kept in touch by text and cell phone tell him you want it when he was leaving gave me an ETA. And actually showed up on time. Could not have gone better. Broke down in a car wash that was pretty tight to access for a tow. Flatbed driver showed up in the next lot, said he couldnt get his truck in to tow me. To his credit, he spent about 30 minutes trying to help me get my van started after the key broke inside the door lock. He got it started once, said it would be okay to turn off and turn back on, but it wasnt. It didnt work again. He said I could try to find a screwdriver, so I went around asking people.This would have been a five star review if he had done anything other than fist bump me and leave. I know he had other calls, but this was supposed to be my rescue and it failed me. The driver could have told dispatch he was going to come back for a smaller tow, he could have given me a ride somewhere else to find a screwdriver, he could have gone above and beyond instead of leaving me stranded and expecting me to cheerfully see him go.Reverse the situation. How would you feel? I had a total stranger give me a lift home that night and I had to beg the car wash owner not to tow me. In the morning, we had a different company come and get the van out with a smaller truck. They struggled with the narrow car wash corridors and the overall small spaces they had to work with, but they got it on and got it back to my apartment, proving the job was doable with the right motivation.Jax Express has great reviews and I dont doubt that theyre fundamentally a good company, but my personal experience was ultimately disappointing.When I needed help the most, they showed up, they tried, and they left me stranded without a solution, all at sundown in a car wash with a broken car key and a dying phone.I appreciate the efforts of your driver. I just wish he had been more persistent and less willing to give up.

These guys went above and beyond for me. i had a tire blow out on the highway at night. Two of the lug nuts were stripped, which resulted in me leaving my car on the highway overnight due to being unable to remove my tire. I called them first thing in the morning. They were able to find my car even though the directions I gave were a bit off. They drove around for half an hour and found my car was on the beltway, not the ramp like I had said. Within 45 minutes after that, my car was sitting at the shop ready to be worked on. I will never use another tow truck service again. These guys are great and the workers and the owner are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Mr. Gashi was my hero today. Weve had a run of bad vehicle luck in our family and I just KNEW that this was going to be another expensive repair. When I called for a tow I was told 30 minutes or less. He was there very quickly and then didnt even have to tow it... turns out my battery cables were loose and corroded. Car started right up. He cleaned them & tightened them, now the car is back on the road! He was so nice, too. Highly recommend this service.

I was waiting on another tow company that took forever so I called Jax Express. While they didnt actually tow me because the other guys finally showed up, the guy I spoke with on the phone called me back twice to try and help me out. Quality customer service, I appreciate it. Next time Im calling them first.

Very knowledgeable and willing to work with clients. My battery was reaching the end of its life and was failing to hold a charge. I called Jax Express Towing and Mr. Gashy was sent.Very knowledgeable - since I was an electrician for the US Navy and am studying electrical engineering I have a decent bank of electrical knowledge. Gashy was able to assess my situation within a few minutes and all the information he gave was definitely accurate and reliable. He even tought me some things about automotive electrical systems.Willing to work with clients - He gave advice on what he thought would be the best solution to my problem but, was willing take my solution if I so desired. I decided to go through with his solution of giving my battery enough charge to get me to a shop. Doing this saved me a bunch of time by bypassing the whole towing process. Additionally he even let me have a free tow for the remainder of the day which ensured Id get my moneys worth for what I paid for.Too long; didnt read (TL;DR) :Gashy is verified truthful and knowledgeable by my experience as electrician and student of electrical engineering. He is willing to give advice and fair deals in order to ensure clients are getting thier moneys worth.
