Went there to buy a car thought i was getting a good deal. I just had a baby and am expecting another one so i really needed a good car.They told me nothing was wrong with car and it was in good condition so i bought the car. Turns out turn signals didnt work, check engine light turned on 4 minutes into pulling away from the dealership, radio doesnt work, and the engine started smoking. Do you know how hard it is driving from Beach to Mandarin in traffic while its raining with no turning signals and a smoking engine. Definitely never coming here again very upset with my experience here. I would recommend that people stay away from this dealership.

Read the reviews and was fairly timid about purchasing a vehicle here, but Brad was there every step of the way. Being uneducated about your purchase is in no way the dealers fault. I did my research, had the car inspected prior to purchase, and Brad was completely upfront about everything. The negative reviews are not a fair reflection on the dealings I had with Averys. Bought a great car at an amazing price, and drove all the way from St Augustine for it. Thanks Brad for your help and for a great purchase. I cannot express how happy I have been with my experience.

Take the first persons advice and DO NOT COME HERE!!Vehicles high mileage and over priced...and they LOVE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!I put down a deposit, had second thoughts about the high mileage (241k) vehicle making it to Seattle. I signed no contact...Im now getting the runaround on getting my deposit, of $1,000, back.Theyll give you the run around, theyll tell you they run the business, until something goes wrong and then its a huge runaround. I just work here, I dont own the business, I need to call the owner for this and see what he says....runaround, runaround, runaround. Finally got a refund of my deposit, minus $200....They couldnt dispute, fully, the receipt that I was given and the receipt they had. Mine said NOTHING about deposit, or otherwise, being nonrefundable.

Poor customer care skill, when I call the shop some on answer the phone from the beginning he said:Yes, Sir.

Brad the owner was Very honest and helpful, he had just what I needed at a fantastic price!!! Inspect what you get make sure everything is good and you wont have any problems.

The staff really cares. I needed something where no money was going to change hands but they still worked for what i needed.

Do yourself a huge favor. Just drive past, do not stop. I cannot go into details because of pending litigation. I just need you to take my advice and Just drive past. Remember when buying a car there are a 1000 other dealers all with the same cars at the same price.

This business is so poorly ran its almost comical. DONT GO HERE.I drove 2 hrs to Jacksonville believing I was looking at a vehicle from a private seller via Craigslist. The address I was given was not a personal address but a used car dealership. Red flag #1.The man who I had arranged the visit with was not there. He was not answering calls or text messages. No one in the shop knew about me coming to see the vehicle, let alone where he was or how to get ahold of him. To top it off, no one cared to help. Red flag #2.The vehicle I was supposed to look at wasnt even on the lot. It was a 4x4 that the owner/son/whoever had taken off roading THE NIGHT BEFORE. He knew 2 days in advanced I was coming up. It was covered in mud. Red flag #3.The vehicle was advertised as a 2001, but really was a 1999. Red flag #4.He tried to sell it to me with less than a quarter tank of gas and without letting me test run it. Claimed he had places to be and was short on time. Turns out the speedometer was broken, meaning who knows how many miles he was hiding on that car. Red flag #5.Buying a car shouldnt be this hard. These guys are textbook used car salesman. They will lie and cheat and cut corners to make an extra buck off you.Listen to that voice that says something doesnt feel right here and GET OUT. Save yourself some time + money and dont bother with Avery Motors.

Didnt buy a car here but I got my car inspected for carco and they were very quick and easy with everything. They only do carco inspections till 1600.
