Great company, they got us towed off i10 east for a good price when nobody else would. Good group of guys and nice equipment. Thanks for everything! (We were the guys stuck on the side of the road for 20 hours) Tried to get a tow through AAA and our insurance company and they just lefts us hanging. If it wasnt for the crew at Walts idk where we would be. 👍👍👍

Dealing with the office workers was a huge pain. They refused to work with me. Theyd rather your car sit in the lot accruing storage fees than actually help you out. Giving 2 stars because the driver gave me a ride home after the wreck.

Let me just say first and foremost, dont be fooled by their nice-guy facade! They seemed so nice and friendly while they were at the scene of the accident - and left us feeling assured they could take care of everything we needed. What they failed to mention was all the other fees that would accrue ONCE THEY HAD THE TRAILER on their lot!!! They charged $300 just to pick up the semi-bumper and move it literally 0.2 miles down the same exact street; we could have done this ourselves had we known! We were in shock after having been in a semi/trailer accident and feel like they completely took advantage of us. We were told they could move the product from one trailer to another, re-palleting/wrapping the product, but did not provide a quote at the scene. This is usually around $800 bucks; they charged $2500!!!! They claim to have paid $2100 to the 4 guys they hired for this - from a staffing agency nonetheless. Come to find out, those 4 guys were only paid $10/hr - they were done in 3 hours!!!! The staffing agency got their cut of course! The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from us as well. If time permits (which I know it usually doesnt at times like this), do your research before blindly hiring a tow service!

Great, safe, secure location to park a tractor and trailer for just a night or for a few. At a rate of only $20 per night, its a steal when the big companies overwhelm the closest Loves, only about 15 minutes away. Easy in, easy out. My wife and I were allowed to come and go freely with the tractor to explore and enjoy the great city of Jacksonville while our load stayed safe and secure inside their well lit, fenced-in lot. Well be leaving this evening but we greatly appreciate the convenience of the service they offer here. If ever back in the neighborhood, we will park here again!

Got a flat tire on the way to work and with my spare tire damaged, I needed a tow to Firestone. I called these guys and someone was able to come out right away - I only had to wait just a few minutes which was awesome! The driver was really helpful and friendly and they got the job done fast. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in town. Great service!

If you are looking for a safe parking spot in Jacksonville area I recommend this place . I was there one day after looking around for a safe place to park and until now I still parking there. Parking is pay by day or month but worth the money you pay for it .

Nice folks easy to get in and out

I never write reviews but everyone have their own experiences and mine happened to be bad so I’m posting it. I called to get a price for an 11 mile tow. The lady was unprofessional and would barely listen to what I had to say before rushing me off the phone. She asked “where are you located?” (I’m guessing she automatically assumed I was with my car broken down on the side of the road without even asking). So I told her my location and her response was “we’re on commonwealth” I told her “my car is also on commonwealth” (hence the reason I called them) and she replied “ok, well we don’t have anyone available today” I just said “we’ll i didn’t need the car towed today” and hung up. Maybe if she would of just simply asked “What is the pick-up and drop-off location for the car and what day and time would you like to set up an appointment” like all of the other professional towing companies asked instead of trying to rush me off the phone sounding like she doesn’t want to be bothered the phone call would have went better.

I went in to pick up a Car from them and some guy (that worked there) was hollering at the lady up front very unprofessional. But picking up the car was an easy process other than his rudeness.

I dont know what these other reviewers were talking about. I had well over $1,000 dollars worth of tools in my truck at the time it was impounded, ranging from power tools, air hoses, battery operated tools, as well as a couple of bags filled with misc. hand tools. I was extremely worried that some or all of these tools would be missing when I retrieved my vehicle. As far I can tell, EVERYTHING was still with my truck, down to the last screwdriver. I was surprised, overjoyed and relieved. As far as the price goes, it is a police impound and if you dont like the price dont get arrested!

Complete rip off. They were asking for three times the price of the next most expensive towing company in Jacksonville. They asked me what was mechanically wrong with the vehicle. Having a stuck valve is none of their concern yet they insisted in know what was mechanically wrong with the vehicle. No other company asked what was the mechanical failure. I would not use their service ever! Beware of this towing company

Im not sure where or who had the negative reviews, but Ive used Walts 9-10 times and they have always been more than reasonable and very helpful on every occasion. I would highly recommend!!!

CROOKS / WANTED TO CHARGE $1000 FOR A JOB THAT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR / JUSTIFIED IT BY SAYING IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR JUST TO GET THERE DUE TO TRAFFIC AND THEN AN HOUR BACK THAT HE WAS CHARGING FOR/ HE WAS 10 MILES AWAY /DONT FALL FOR THESE CROOKS / ENDED UP GETTING SAME JOB DONE FOR $400.
