Today I returned for service on a vehicle, the service Dept was awesome. Ian tried everything he could to get our parts but it was unsuccessful. Which led to us considering to trade in the vehicle. Rob was very personable and helpful today !!!! We worked with Jodie for our car purchase trade in and she went above and beyond to make it possible. We are so grateful for this unexpected but wonderful experience we had with the staff. We will definitely return again for all our car needs.

Giving a deserved shout out to Rob Hartley and the folks at DARCARS. Had a really positive experience buying a used Jeep there today. It’s a crazy time to buy a car right now but we were able to work out what I think was a pretty fair deal. I’d recommend anyone in the market for a Jeep or Dodge to check out their inventory.

Would very much recommend doing business with this dealership and it’s employees that work there if your in search of a vehicle. They have PLENTY to choose from and in all ranges and classifications. The staff are very knowledgeable and commission based or not, they give you the sense that your not just another number to add to there books so to speak. Gary Andrews was my sales associate and helped me out in the exact manner I would like to be treated when in search of, and jumping into, a newer vehicle. Wasn’t overbearing like some places will have their employees be but also was not so quick to dismiss me ( oh this guy, he won’t buy anything. Just here to look I’m sure.) like some tend to also do. Listened to anything I asked about, or what I was saying.So if your in the market for a vehicle, this dealership has the people to help accomplish that task for sure.

We had a very positive buying experience with our Jeep salesman Gary Andrews at Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Having been Jeep owners for over 40 years, we pretty well knew what we wanted on our new vehicle, and it soon became obvious to us that we needed to special order our new Jeep. From the outset, Gary was very patient and informative, and he also responded promptly to our communications to him. At all times, Gary maintained a friendly, positive, and upbeat attitude, which really put us at ease during our car-buying experience.Prior to visiting the dealership, we had done research on the Jeep website regarding current pricing and various available rebates. Gary was very open and honest regarding all of the charges and fees that ultimately make up the bottom line, and we were able to pretty easily reach a final contract price without any grandstanding on either side.Everything that Gary represented to us turned proved to be accurate and true, and we feel that he did a superb job in helping us reach a decision on our vehicle order and the final pricing. Drove over 4 hours to deal with Kyle as a 1st time customer. After dealing with Kyle, ended up in the finance manager Coreys office. To make it simple, now that Ive dealt with them (after trying many others by the way), I would gladly drive across the country with 3 kids screaming in the back just so that I could continue my relationship with them! They were honest, helpful, easy, courteous, etc... You get the point. I cant say enough good about this dynamic duo! Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Do not buy a Vehicle from this dealership and here is why!I traded in an F250 for a Jeep Gladiator to tow behind a Class A, all seamed to go well until after I signed the paper work. It has been over a month and I I have had to track down and push for my we owes, return the vehicle to have the steering straightened and wheels re aligned and the store has not payed off my trade-in. Everyone here has been doing the blame game on other employees (very unprofessional). My instincts are very good and it seems like some shady things are going on. This is just friendly information to help you in your vehicle search.

I took my 2021 RAM 2500 6.7L Diesel in to DARCARS of Orange Park, FL for an oil change service on 13 July 2021 and to ask about a Safety Recall I received in the mail that stated “Your vehicle may experience an engine compartment fire originating from an electrical short in the Intake Air Heater Relay, which can potentially lead to a vehicle fire with the ignition in the “ON” or “OFF” position. When I returned to pick up the truck my Service Advisor, Ian Rady, informed me that along with my oil change they had also completed the Safety Recall required repair. On 06 August 2021 while washing my truck I opened the hood and found a relay laying on the right side of the radiator shroud.4 calls to DARCARS and no response to date: Aug 6-Service Advisor, Aug 12-Service Manager (John Norton), Aug 17 – Service Manager, Aug 18 – informed Service Manager is offTotal Lack of customer service and No attention to detail.

Just dropped in to look at a used rebel. Went by the first time that morning and parked and looked at a couple of vehicles. No one ever came out. Went by after work and the same thing. I finally went inside and ask for help. Someone walked out with me and I told him I was looking at the truck out front and he led me to a new one right up near the door of the building .I looked it over and told him that I was just looking as I wanted to get one used and what I wanted to spend and he said they get very few used ones and told me to let him know if I decided I wanted to drive one as he walked off. I just kind of stood there like what a salesman. Gave me no card and did not ask me my name or info to contact me. I guess they sell so many I was wasting their quite time. I will definitely look to purchase one elsewhere.

Horrible. Job was only a thermostat change, regularly a $150- $230 job for a 2008 Dodge Magnum 2.7 v6. Now its $706 with 4 hours of labor..... The part was there at the Darcars of Blanding Blvd dealership, but he walked away for 3 hours extra... WOW..... What a hell of a markup. Sorry but this is the last time. If I could give a zero I would have.

So far I have liked this dealership a bit better than the one on South side. Shenika was very helpful, friendly and did her job well. Everyone there seems to be friendly and the customer service is good. However, this dealership does not go without some of the same mistakes I have experienced with other dealerships. I got my water pump replaced this weekend and just noticed an hour ago my coolant was not properly topped off. The level was several inches below the minimum line once it began to cool down. Luckily I have the proper coolant on hand to top it off myself but many other people would not even check this. I also noticed my headlight intake tube was not put back on properly. As you can see from the image it was just jammed in there with force. This caused it to get bent up and mopar charges like $70 for this thing. I had to slightly take apart the airbox to get it put on properly. These arent catastrophic issues but I should not need to do these things after having my car serviced. I get the mechanics likely have a heavy load of vehicles to service but attention to detail should still be a factor.

Horrible service. Left my vacation at the beach early to get service. Was told I had an appointment today and they even gave me a confirmation number, and set me up with a rental because it may take a few days. Arrived ahead of schedule and was first told to pull into the bay and wait until someone came out. After waiting 30 minutes someone finally came and told me they were too busy to see me and they never give appointments on Saturday. The gentleman told me I could leave my car and they would get to it sometime next week and he actually laughed when I asked about my rental!And just an FYI to anyone looking to buy from this dealership, I’ve had this Jeep for only 2 years and I have NEVER been able to get service from this dealership. They are always too “busy”! And there’s a recall on my Jeep too that I’ve been trying to schedule for 6 months, of course every time I call to schedule that appointment they never have any availability.I will drive to the other side of town or even St. Augustine before these people ever get any of my money!

We are a Dodge family and theres only one place we go for sales and service. DARCARS is the best! The express lane is easy and convenient when I just need an oil change. Whenever I have had car troubles or recalls the service department has been quick to get me in and out. My husband and I always work with Lisa and we receive great service every time. My son will be in the market for a new car soon and we will certainly be visiting the sales team here when the time comes.

Two months later and they still have not fixed a broken door on a used vehicle i bought. I have tried multiple times to contact them and they always say someone will call me back, but never do. I have gone in person and they say someone will call me to schedule, but...... they never do. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

My mom wont stop raving about the service department here! She was having problems with her van and a different place that was working on it kept making it worse. My husband called DARCARS and spoke to Lisa who sounded happy to help. She gave us an estimate prior to coming in. She followed up with my mom and coordinated getting her van towed to the dealership. We werent expecting the van to be fixed for a week or 2, but they had it completed in a couple of days. Even better, the repair ended up being covered by our warranty, so it didnt cost us a penny. When Lisa called my mom she was very thorough in explaining the repairs in a way that we could understand. She was even polite in asking how my mom was feeling after her recent surgery and wishing her a speedy recovery. Its that kind of care and compassion that will keep us coming back! I drive a Ford, but after this experience, my next car will be a Dodge!

My wife’s 2015 Dodge Charger had a radiator leak, just over the 60,000 mile mark. The soonest we could get in to be serviced was Aug 12, it is July 21, so a 22 day wait. Then we purchased the premium 100,000 mile warranty, that they could not find at first, then they could not honor the warranty, after some deliberation, they accepted the warranty. The final kicker was the fact that only Dodge would honor the warranty, we found another mechanic, who not only would honor the warranty but would start working our Dodge Charger today. Shame on you OP Dodge Service Department! Another fine example of why we don’t take our cars to be fixed by the dealerships.

This dealership is a complete disgrace, we traded our Lexus in for a jeep on 24april, for some reason to this day I’m still getting calls from Lexus wanting payment even though this dealership has Possession of the vehicle. I have been calling twice a week and have been told they will look into it and will call me back. I never get a call back and it’s now 28may and Lexus collections calls me berating me about payment. I call jeep and of course everyone is in meetings and will call back (yeah right never have before). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are horrible when it comes to assisting their customers!

Service department was amazing. Constant positive communication throughout the whole process of getting my 8.4 screen fixed. On my end it took me two weeks after the part was ordered for me to get the truck in. With in those two weeks I had not only great responses but was reached out to multiple time’s to make sure everything worked well for my work schedule.Also the team working on hand upon drop off was quick and responsive to have everything ready to go as I arrived and had my vehicle back on the road within a few hours.

I have two vehicles that I service here, for the last time however, I came in to the dealership last week and made an appointment for service in person. Today I came in to drop vehicle off and low and behold no appointment was made. I was also told that since there is warranty left on vehicle I would be afforded a vehicle to drive. Well that didnt happen either and I am sitting here stuck waiting on a courtesy vehicle. I was here at opening along with others. Why would the driver ask if anyone else needed a ride before leaving?My other vehicle had an issue that required a part to be ordered that took close to a month. At about the one month mark they called and said that the warranty folks wanted to try something else before replacing the part that was supposedly on order for a month. To try what the warranty folks wanted to do required ordering another part which took another few weeks. So basically I didnt have my truck for close to two months. Sad...Update: courtesy vehicle was there the whole time. When I asked about it again drive drove past me. Note,, there was no one in the vehicle with him.. looked to running other errands. Additionally he had the key to that vehicle and the other courtesy vehicle. Ended up taking an Uber to get home after 2 + hours of sitting waiting. Horrible customer service.

I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and asked they also do a brake job since I was planning a long road trip and now have 40k plus on my vehicle. Not even an hour later I received a call from my service advisor Lisa asking just how long of a trip I was planning. She said that as long as I was not driving 10,000 miles in the next couple weeks I would be fine since my brakes still had plenty of meat on them, in her words. She said I should come back in about 6 months or after I put another 8-10K miles on and they would be happy to check them again. I just love the honesty and courteous service from this young lady who knows her stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Orange Park Dodge and special thank you to Lisa. Now I have some extra cash for my special vacation.

Ive been using the service department here ever since I met Lisa a few years ago. I wont go anywhere else because she always takes such good care of me. I usually try to schedule my appointments ahead of time, but even in a pinch, Lisa has let me bring my car in the same day and taken care of it. The shuttle service is great when I cant arrange my own ride and even the cashiers are polite and courteous. Everyone seems to work well together and they always put the customer first!

I’ve been dealing with Dodge for some years now and must say Dodge customer services has went down dramatically! I had a horrible experience first hand with the Westside (Commonwealth) location so I switched to the Orange Park location (worst idea). I had to call them for two weeks straight considering the young lady that were helping me never called back. I literally called everyday they would tell me she’s there transfer me, I would leave a message and still no call back ! So they decided to switch me the week they told me to bring it was spring break I have two little ones so that week wasn’t a good week for us knowing I wouldn’t get a rental immediately (insured) so I brought my car back the following week. I was happy at first the gentleman called me to inform he had my car and he’ll call me in the AM no call in the AM and now when I call him he tells me it can’t be looked at to determine what’s wrong until the following day now it’s going on day 3. Granted I called him at noon and they don’t close until about 6 hours and 48 minutes! So you’re telling me you can’t get a diagnostic test done by then to get me and my family in a vehicle? My kids have to miss another day of school because of no transportation and NO URGENCY FROM DODGE! I’ve dealt with Mercedes dealership and Ford dealership before and THEY WOULD NEVERRRRR allow a customer to go through this! The sad part is I have to bring my car here and I don’t want to upset the workers but this is ridiculous and further actions should and will take place!

They lie about the lease deals. I went there as the ad says 259$ a moth for the grand Cherokee and they brought the deal on paper and it was $636 a month....they just want to get your foot in the door.

Im not sure they are guilty of false advertising, quite possibly though, however they are most definitely guilty of deceptive advertising. The advertised leasing special on their website stated a lease special of $3,699 due at lease signing and $215 a month for 48 months. So I get there and the salesman tells me the advertisement doesnt mention all of the additional dealership prep fees and other hidden costs. So magically the advertised lease payment of $215 became $440 a month, unless of course you want to contribute an additional $9k, thats in addition to the advertised amount due at lease signing.If they misrepresented their lease deals through deceptive advertising, it makes me wonder what other deceptive practices they engage in. I wont be going back and my advice is to stay as far as way from this dealership as possible. You have been warned.

Service dept seems very disorganization.. Slow to get someone to even talk to us while waiting in a long line of cars. It shouldnt take 30- 40 minutes for you to take our info and keys. Customer experience is very important.. Why not have 2 people come out and talk to everyone and sort it out vs drive up to the bay.. Seems like a waste of time.. Chick fil a does this and it speeds things up.

Worked with Kyle Lawson to try to find my husband a new Jeep. Ended up not buying because they didnt have exactly what he was looking for, and we ran into some frustrations with being held up just waiting to talk to their contract team, but the sales experience with Kyle was top notch. May not have pulled the trigger on one from this dealership, but Kyle did a fantastic job of showing us around their inventory, comparing models, and really getting a feel for their stock. I took my car to the dealership to have my gear shift serviced. I was told it needed to be replaced so I told them to do it. They kept my car for about 4 days but they did give me a car to drive. I picked up my car and notice the service gear shift was still coming on but I told myself maybe it needs to reprogram or something. After 3days I called and didnt get a call back. I waited another couple of days and called again no call back. I took my car back to them and was told the part is a two part er and the other part wasnt put on. So Im looking like I paid to have my car fixed and you are telling me you took my money and gave me my car back as if it was fixed but knowing you didnt fix it!!! Now you are saying you are going to order the other so called part and have it on in about 5 days. REALLY

I recently gave the service department a try for the first time and my only regret was that I didnt try them sooner. The other dealerships around town dont seem like they really care about you but it was different here. Even though they were kinda busy when I pulled in, they got to my fast and took care of my needs. I was having a noise from the engine in my Charger. Another shop told me that I needed a new engine so I came here for another opinion. Lisa made my day when she told me that it could be fixed for under $1000 and I got my car back the next day! Professional service at its finest. I would recommend them to anyone. Five star service. I gave this review before service was done 0n my truck, a big mistake. Took it in because my engine light was on. Had a attachment from another shop stating that the EGR was faulty. They said it was not that all I needed was a carbon reduction done on it, so I took there word for it, big mistake. Got my truck back a day later drove it home seemed to be alright. Next day it did not want to idle, lifted the hood and to my surprise theyd left hoses loose on my engine. Now I have cracking and popping noise coming from my engine.Called them back to report the problem. Said they would call me back, still waiting a week later. I can no longer wait for them to fix my truck. Im being ignored and I will not give this dealer a good review. Bad service, dont waste your time or money here.

This is twice now that the experience was nothing to talk about. They do not deserve any stars for what happened.So its been maybe around three months and I have problems with the brakes again. The agreement on the past service was to have the rotors replaced under Warranty and I would pay for the new pads, because your tech said there is nothing wrong with the brakes ( must be the way the car is driven). You guys told me you will not look at the brakes again unless I pay for the repairs on the brakes. I told you there is something else that is causing this problem. I would of not been back twice if there wasnt. I want my car fixed correctly.

Shenika at the customer service is the primary reason for the good 4 star. I felt like she explained to me well about what is wrong with my battery and Jeep Cherokee... however they ended up charging me over $350 just to replace a battery. I only had this pre-owned vehicle for 4 months and how come this issue was not discovered at my pre-purchase check?! Just frustrating

Recently purchased used Jeep. They tried to charge $1,000 vehicle prep (claim is money they spend on prepping the vehicle for sale) fee plus another $1,000 fee that they call dealer fee which is nothing more than additional profit going to the dealership. The Jeep was not clean on the inside. Coffee stains on the drivers seat, missing floor mat, water inside the drives side turn signal housing, and a missing 2nd key. Replacement keys run close to $200. Sales manager promised to provide a replacement key at cost. Despite several attempts to call him on the status of additional key zero return calls. Sales person also non responsive post sale when we asked for a copy of the Carfax Report which he failed to include as part of the sale contract package that you receive in the finance office. Third DarCar purchased. Previous 2 were from one of their dealerships in MD. Staff and buying experience at that dealership was far superior to Orange Park.

It is downright shameful DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram cannot perform satisfactory work on vehicles they brand!!! I have taken my Chrysler 300 to DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on several different occasions, back-to-back. Each time they give a different diagnosis and I consent to the repair, then it turns out to be something else. My engine light is still on after several repairs, but I kept going back because my Service Advisor, was THE BEST when it came to caring for the customer. He informed me in June he was going to be leaving and so was some of the mechanics, so that was the end of my relationship with DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep because I’ve had some not so good experiences before my last Service Advisor.DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram installed a starter back in June, a few weeks ago I hear a grinding noise coming from under the hood. I have it towed to a facility other than DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because evidently, they do not know anything about Chryslers except how to sell them. The diagnosis was, “starter shim was inside of the bell housing, starter looks new, the shim was not installed correctly”. I called DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to inform them of what was happening with my vehicle and to tell them because it is an issue DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram caused, they need to pay for the repairs. Well in so many words Kevin Walker (Service Manager) spoke with his manager (John, no last name provided) and I was told my vehicle should have been towed to DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram…now why would I have it towed back to them if they couldn’t get it right the first time!!!I asked Kevin Walker to have the Manager, John give me a call and stop having me go through the middleman…still have not received a call from John. I call Corporate to explain the entire story regarding my vehicle. I tell the person I’m speaking with at Corporate that DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram needs to pay this bill to the facility because the cost of my vehicle being taking apart to find where the noise is coming from is $759, DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram tells me they’re not responsible because again they need they need to do their own diagnostic test because my vehicle is at a 3rd party facility. I totally understand, so I asked the Corporate Rep is DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram going to have my vehicle towed to DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the response is No, we are not getting involved. Ok, so you want me to pay for the tow and the bill to the other facility so when my vehicle arrives you can then say, nothing can be done because it went to another facility and the warranty is now void???? DARCARS Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! Own up to your mistake and PAY THE BILL!!!!!
