I have not had much dealing so far - With everything computerized it is difficult for me to find where and when I should send stuff - Booklets and information is too long. End up calling Ed and he manages to help me. Appreciate that. I have sent a second statement for oil change - no response yet!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 6plus years, never had to use Omega until this week. My car was leaking fluids, turns out there was coolant mixing with oil. Radiator and bunch of other things needed to be replaced. Huge bill, much of which I was told was not covered. Omega told me my radiator wasn’t covered because the part that caused the problem wasn’t covered. That’s the kind of logic that can get them out of paying anything. To be honest, I don’t write reviews for anything because I pay my money I expected a return value for it. This time, I felt different.I have been buying services from Omega Auto Care for the last 10 years and I will continue to do so until they decide to stop offering their services to the public.I think when something is more than excellent, other people should know about it and this is the reason I decided to write a review about Omega Auto Care.Let me just split it out. There isn’t any other services available that I know of that can replace Omega Auto Care for their excellent services that they are providing to their customers like me.Excellent customer service all around, fast response to any claims even the repair shops that I go loves to deal with Omega because they are very fast. It will take me a whole day to talk about my experience and that wouldn’t be enough for me.Thank you Omega for your excellent service and give me a piece of mind with my vehicles.

They have the worst costumer service. I tried cancelling the contract and it was very dragging. They claimed to have called me several times but the only one time I was able to speak to them, they were transferring me between departments stating that they are not the one who is in-charge of it. The cancellation form state to mail them the form to Florida, but apparently I needed to send it to Missouri. All in all, it was so draggy and never got my money back.Do NOT purchase from Omega ever again.

I am just absolutely shocked by the denied claim we received. Our vehicle is a MINI Countryman and we have taken great care of it. 70K miles. We take it to a MINI dealership for all services. Last month our engine failed on us and we were told we needed a new engine. MINI service has provided Omega with endless amounts of information, photos and details of the cause. Omega continues to deny our claim when MINI service has proven to them the cause is covered under the warranty. This has been so crazy to deal with and we are still battling. I just wish Omega would own up and pay the claim as this is the policy we purchased. If this gets corrected, then I will post a positive review and let everyone know the outcome.

My son was sent a postcard from omega auto with only owning his car for about 2 weeks We were in the market looking for a power train warranty for his vehicle So we called to get a quote and what omega auto care would cover see as he bought the car at 53000 miles roughly I wanted to be with him well he made the phone call to make sure that the most important parts and labor were covered considering I was recently ripped off by 2 companies Who are in the same business group of omega auto care WHO STEAL, ROB, LIE, CONNIVE AND DECEIVE Potential clients Who work hard for their money And believed that they will be treated honestly Also not to mention that we are in The middle of a pandemic where money is tight for a lot of people Including young adults who are starting out Saving all their money that they get by working to purchase a vehicle to get back-and-forth As safely as possible from work and college With reliable transportation and if anything shall happen to that vehicle mechanically that they would be covered with little money out of pocket With that being said my son and I were on the phone with omega auto care for a bout an hour and a 1/2 I wanted the sales person on the phone to go over that contract that they were offering my son in detail I also understand that there is a lot of small print that we may look over in the midst of believing that we are getting what we are told With my million and one questions and to convince me and my son even more that this was the best choice and the best company out there that My son should go with we were transferred to his supervisor so that he could reassure my son that he was getting the best care and auto protection For his vehicle He decided he would go with the company I gave them my card because my son didnt have the funds in his account at the time needless to say I have no ownership or write to the vehicle which was stated immediately upon and gaging in conversation and questioning of auto policy that was being Offered to my son which was the power train warranty considering his miles were so low the next payment was due and they charged my card even though my son immediately changed the payment method on his account my account was still charged this would go on for a another 2 months my son had called repeatedly to remove me from the contract Which was never done and the only way we found out about that was because now my sons car needs work to get to the mechanic for them to put any claim to find out that my son does not have a A accounts with omega auto care I am the one who has in account with all Mega auto care and I am the only 1 who can authorize work to be done on my sons vehicle that I do not own Nor am I on any of his vehicle registrations As if that wasnt enough come to find out that his claim was rejected because his car was a salvage car with a rebuilt title And omega auto care does not cover salvage cars which his car is not it has a rebuilt title call the company because I am the authorized covered insured person for the vehicle and after speaking with one of the operators she told me that I was stupid for buying a car that had a salvage title which it did not and also called me a liar sitting that I never told the company that it was a salvage car and had a rebuild title We were never onced asked that question they were so concerned on us buying into the company and convincing us that the company was legit and wasnt out to rob or steal from hard working young adults trying to make their way in this world I was told by the operator that she would have her manager listened to the recording and I told her that was a good idea she continued to insult me while hanging the phone up on me I simply want the company To stand by their word to their clients or give my son back the money he paid to the company which is about 3 to 4 months of payments of a $175 a Month also the Vin# was given upon quote if he and his supervisor had ran the Vin the would have we wouldnt be in this position My son feeling deeply Robbed,Misled,Lied to & out of $ and repairs.

They are responsible for the mass amount of telemarketer spoof calls with a relentless group of annoying, and disrespectful people. They call my phone constantly until i took the time to get to the bottom of who is paying them. Its Omega she said they are the company that pays 3rd party telemarketing companies to harass. And lie to trick people into buying a warranty.So she said she cant get to the bottom of who calls me though? Lol right...... Well now your warned. Call Omega of you want it to stop. Shell gladly help you.

Took my car to dealer to get air conditioning fixed... they only paid $250 for a cheap compressor... had to pay the difference for a good one which was another $250... at the end of everything after I paid $810 out of pocket including the deductible found out my car blows hot air on driver side... cold air on passenger side... dealer said I needed some type of box replacement so they called Omega who said they don’t cover that but I’m confused because it’s part of the air conditioning so that’s $2500 I had to come out of pocket again... just wasted my $.... called to cancel someone claimed I was gonna get a call back from a manager.... but that didn’t happen either... got me to drop a policy from Endurance but this warranty is no better....

I called to clarify information about the two policies I have because everything was so confusing with the different names of companies working with Omega. Carla made everything easy to understand and double checked to ensure I got the most accurate information. I was so pleased with the service that after I told her, I asked to speak with the supervisor. Customer Service is tough work and I let the representative know each and every time.

You pay a lot of money for the extended car warranty but when it comes to them to pay for work in your car, they want to use after market parts. Because to them Mercedes parts are too expensive to cover. So I will not renew or go through them ever again. Can’t wait for the warranty to finish.

The individual that sold me my policy, indicated that I was purchasing from assurance warranty, when I went to call them today I found out I did not have insurance with them on my car it was with Omega which I got through another company called Auto repair Network. So until the day I really didnt know who I had the insurance with. However I did cancel and stop all payments forward to Omega, parts is through Auto repair Network. I was told when I bought the purchase bought the coverage I was buying from assurance warranty. Bottom line I was very deceived at first point when I was told I was buying from assuranceWilliam Carroll.

Most repair shops these days will tell you that warranty companies will take a very long time however it is mainly the dealer that takes longer rather than the warranty company omega has been a great warranty company for me I absolutely love the reimbursements that I am able to get after I performed some of the maintenance on my vehicle I had my entire transmission replace and other huge components of my vehicle done with services of America I would recommend Omega to any citizen.

I had my cars oil changed on 8/25/2021 and submitted a claim a day or two later. It was done electronically as required. I have not heard from anyone at Omega that the claim was received, let alone paid.

I’m a new customer and contacted auto care to cover my oil change at GMC-Chevrolet dealer. It took too many calls and connection between me and the dealership to get that payment. What I didn’t know was that auto care only covers a certain amount so I had to pay the difference. So when selling this coverage in the policy should specify that. I’m paying out a lot of money for this care. The next time I really need any service I don’t wanna get the same story.

I bought my current extended warranty from Omega because it gives me peace of mind. I know that I am covered in my current car. When I bought my new-to-me used car, I thought my car probably was not going to break down, as it has low miles (less than 32,000 when I bought it). It seemed like a new car to me, compared to my old used car which cost me a fortune in just 5 years to keep it on the road (much higher miles when I bought it). For my current used car, I included the maintenance package, as even if my car never broke down, including the first year maintenance would ensure it was kept on the road and my warranty was used. I like that lockouts, flats, towing and car rental is all included if I need it, too. Then, this past week, It turns out that my A/C compressor broke down. Florida is no place to live without A/C in your car. The repair was covered and my car repaired quickly at the Chevy dealership using my Omega Auto Care policy. Since I took it in right away, I had little hot driving time. It turns out when the codes were read at the dealership, my thermostat was also not working properly (which could have risked a serious engine failure). So both problems were fixed. My out-of-pocket expenses were minimal, and I was back on the road, fast and safely. I am very happy with Omega and highly recommend the company and its staff.

I have always heard of these warranty services that pick up when the manufacturers warranty ends and to be honest....I felt they were bogus companies. I knew my warranty ran out so I thought I would just try it once to see if they would replace my original warranty as promised. To my surprise, 2 months after I joined Omega Auto, my ac unit stopped working!! I took my car to the dealer and everything was as promised. All I had to worry about was the $100 deductible!!! Then again 2 weeks later, my ac went out and again I paid $100 deductible!! And 2 weeks later I had to return one more time. The cost for repairs totalled approximately $1800. But my part was only $300!! They paid $1500 toward the repairs PLUS REIMBURSED ME ONE OF THE THREE FREE OIL CHANGES AS STATED IN MY OMEGA AUTO AGREEMENT!!! WOW!! And their customer service every time I needed any help has been outstanding!!! They have went way above and beyond in customer service and helping me with anything I may need to make me feel comfortable. I would HIGHLY AND PROUDLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SEEKING A CONTINUED SERVICE WARRANTY FOR THEIR CAR!!!.They treated me with much respect and made me feel very important! Im not sure how to rate this review! The agent on the robocall was extremely rude, but when I called Omega directly to remove my information from their system, she was amazing!I have been getting robocalls multiple times a day for months. I finally answered one today. The first agent sounded like he was in a very large, foreign call center. Once I gave him the make and model of my vehicle (2018 VW Atlas), he transferred me to Gus. I was polite for the entire exchange. I let Gus explain the warranty, mostly out of curiosity. It was expensive! I declined. Not only was the cost high (over $3,000), but my vehicle came with a 6yr/72,000 bumper-to-bumper (basic and powertrain) warranty from VW. He argued with me, insisting I paid for it, telling me it was an extended warranty, that I was wrong. I asked to be removed from their call list, and he said, NO, but Ill add you to seven! And hung up when I requested a supervisor. Zero stars for Gus.I then called Omega directly and spoke with a wonderful representative in their claims department (Angela, I think). I asked if she could please update their system to remove me. She asked for my number, and any other number that may be receiving calls. She was pleasant, helpful, and relatable. Five stars for Angela!I wish there was a way to stop these robocalls. The federal registry has done nothing to help! This needs to stop...

One of the best companies to work for! I have such an amazing support staff and my team is like none other. My manager is amazing, my co-workers are the best and the owners are incredible.Its important that during trying times like these, we all have a sense of security. My position in this company has not been compromised due to everything going on because the owners have such a profound sense of what it means to be human and have a life outside of work. I traded my Altima 2018 for a brand new car so I canceled my warranty and had such a bad time trying to get my money back I was told since I was on a payment plan monthly I couldn’t get my money back I was very disappointed . Do not trust this company to me they are just scamming people. I bought the extend warranty and had a engine break down. they asked me to approve the engine tair down and I did everything they asked. a week later they told me my tires were to big and was not approved for the claim. they could have told me that before disassembleing my engine. no where in my contract dose it say what size tires are oversized. now I have a bill of 5,000 dollars they will not help me with. worst coustemer experience I have had.do not waste youre time or money with this company

Total trap, do not trust them. When I opened my policy I was assured I could cancel at any time for any reason. Ive been trying to cancel for the past month because I SOLD THE VEHICLE, they wont let me cancel my policy and they are trying to add my new car that I bought in its place. I am definitely not paying to insure two cars when I only have one. Im trying to handle this on my own but Im on the verge of having my attorney get involved, Im paying for a car I dont own. Save yourself.

Responsible for the annoying auto warranty telemarketing calls you get without consent - led one of the salespeople far enough down the road to find out who administers it. They may not hire the salespeople, but they do choose agencies they work with, and need to own that/take responsibility in selecting partners that dont ignore the law.

I have not had to use the coverage for any major repair. I have tried to use the coverage for routine maintenance, which is included in my plan However, to date, I have received no reimbursement. My Ford dealers will not apply for reimbursement directly, and I have to submit same to you via fax. Nice if you would actually respond.

I would like to give my honest opinion. When I received a call from Auto Protection Plus in regards to my vehicle service contract I thought like most. Its a scam or I dont need one my car was new. Well 2 years later my engine has malfunction and I need a new short block. Omega Auto Care is my administrator. They have gone above and beyond for me. Best customer service. So, I leave a positive review I recommend this company.

They were great as long as I pd and didnt use now when I need them the repair shop got we dont cover that so I got no help at all.. will have wasted almost 5000 that could have been spent better elsewhere by time i finish my pmts. I was very disappointed to find out that I could not be compensated for repairs on my vehicle. I understand there a policies in place, however making payments faithfully for 3 years should say something but to have to pay out pocket plus pay you monthly how am I benefiting from you providing me coverage. Omega auto care has non trained representatives working the initial claim calls. Had coverage on a 2017 Honda Civic, claim called in by dealer for failing injectors,to which it was originally denied. I had to call myself to inquire why it was denied and was apologized to the error made on the claim originally. Had a second for an oil change that I was informed was covered from initial injector claim. Was denied the first time dealer called. Had to inquire myself as to why. The fact they paid was a benifit,but the headache of multiple calls in order to do so. Sold vehicle, therefore did not need extended coverage anymore, upon calling to have coverage canceled, it was if I had slapped the representative with an unsuspecting arrest warrant! I was informed “You will not get a refund!!!!”, To which I explained I was calling to cancel the coverage. Then the rhetoric of the fact I had had a claim, of $1200 and that the mileage was within 30000 if limit that I had used allll available mileage. “YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND”. These people don’t like to pay our claims and do not like it if a vehicle is sold by the owner for the policy to be canceled. They try to pressure you into keeping the coverage. The ultimate was the requirement to send in the warranty booklet,VIN#,mileage, cancellation request letter, bill of sale proving vehicle is sold in order for the coverage to be canceled. Then notice a month latter that it has been canceled as a result of non-payment. Just be careful with these companies!!!! High pressure to take on coverage and all types of games/rhetoric upon request to cancel. And for the record the lack of respect for the customer!

I tried to get ahold of omega Friday am 11/13. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes then the call was hung up. Tried again using roadside no. Waited finally hung up. I pay $105. A month this instability to get ahold of omega is not acceptable. I called later in day and finely got a person. I was having problems with tires due to pothole on road. I really thought my expensive agreement would avail me a 5 star service. I finely bought a new tire. Paid cash. I have been calling other maintenace programs before i change. Im a 70 yr old grandma. I thought this policy with omega would be my insurance ontop of my car insurance to protect myself from bteakdowns.

I’ve been with Omega for over 3 years and when no one else would cover my second vehicle OMEGA gave me a called and I decided to ask the agent would they cover my vehicle now because it was older, he reply was letting talk to his supervisor in a very kind manner, later that day he called back and said yes mam Miss Brown....What a Relief!! They ALSO worked with me with my initial payment. Omega’s coverage is the BEST!!! A COMPANY WITH A HEART!!!!

Most important, Omega Auto Care is a trustworthy Warranty Company. With the many calls you get making you think they are your provider, Omega doesn’t make those calls.Service is easy. With the booklet, you are given who to call for a tow, the dealers recognize this company as being reputable and service is taken care of efficiently and payment is worked out with auto dealer.I will definitely save my information and when ready, will again go with Omega Auto Care and you should too.Thanks Omega.

I dont know how to describe this without being rude... This people have been calling me +3 times a day to offer me an extension of my cars warranty. Id always answer the call to be nice and listen to what they have to say and then tell them to put me in a not to call list because Im not interested in the service. Yesterday I had a little argument when I was never rude or mean with the agent where he kept me 20 minutes of my time (when i told him that I was busy and couldnt answer the call) trying to make me pay for something I Didnt want. I counted the times and I told this guy +7 times I dont want the service. Btw, they call from different numbers so if youre in the same situation as I am, block them right ahead so you wont have the same issue I had and keep having.For the company: I dont know you and there were some agents who actually understood that I didnt want the service and just said okay and were actually nice people.But if I say no, its no. If i say please dont keep calling me, dont do it. Im a customer, not a prize you have to bother untill it takes the bait.

As I spoke with a customer service representative about my policy, I received nothing but a rude tone in his voice, very disrespectful wording, and ended with him hanging up in my ear with a bad attitude. I’m very dissatisfied with not only the policy but with the disrespectful customer service.

I have had Omega Auto Care for about 5 years and theyve been great. Right after purchasing the contract the front main seal in my diesel engine failed. This repair requires 2.5 DAYS of shop time. The dealer service department called Omega and they covered the entire bill upfront no out-of-pocket. I definitely recommend Omega.

Just a scam dont waste your moneyI paid them 3k and fir 6y warranty and after 3y they refuse what they told me for transferEven i told them i will pay the differentThey will promise you for transfer and when u call for trsnsfer even you paid up front for 6years cover and need the rest of your years to other car similiar miles they wil say noOnly new quote and the old will be cancle and no refund .for half what you paid

Very rude on the phone. Very helpful with the discounted rates but the manager got on the phone to negotiate a plan at the lowest rate I didn’t have the down payment as of today and treated me very rudely the manager said I wish you the best of luck sorry we couldn’t help you and hung up the phone. Customer service is what makes a business great treating people rudely because you didn’t gain any profit is not acceptable.

The worst experience with my car, I started my claim on February 20, 2020 and they gave me an answer until April 15, 2020, I incurred extreme expenses for vehicle rental, in the end, the vehicle is still in poor condition and Mrs. Dominic irresponsibly blamed the workshop for the delay, I took the car from the dealer on April 15 and arriving at my house the car continued with the same fault for which I took it, at Omega they told me to return the car to the size and they opened me a new claim, knowing from the beginning what my car needed but omegas intention was to repair one thing and close the claim, open a 2nd claim, and, today (05/082020), I am still without a car and with a debt in the workshop because they assured me that I had to authorize a procedure for them to give rise to the approval of the repair of my car IMMEDIATELY according to the words of Mr. Jou (Adjuster), by the way that 2nd claimed not I started it but the Omega company, No one contacted With me and a week later, believing that my car was repaired, he called the company to ask and I was very surprised at the denial of the repair of my car. months and I had to wear out financially in the rent of vehicles while they gave me some answer and now they just say WE DID WHAT WE COULD DO, they do not even care about the client SO LESS THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES. Please think carefully before contracting with this company, when they want to sell you the contract they call you and call and call back but to solve you for something that one is paying they never take the trouble to contact you and worse still they do not respond and only play with one making you call back and forth.La peor experiencia con mi auto, comencé mi reclamo por el 20 de febrero del 2020 y me dieron respuesta hasta el 15 de Abril del 2020, incurrí en gastos extremos por renta de vehículo, al final, el vehículo sigue en mal estado y la Sra Dominic irresponsablemente culpó al taller por el atraso, saqué el carro del dealer el día 15 de Abril y llegando a mi casa el carro seguía con la misma falla por el que lo llevé, en Omega me dijeron que regresara el auto al talle y me abrieron un nuevo reclamo, sabiendo ellos desde un comienzo lo que mi auto necesitaba pero la intension de omega fue reparar una cosa y cerrar el reclamo, abrir un 2do reclamo, y, hoy por hoy (05/082020), sigo sin auto y con una deuda en el taller porque me aseguraron que debía autorizar un procedimiento para ellos dar pie a la aprobación de la reparación de mi auto INMEDIATAMENTE según las palabras del Sr Jou (Ajustador), por cierto ese 2do reclamó no lo inicie yo sino la compañía Omega, Nadie se contactó conmigo y una semana después creyendo yo que mi auto estaba reparado llamó a la compañía a preguntar y me llevo la gran sorpresa de la negación de la reparación de mi auto, ESTA COMPAÑÍA ME HA CREADO DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS ECONÓMICOS ya que me atrasaron más de 2 meses y tuve que desgastarme económicamente en el pago de renta de vehículos mientras me daban alguna respuesta y ahora solo dicen “HICIMOS LO QUE PUDIMOS”, a ellos no les importa ni el cliente MUCHO MENOS LA SEGURIDAD DE LOS MISMOS. Por favor piensa bien antes de contratar con esta compañía, cuando te quieren vender el contrato te llaman y llaman y vuelven a llamar pero para resolverte por algo que uno está pagando jamás se toman la molestia de contactarte y peor aún no responden y sólo juegan con uno haciendo que llames de un lado a otro.
