Called them earlier today for car insurance and my husband and I both like what the guy told us we would pay to start and per month payments. But we looked at our bank and had to call the insurance company because the guy changed what we agreed on and took hundreds from our bank. The guy seemed nice on the phone but to lie and take from a family with children during a time like this. Thanks for the lies not a places to go because they basically stole from us! Also the insurance company said they can give us a better price and that isnt the first time this has happened. People be careful going through this company for car insurance, they will take hundreds from your bank and lie to you about it!!!!!!!!

We use this agency for our complicated insurance needs. The staff is always very accommodating and very helpful.

If I could give this place a worse rating than poor I would. I took time off work just to get a quote on homeowners insurance, was told Id have a quote by the end of the day. Around 4pm I called (because I got no call) and the same guy I talked to at 10am that morning Ray said he hadnt even done anything that day on it and Id have to wait until Monday. Its Tuesday evening, two days and three phone calls later and no quote. Dont waste your time with this place.
