High rates, poor service. Farmers Insurance used to be a top notch company but I consider them one of worst nowadays. They raised my auto premiums every 6 months for 3 years straight. Finally, I had enough. Called my agent to talk about price and they had no issue with my cancelling my policy. Kind of hurtful for how long I had been with them. Will be moving property policy to another company just as soon as I can. I have had 2 family members with the same issue. Apparently Farmers has given up on the Saks community.

Rates keep going up with no claims for resodent or vehicles. No accidents what so ever. Was told that because of other people accidents and claims the insurance has to get their money back by sharing the cost to all of their insured members.
