Took them 3 days to be able to help with a claim. Sure glad this is not my agent. Their customer service is terrible. I would call and they would not call me back. To get help I called 5 times before they send me to the claims department. This is one place I will avoid for all my business needs !!!

So I’ve been with Geico for over 11 years. But my insurance rates were going higher and higher as my kids got older and got a license and I had to finance a car. It was over whelming. I wanted to quote a new rate and a friend of mine was on the phone with her agent and I said “Hey can u ask them to quote me?”. So she had ANNE call me from the San Jose office. And Anne has been patient with me and understanding and she has done so much to help me save money on insurance and even renters. And I didn’t even have that with geico and my bill was so high. Needless to say this AMAZING WOMAN has saved my butt over $150. Thank you Anne soooooo muchhhhh!!!!!! Highly recommended
