Enrolling for Auto coverage with Darryl Wakefield office was so simple. I actually received a call after an online inquiry and wasnt prepared to begin my policy until later in the week. Gabriella, was so kind to follow-up with me on 2 separate occasions via phone call and email after I completely forgot to call back. Ill definitely be utilizing this office for all of my insurance needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! I have been a customer since 1998 and my parents were long before that. Barbara Jones is AMAZING! She always gets back with us as soon a s possible, giving us the answer to our questions, a new quote, etc, whatever we need. In addition, Barbara always tells us the best deal and most affordable options for our growing, one-income family. She is very honest, friendly and thorough. When Mr. Doyle, the previous agent at this location, retired, Mr. Wakefield personally called to introduce himself and then sent a letter as well. I tell everyone I know about, not only State Farm as a company but, this office and staff. They are like family!

In the recent months I’ve been looking to switch over to a new insurance company from Geico. I was able to get a fast and easy quote online from State Farm. Gabriella from Darryl Wakefield statefarm initially reached out to assist with any questions I may have had. She took the time on more than one occasion to explain all the options I had for my policy and where I could save the most money. It was all in all a great experience working with Gabriella I’m very lucky to have her by my side. It’s safe to say I now have a State Farm policy for who knows how long if Gabriella is with this company. Thank you Gabriella!

I am very happy with my insurance policies at State Farm and this office. My only issue is that when I purchased a new car on Wednesday and I tried to add it to my insurance on Thursday, by email, I was told I needed to wait until I was contacted by my agent. So after not hearing anything back, I called the number on my insurance cards, on Saturday two days later, and I was connected to an agent that was able to assist me over the phone and sent me email with a temporary insurance card. Why couldnt my agent do that on Thursday or Friday? My last experience when I purchased my 2018 truck, I was able to insure my truck the same day while sitting in my truck at the car lot, with another insurance company. Not so happy with this experience last week. Thanks

Over the years, State Farm has had some positive feedback as well as negative feedback. Initially, I was hesitant about switching over from Geico to State Farm.
