Our experience was great!!! They go out of their way to serve the community. Above and beyond. If I have a issue they address and get me right in. They have even offered to pick up my vehicle from my work place which is a true blessing and very convenient. They do not over charge you or try to get into your pocket book. We were having trouble with another shop getting my husbands tires balanced correctly but as soon as I walked in and told them the situation, they immediately got someone to ride with me in the vehicle and got a time set up for everything to be fixed. Everyone was very polite and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time and made sure to explain everything! They even checked back in with me a few days later to make sure everything was running good! Extremely satisfied in the effort and pride they put into their entire customer experience!!

I went here thinking I needed an alignment. The guy doing the alignment showed me everything was good and he thinks it may have been that I had to much air in one tire or I may need to put front tires on opposite sides. Come to find out all I needed was to change the tires to the opposite sides. They worked with me to find out what was going on and just didnt want to get money from me. Very nice, friendly and professional, I will definitely be going back.

I travel a lot between Nacogdoches and Athens. Bobby has “saved” me a couple of times. Whenever I call him, he has always had an employee come out to help me in a matter of minutes. He even called all over Jacksonville, and even Tyler, to find tires I needed. EXCELLENT SERVICE... always helpful and friendly.

I went in for new breaks, and they tell me that it will be the next day before they can get to it. I didn’t need to drive with the brakes I had, so the owner pulled his keys out of his pocket and said take my truck on home and we will get it fixed tomorrow. I went to pick up my truck the next day after work and it was way cheaper then I had expected. Very impressed with this shop and the owner is first class. I will do business where from now on and would refer anyone to him.

Good tire changing place. I called ahead and they ordered 4 new tires for me. I got there and it only took about 30 mins for the tires to be put on. The owner was very nice and Christian man.

After taking my van to several other service centers, I called Bobby’s. He said to bring it in, and that when I left there, my van would be fixed. Seemed a pretty bold statement considering they hadn’t looked at my van before. This is the first place I’ve ever been to where they ask you to test drive your vehicle before paying. They tweaked this and changed out that, and in the end, my van is running straight and steady...all at a very reasonable price!!

Out of 6 or 7 places that I checked with, Bobbys was the only one that was able to look at my car the same day it broke down, which was extremely important because I was on my way to Michigan. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and the work was done a lot faster than expected. They went above and beyond, even bringing me to a place where I could wait for a couple hours for my car to be serviced. Thank you guys so much!

I was about to go elsewhere figuring that would take a few days but was told delivery would be 1230 no later 1 PM (the same day) I received an alignment and they used the best tire I had for the spare bc i want are it was showing wire. Awesome place! Came in for rotate and balance from a vibration. Rear tires we bad, they hooked me up with a couple of matching used tires that appeared almost new. I was on my way to an important meeting, they save me time and money! In and out in less than 15 minutes and for only $50.00!Customer for life!

My husband discovered Bobbys soon after we moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and this is now our go-to place. Weve found them in every instance to be honest and trustworthy; recently, a plastic piece was dragging on the bottom of my car. They put the car on the rack and tied up the piece and didnt charge me at all. This all took place within 10 or 15 minutes. When we needed tires my husband said, Bobbys is the place to go. We can trust them. Each person weve talked with there has been so courteous and helpful--we highly recommend Bobby’s!

Bobbys Tire service is my favorite place to get my vehicle repairs. I 1st had plugs and a tune up done, they were the most reasonable in price. So when I needed my power steering leak I took it to Bobbys. I was expecting the worst a new rack and pinion. They found the problem and repaired it for less than the dealer would have wanted just to diagnose the problem. They are my choice for auto service in Jacksonville.

They got right on it and done a good job. Priced right too.

Fixed some problems on my truck with no problem, seemed stumped with others. Sending a truck out thats been stalling in traffic just because it wouldnt do it in the shop is not okay though. Id rather have been given the option to fix the most likely parts causing the problem, even if they dont know for sure it will help. Saving me a bit of money by not trying those parts is not worth risking getting in an accident. Or being stalled on the road while hauling thousands of dollars in livestock.Bought the code reader for my truck and started replacing parts myself instead. If I can do it they should have been able to. Not pleasant when I can barely get the truck to the part store, besides I have work I need to be doing using this truck.Edit: My complaint wasnt that you tried throwing parts at the truck, but that I wasnt given the option to at least try some of the cheaper and easier things it could have been, like the idle air control, etc. I actually wanted to try the most likely parts from the beginning, or even just rebuild the engine when I still had money. Because my concern was not cost when this started, my concern was getting my truck on the road as soon as possible since I need it for work. I just really wasnt given options or ideas. And that the mechanic told me to bring it in when its acting up, well it stalled its way into the parking lot, so how was I possibly going to bring it in when its acting up any more than that. Once you guys finally did start just replacing everything that it could be, I was actually more happy with the service, even though ultimately my truck still stalls sometimes, but not as often as before. But despite my truck lookinh like junk, it doesnt mean Im not willing to spend the money to assure it is completely safe for my long drives, even if it does take just trying everything until the problem is found. What I cant afford is months of having an unreliable truck because I wasnt given the option. I do undestand what you mean though, people could have taken you trying parts as a guarantee it would work. But for me once the most likely parts were tried and it still continued to stall I was actually happier, because once I find the cause I will still have all those new parts. I guess it is just a different mindset that maybe is unusual around here. And I was not in a good frame of mind when I wrote that after losing months of work over the issue, and feeling like I wasnt being given any options in the matter as to how I wanted to handle it from the beginning.I will raise the rating a bit, but I really cant say I am happy still about being sent away the first time with no options when my vehicle was stalling in the road. But I am happy with the service later when parts were actually tried. I guess I should be less attached to my truck and just gotten rid of it when the problem couldnt be diagnosed, instead of trying to have a vintage and work truck rolled into one. Or haul it back to my mechanic before I moved who loved my old truck as much as I do, hed try parts all day until he got it running every time. And I didnt mind because I love my old truck and just wanted it working, atleast before I had to go months without being able to do any work without it and had no money left to deal with it. But I am sure that is not your usual customer at all, so I think thats where the problem came from.
