Corianne is Exceptional! Shes very professional, responsible, & knowledgeable. Everyone Ive dealt with at this company has answered all my questions and done a great job!

I called and and explained to the woman who answered the phone that I believe I have an armadillo that I need removed and she told me that she didnt know what that was. She asked me, Is it a bird, is it a cat? I responded, its an armadillo. This person is obviously not qualified to speak to customers and you just lost a potential sale because of it.

Ryan and Mike do a tremendous job of taking care of their customers in Jacksonville! Everyone I have encountered with Xceptional Wildlife has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in taking care of my needs. Whether it has been rats in the attic, squirrels finding their way in and keeping us up at night, or snakes slithering into our home the service has been quick and dependable! No one wants a snake problem but when you do, Ryan and Jessie from Xceptional came to my rescue. As much as I don’t like snakes they set up traps and then relocate them to a wildlife area and out of my yard. They will be coming back every month and I can get back to enjoying my outdoors. Great experience all around!We called a few months ago for Xceptional Wildlife Removal to take a look at a potential issue with bats in our attic. They were very courteous, responsive and professional. I am so thankful for their service!

I was overwhelmed with the amount of snakes on my property. I called Xceptional Wildlife Removal and they were here within 2 days, set traps and in two day 3 snakes were caught. Ryan came out the same day I notified him, he removed them and set new traps. Now a week later there was another 5. I told Ryan and he was here within 2 hours to get them . Couldn’t ask for better service and we haven’t even gotten to the pest control which I amSure will be phenomenal as wellI now have new hope and plan to stay in my home!

I want to commend Ryan on his professionalism and knowledge. I had a squirrel problem in my attic. Ryan explained what is happening and how he was going to get rid of the problem. He accomplished his plan in getting rid of the pests and did this in a timely and professionally manner. I felt at ease with his ability and his understanding of how upset I had been. Ryan not only had to deal with the pest problem, but with negotiating with the Condo Association. Ryan is an asset to your company. Even at that our Condo Association refused to cover the additional openings which they felt were not covered in the original estimate, this would completely eliminate the problem. I will highly recommend him and your company in the future.

I had a terrible problem with raccoons in my attic keeping me up at night. I called Ryan and he came and got the raccoons. Hired for bat exclusion. They didnt finish the job as per terms and conditions written on the agreement and now threatening to send to collection if I dont pay remaining due balance. They didnt sanitize and deodorize the area properly so still getting bats guano smell.
