Very dependable and right on time, and I am on the opposite side of town from the airport. A call when they were close and to the airport. Same as when I returned, a call they were a few minutes away and where to wait. Perfect. Will be using for me and any of my visitors. Price was very reasonable.

Mr Terry went above and beyond to help my daughter get to and from her destination. He even STAYED with her to make sure she was safe when the event she was to attend was I expectedly moved without her knowledge. Definitely will be using EZ Airport Shuttle again ! Super easy to schedule, Terry our driver was super friendly and easy going and had just the right amount of energy after a long travel day. Also they were super flexible and able to accommodate a couple last minute changes on our end. So what could have been a stressful situation for us ended up being a super easy fix with a quick phone call. I have used EX Airport Shuttle for over 5 years when visiting Jacksonville. It is very easy to arrange transport, and they are always prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. The cars are extremely clean. The transport is always early and they always get you to your destination on time. The staff are friendly and Professional and the experience. They known Jacksonville well so you just sit back and enjoy the ride. The transportation cost is extremely reasonable and I use them exclusively when I visit Jacksonville. I use the company rather than spending two to three times as much to rent a car. I highly recommend this limo service for transport in Jacksonville or to anywhere in Florida or Georgia.

Terry is amazing and down to earth. I was staying in a bad neighborhood and he waited to make sure I had my hotel (motel) key and made it safe to my door. He also suggested I go to a different one and tried to get me a discount at the nice hotel but my roach motel wouldnt give me a refund. We had a great conversation about other stuff and Im glad I met him.

Terri was AMAZING!! I ended up needing a shuttle for a 5:45 AM pick up the next morning and he coordinated and found me not only transportation but was kind and courteous.

A great service. My driver, Steve, was prompt (even a little early) and, after we had gone a few blocks and I realized I had left my phone behind, he turned around to take me back, even calling my phone to see if my friend would hear it. Had to send my wife on a last minute flight to Jacksonville and had to make last minute arrangements for her to get back and forth from Airport to the hospital where her brother is extremely ill. Dependable, Friendly, Honest and willing to go the extra mile is my experienced with EZ shuttle. Our 4th of July weekend trip began in Maryland and we met the EZ shuttle at the Amtrak station in Jacksonville for our trip to Saint Augustine. Even though our train was over an hour late our driver was still waiting for us at the station... The reservation staff was Extremely helpful in planning our trip and understanding are unique needs while traveling with a guide dog because of my blindness.

Great experience. Terry was waiting for our group at the baggage claim. On our way to the resort we realized that the transportation promised to Sawgrass was non-existent. Terry was willing to transport our group to/from for a reasonable fee. And Terry was waiting for us bright and early Sunday morning when it was time for us to head back to the airport. I really like the fact that they are in communication with me as soon as I turn on my phone after the flight or within an hour of when they are to pick me up. They are always early to where I am staying or waiting for me when I exit the terminal. I find them to be good drivers, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate the water during the ride. At 9:45pm last night my daughter notified me she needed to be picked up the Jacksonville Airport at 9:20 this morning (she had a 6:20AM flight out of Boston). She suggested Uber but I was not having that! I went online and found Ez Airport Shuttle and read the many stellar reviews. By 10:00pm last night I was scheduling my daughter’s ride with the reassurance from Terry that she would be well taken care of. And that she was! Picked up on time and arrived safely to her destination. I even received a personal call from Terry letting me know she was in the car and on her way. In this day and age, it’s not easy letting your teenage daughter travel alone the first time (even at 18)! All that said ~ If you have to go through Jacksonville and need car service, I highly recommend Ez Airport Shuttle!

They monitor your return home flight and are ready to adjust the pickup. Your luggage is loaded/unload to and from the vehicle and cold bottled water is at the ready once inside the vehicle. We found this company online 4 years ago. We have been their regular customer ever since. Their pricing is very reasonable, cars are clean, dependable services and professional driver. If you are out of town visitor, we strongly recommend you call EZ if you dont need rental car. If you live in JAX and need car services around the first coast areas, definitely should call EZ.

This shuttle service was one of the best services I’ve ever used. I had such a difficult time finding a taxi to pick me up, but luckily I was able to get in contact with EZ shuttle! I had a great experience working with EZ Airport Shuttle! I had a group of sales associates who needed transportation from JAX to Amelia Island. It was a rather complicated request as there were different groups arriving at different times and some language barriers. Dori and the rest of the crew took great care of our associates and got them to the hotel and back to the airport with no delays. Dori cares about her customers and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone, even large groups.

Dear Dori,We were in Jacksonville for two days to attend a funeral. We called your office late Saturday afternoon to schedule a pickup for 4:15AM Sunday morning. So were so user friendly. Took our information, scheduled the pickup. You sent us a confirmation email with the drivers name and cell for number since the office was closed at 4:15 in the morning.At 3:15AM I texted our driver Steve and asked if he could come a little earlier. He immediately responded and told me he was on his way and his GPS had him arriving about 10 minutes early. And so he did!Steve was our driver. He was professional and friendly. So I have never used a car service before and I was a little worried about the whole process. Dori was great when I called to make the arrangements. She is very friendly and helpful. Since my flight out of JAX was before the offices would be opening, she sent me an email ahead of time letting me know who my driver would be and how I could contact him should anything change in the interim. My driver Dave called saying he was waiting out side earlier than expected, which was great! I went out and met him and he was just great. Friendly and put me at ease right away. Dave is a GREAT driver and wonderful representative of EZ Shuttle. He picked me up at the crack of dawn to make an early flight and he was early and so pleasant and professional. Since I HATE to fly it really helped calm me down!Then-I was supposed to come in at midnight but my flight got cancelled-ended up on a red-eye to Miami and then to JAX-needless to say had to change my arrangements at the last minute and Dori was wonderful and helpful and took care of the change over the phone. We used this shuttle service, from hotel to Jax cruise port then to the airport from the cruise terminal at the end of our cruise. We were very pleased with the service we received. Best Customer Service! I had the pleasure of working with EZ Airport Shuttle in mid-February 2018. They arranged transportation for a group of 35 people all arriving from different states, airlines and times from JAX to Sawgrass and back for our National Sales Meeting. They took the entire group to and from an offsite dinner one night that week. They were professional, reliable and made us all feel like VIPs. I highly recommend them!
