Me & my family were looking for transportation from a hotel to/from the Jacksonville cruise port and I was referred to Mr. Arnold by an employee at a Jacksonville hotel. I have to say that Mr. Arnold is the nicest person I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. His level of professionalism is outstanding & his rate was very reasonable. Me & my family thought highly of him and was very impressed. His vehicle was very clean & he had great conversations with us. I highly recommend his service.

Worst place where I beenStaff was disrespectful to me

I highly recommend Mr. Arnold of Arnold Executive Transportation. He is exceptionally friendly, flexible, and caring and clearly enjoys his profession. He provided a booster seat and carseat for our children for the ride to and from the port. We felt like we could rely on him to provide safe and timely transportation. His online advance payment system worked well for us. It was truly a pleasure to meet Mr Arnold and we are very thankful we reserved transportation with him.

I was referred to Mr. Arnold by our Hampton hotel. We were staying overnight in Jacksonville to depart on a cruise the next morning. I arranged for a very reasonably priced roundtrip transfer to/from Jaxport for myself and my friend. We were both very pleased with our experience. There were others also staying at the hotel who rode with us, and it was a comfortable ride for all. The large luxury van was really nice and roomy, and Mr. Arnold was extremely kind to us all. He was the most professional driver I have ever had the pleasure of riding with, and he made sure all of us were satisfied with the assistance he was providing. I will most definitely use his services again, and recommend his company 100%!
