I 110% trust Bill and his team to be prompt, friendly and helpful and arrive in gorgeous and clean cars to take care of my people. Bill and his team are amazing and can even set up corporate accounts. I cannot recommend this place enough! Absolutely great service. I called around to numerous places to book a car for my daughter’s prom with no response. Bill (the owner) called me back right away and was happy to book. One thing that I love about his business is that he is a military vet and also hires military vets. My daughter and her friends had a great time at the prom. Their driver Carl (ex marine) was very professional. He also made me feel at ease and I knew my girls would be safe with him. I will definitely be using them again.

This is a wonderful company. Ive used numerous transportation companies in the past in California and it took me awhile when I moved here to find Bill and his company, but since I have, Ive never used anyone else. He is so responsive and flexible and always willing to work with my schedules and last minute changes. Ive been happily using his company for the past 4 years!

LOVE this transportation company! From start to finish, they are top notch!! Booking, invoicing and payment was easy. I spoke directly with the owner, Bill; he was friendly, professional and very patient with all my questions. The limo was spotless and our driver, Julian, was FANTASTIC! He arrived early for our initial pick-up and was less than two minutes away every time we texted him for our next destination (we kept him on the move :) ) I cant say enough nice things about BKCK and how pleased we were with the whole experience. We used BKCK for transportation from Jax to ST Augustine Amp for a concert. The car was beautiful the driver was early and professional. Bill planned out our evening to the T we were on time and leaving the concert was a breeze. It was a seamless experience. This was our first experience with BKCK and it certainly wont be our last. Weve found a car service for life I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs.

We have used BKCK several times over the past year and a half. They are always prompt (meaning early), professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their cars are just beautiful and clean. Saturday night we had Paul as our driver and he was FANTASTIC! He texted me when he was in our driveway and again when he arrived to pick us up (again, early). We came out of the Times Union Center and he was at the curb, first in line. He jumped out to open our doors (we felt like celebrities!) and got us home safely and with great conversation. The cars always have bottled water which is always appreciated. I wouldnt use anyone else!
