One star is one star too many. We got 4 new tires and it took two guys two hours to put them on. When they were finished the guy didnt wash his greasy hands before backing it out of the garage. Also when we got ready to leave we had a brake line leak. When we complained to a manager he said the guy noted it on our paperwork. Why didnt he say something to us? We didnt have it before. Where we parked it was dry. Did they damage it someway? We dont know. We will be taking it to our own mechanic to have it investigated. Now we have to fix it plus drive an hour home with little to no brakes. On a lighter note, our new tires are great. We give Michelin 5 stars.

I shop here 2-3 times a month good prices for bulk items. The associates are friendly. Only had one negative experience. Clean, well organized and there are always cute name brand clothes at good prices.

Liked the store very much. Greeter said door did not open until 10am but realized that I was with my grand daughter and it was Tues and senior citizen day so we got in at 9am. Thank you greeter.

This store is decent. Their gas is the only downside. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. Anytime I’ve filled up with their gas, it sets off my check engine light. I’ve had this confirmed by a couple mechanics that it’s due to contaminates in their gasoline so I avoid filling up there unless it’s a car I don’t care about.

Tried ordering a patio heater online for in store pickup, but the website wouldnt let us (gave an error message multiple times) and for quantity in stock said, low stock. Tried calling to see if there were any in stock before making the hour round trip drive, but the recording said that they were unable to check stock due to ever changing inventory. In this day and age of automation, that makes absolutely no sense. Fortunately they did have one, but they were out of empty propane tanks. Also ordered hot dogs from the food court...and they were out of mustard!!!

Nice clean store lots of product however at checkout I felt that they need to have some more cashiers instead of so many self-checkouts. I will not use a self checkout because it is eliminating jobs they keep our families across the country putting food on their table.

The prices are great and worth the membership but you can find ways to get a membership discount on sites such as Groupon. I love buying most of the items they carry in bulk but I would like to be abel to get smaller produce,.meats and bakery items. If you have a big freezer this is definitely the place to go, same for babies in diapers, water bottles and if shopping for a large family. The staff is also great and very helpful. I took off a star for their verity on pantry foods, I would like more to choose from but they do carry all the staples most families use alot.

I have ordered a unicorn cake from Sams club in Battle Creek and it looked exactly like the cake in the book. I ordered one this year from sams club in Jackson and I got one made with red blue yellow and green no pink frosting as requested and it looks very boyish... would not recommend Jackson sams club bakery I had to pay $40.00 for something I DID NOT ORDER.

First time I was member was about 1983 back in Birmingham Alabama and it was good, now its great. Big sizes almost everything in the store, small and big family, no problem.

My club, from water to rotisserie chicken they have it all, easy shopping before 4 oclock, love this place, dont forget your slice of pizza and large drink for 2.50 on your way out. Love this place.

They have almost everything in bulk and very cheap gasoline. The cards are not expensive to get and honestly you save alot so its very worth it to me. The workers are nice and the store is very clean, I just wish their gas station was bigger because there is usually a million people there when I go.

Its a great place to get stuff in bulk if you have a family. The customer service there is great!!! I would recommend getting a membership if you can afford it. It will help you in the long run.

This store is always clean and orderly lots of people around to help. They have great meat but just ok produce and fruit is case by case. Bananas are not great here but in season fruit is usually amazing!!

Absolutely a terrible experience. They have to check receipts and they have the tire department next to the exit. The smell of rubber is horrible. I have asthma that is triggered by strong scents. There was a problem with their hand held device and there was one person ahead of me it was 5 minutes standing there waiting for them to fix their faulty machine. In the mean time I start having an asthma attack.I was irritated to say the least then to have the guy checking our receipt seriously count every item in my cart. I am sure the coughing and struggle to breath was obvious but no concern shown as long as they make sure I only have my 31 items I paid for. I called and was told to use the order online and pick up. I like to do my own shopping so I am not interested in that so get your act together so those of us with disabilities can exit your store in a timely manner. If you have a choice to use a different Sams do! Terrible experience.

Shopping at Sams Club was an amazing experience. It was easy to find the items I wanted and saw suggestions for other things.The clerks were very nice and helpful. I will go back when I need more food.

Made a quick stop on my to show a house to pay our bill and wound up with a flat tire. Fortunately, Robert in the tire department was there. He dropped everything, fixed my tire and had me going in time to make my appointment!! This was awesome despite the bad luck. Thank you Robert!

Sams is always a joy this location seems to stay pretty stocked on everything and maintained clean only disadvantage is they take away products frequently which is a huge nono when businesses depend on those certain things to maintain consistency besides that great friendly staff.

Ran in grabbed what I needed, did self-checkout had to stand in line and wait to get out. They need to add more exit scanners when theyre busy.

I like Sams, but I still wish we had Costco close by.

They had what I wanted and at a very reasonable price.

Found everything I needed also cashier very friendly and courteous!

My app doesnt work in Jackson location. Frustrated. Didnt have everything I need.

Normally I love my Sams shopping adventures but on Sunday 8/16/2020 is was not the same.i listened and watched as an employee berated the Sushi person on the sales floor, in front of customers. He continued on how there wasn’t enough and they run out by 4 pm and the store is open until 8 and so on. This is something that is handled behind the scenes.We then went to the cashier and ours was great but her trainer or assistant was so rude to her and us.I love spending crazy money on things I don’t know I need until I see it, but it was truly eye opening experience on how employees are treated.I will have to think twice before I come back.To bad,Sandy

Usually get great service from tire/battery center at Sam’s...But understand the COVID-19 situation has caused issues. I still have my Winter Tires on my car, unable to get them switched back to my regular tires. My winter tires will wear out quickly in this heat of summer, not understanding why an appointment for me cannot be made, long time member, have been doing this seasonal switch since 2016.

I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask, But I cannot shop here unless I ware a DIAPER on my face, I guess I will not have to worry about a renewal of my membership....

The store is now demanding to see your membership card, theyve been back and forth on this. This is stressful time for everybody and the person at the door literally came after me to see my card. I thought she was going to tackle me. I find this extremely insulting, Ive been a member at Sams for years and never been treated this way. Anyone can go to Sams and buy cigarettes or alcohol so why are members being harassed?!

Workers were not wearing masks- and even worse coughing all over again, without a mask. Carts not sanitized and no wipes to wipe the handlebar. So uncomfortable in there. Feels so disgusting because there was absolutely no protection. Worst store been to yet throughout the whole virus.

Great place to shop. The prices are reasonable on a wide variety of merchandise. You can buy some items like groceries and household items in bulk quantities. The store is clean and laid out nicely. You must a buy a annual membership but it is very worth it if you have a family or kids. Overall Sams club is a great shopping experience.

What is going on with the checkouts? Why does it take 3 people at each lane? Only 3 lanes on Saturday afternoon. Not doing self check out. I already have a job. Seems like there is better use of your employees time than unloading and loading my car which I can do myself.

I have had very long wait times, both times that I stood in line to be helped at the customer service area...and the staff is not usually very friendly. Plan on being there for awhile if you need to their services.

I love the store but I dont like the fact that the customers were not wearing masks. If more people wore them I would give a 5 star rating.
