Has everything in bulk I want. Best option for me since I dont want a Sams club membership. Great meat quality. Best place to go if having having simple party but need big food choices.

Usually a great place our familys been getting cookies here for years order cookies online when we got there said they were out after I paid for them online pre-order blame it on the pandemic sudden shortage of gingerbread I well be getting our cookies somewhere else next year

Have bulk sizes in many items for very reasonable prices. Have a small selection of unique Michigan made and international items by the registers as you come inside. There is a small selection of excellent teas there.

Better variety and smaller quantities available now. Fresh produce. Some things priced higher than you can find in other stores. Staff friendly and especially helpful.

Every time I go to GFS every one who works there who passes me says hello and asks me if Im finding everything all right. Everyone is always so nice and so helpful. But they have a really high turnover! I once saw a manager bring one of the new employees to tears over how she was working the register! I felt so bad for her. Though she was in tears, she still helped me like a professional. Today when I went back I didnt see that same manager. And I also love the fact that they serve free coffee and popcorn as you come into the store! And they always have either the French vanilla creamer or the hazelnut creamer, as well as traditional sugar, and its substitutes, and powdered creamer. They have some really good prices on things you buy in bulk, and sell it to you for just as much as you would get it for like at Sams Club, but you dont have to pay any kind of membership costs or anything. It is open to the public.

Bang bang bang, I always get excited when I go to Gordon Food Services, cause the visit before I know I missed something, or I know they have new product that Ive not seen yet or before, and I have never been disappointed, They always have what I need even when I dont need it lol

Nothing to do with the service, the people are great. But they have raised their prices so much that it no longer makes sense to buy in bulk. Chicken, chicken wings, bacon and pretty much everything else has sky rocketed in prices. They just lost my business. :(

Staff at GFS on Boardman are the best! I wish I knew their names to recognize them here for all they do. From the very professional yet friendly Manager to the cashiers who double as shelf stockers to the gentleman who always seems to be stocking the walk in freezer, Merry Christmas and thank you.Youll find a good variety of product in this store, the prices are fair and the property is always clean.
