They always have what I’m looking for! Plus some extras that I wasn’t looking for, but for $1.00 it makes the shopping a little easier to ‘try’ something, rather than $5 or $10 on something that isn’t worth the cost!

Who is training these cashiers and associates? If they don’t want their job someone else could use it. I don’t understand why, as a loyal customer I should be treated like my money doesn’t matter. I occasionally shop at this store and have for the past 3 years and I have never been treated like this. I have never had a complaint in the past 3 years but now it’s gone too far. I will not shop here again. The entire staff needs attitude adjustments. Some firing needs to be done. I am calling corporate because this is an absolute shame.

Only reason I would go to this dollar tree was to see a female who no longer works there. She was my dollar tree eye candy. Never got the courage to speak to her because she was a little intimidating but wish I did because now she’s gone. All the new workers are rude. They talk to customers any type of way. If anyone knows how to get in touch with the girl could you message me or comment. I don’t know her name but she would always be there when I went in. She wasn’t a cashier but she did have glasses. Can somebody help me talk to this girl?

Was thinking I could make a quick run in here and grab a couple things but that didn’t happen. They didn’t have anything I was looking for so I went to leave and go check another dollar tree and the cashier accused me of stealing because I wasn’t paying for anything. Excuse me rudeness but you all didn’t have what I was looking for. She was so worried about me while she had a line longer than I could see. Because of her attitude I chose to just go to dollar general. I will not shop where I’m unappreciated.

The only reason I gave this dollar tree one star was because it required at least one star to leave a review. What happened to this store? It’s all new faces and I don’t like that. Where’s all the old workers at? We want them back. This place is severely lacking customer service. I shop here at least three times a week but not any longer. Sorry to say but dollar tree is going to lose a lot of business because of the employees at this location.

Very nice ppl, way better than the ppl in kosciusko and I actually knew the manager, hes always been a nice helpful guy.

I have to drive to this one because my dollar tree is always empty. Theyre always stocked and the employees are rock stars!

I love this Dollar Tree. Ms. Sabrina is so happy all the time & Ms. Nichole is just the sweetest person and always available to help whenever needed. I will continue going to this particular Dollar Tree just to see them, my two favorite people! You go girls!

No inventory and store was pitiful

Ordered party trays by the case and shipping is ridiculous that’s why I gave it a 3 star, but product is perfect and sturdy.

I actually like this Dollar Tree, but Kiora or Kiona was very rude. She engaged with the elderly customers, but never spoke or made any contact with me and then pulls out her cell phone in the middle of the transaction. Attentiveness and courteousness matters, regardless of age. She needs to be retrained or replaced. Her attitude lacks professionalism.

Would be better to have two people at the register. Also, the Apple Pay part of the machine is not working.

This is my fave Dollar Tree!! They employees are super nice and always have their new stuff out on the shelves super fast!! I am in here 3-4 times a week (for the last 10 months) and always find something I cant live without :) I recently decided to start crafting and they had almost everything I needed to get started. I only had to hit the next closest DT to get the one thing I couldnt find....and that experience was like hell after the DT I go to.

Dollar Tree is great. I love that everything really is a dollar. Makes shopping for supplies really convient. I didnt even know they had some art supply stuff in there. Given that its a dollar, you are getting what youre paying for but I think its pretty great. My only concern is some of the stuff being dirty, like the white coffee tumblers, but thats about it. 10 out of 10, would recommend

Open/close times are convenient. Location is central to the area. Product selection is growing from the old days. One of my fave stores!

This place is usually well stocked and has items that the other dollar trees dont have. Its also pretty clean and tidy. Most of the staff needs an attitude adjustment tho.12/16/16The shelves seem to always be empty because everything is in boxes on the floor. This place has been looking like its going out of business for about year now. Seems to be bad management because the store cant keep its staff to help keep the store running. My son tripped over one of the many boxes in the aisle so we just left empty handed because the store is dangerous.

Good deals at a great price. Glad to see shelves stocked on this visit.

Asst. Manager and one of the staff that were unloading the shipment were very rude! I spoke twice and the asst manager never opened her mouth. The guy sarcastically spoke and looked at me awkwardly.

I will never go back to this Dollar Tree. Seems like the past couple of times Ive gone, theres been less and less people working. This last time there was only ONE cashier, and no one else to be seen, and she was very rude.

You can barely move in the store due to inventory everywhere. Also only one cashier to assist, the wait was pretty lengthy

What else can you say everything in the store is a dollar some of the things they have is cheep but it is always easier to pay a dollar for something and it still work just many not as good as the same thing you pay twenty dollars for somewhere else
