My favorite nail place to go! Ive been to other places in Jackson and they dont compare! Jasmine did my nails today and did an amazing job! I highly recommend her!!!

1st visit. Was not aware appointments were necessary. Waited an hour 2 get a pedicure. Gentleman seemed annoyed. Cleanliness in question. Did appreciate the pedicure.

This place was amazing! the fastest Ive ever gotten my nails done and they look incredible! great prices too, overall this is definitely the place Im going to for nails from now on!

If you’re looking for a filthy place where the manicurist is multi/tasking while also giving herself a manicure in front of you - this is it! 🙄 The work-table and even the under towel were really dirty …. full of old powder! The dusting brushes were gross!! The blue lite dryer used was just disgusting! I don’t think it has ever been cleaned!🤮 actually, the whole place is dirty. I’m terrified to get an infection! These businesses should be regulated!

My mama & I got the best pedicures & manicures this morning! Shellac toenails & dip manicure. The staff was amazing, kind & so much fun. This place is full of life & laughter. My new favorite nail shop🖤 1000000 out of 10. Definitely recommend coming here!

Needs Cleaning! Hurryup and Clean Today . I left with my right pinky cut from emery board he filed to hard . Nails ALRIGHT job Today on Wednesday. maybe he was tired I still tipped $10 . I wont be returning Im good sore pinky it will heal .Sorry not Sorry just keeping it real.

Before I decided to get my nails done I looked for the best place in Jackson. This one had the best reviews so I gave it a shot. I ended up with the guy that works there he seemed to not be in a good mood at all he told me to stop watching him do my nails and watch something else like the TV or my phone in a rude way so I did. Then he started to slap my hands and being ruff i couldnt believe the way he was treating me I felt very uncomfortable. He ended up charging me $85 DOLLERS FOR A WHOLE SET. Ive never paid that much for having my nails done ever!! I DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I had been here before and I had a woman. She was always very kind and professional, so I was excited to come back. I had a man today and he was very rude to me. He had told me that it made him uncomfortable when I watched him do my nails, and he said it very aggressive. I was very kind and continued to compliment my nails, but he just huffed and puffed the whole time. He made almost all of my fingers bleed and then proceed to pour alcohol on them, which made them burn. Never going again. Ask for the woman!!

Male manager is extremely rude. I was told I should go home and do my own toes as he was busy. He finally reluctantly did my toes then my nails with several unprofessional comments. He also nicked me twice with electric grinder and then yelled at me. I would highly recommend not going to him.

Ive only been here a couple times but every time I go its always a good experience. The staff is very friendly and everything is clean and my nails look phenomenal❤

Not bad. The girl left a little polis that had spilled over onto my finger. Not bad overall, they ensure you are ok with the service and price. Polite. Not very busy before noon. Not pushy either. Fair prices.

Absolute worst nail place I have been to. When I arrived stations were not being cleaned off after each client to ensure COVID sanitation procedures. My nails were unevenly shaped, and this was definitely the most painful experience when getting a fill. I asked for the design to be removed as the lines on it were extremely crooked, after removing the design the paint from it was not fully removed and is still visible. On top on it, my nail coat is already chipped and scratched (keep in mind I asked for shellac). The worst waste of money on a nail salon.

Just got my nails done by a gentleman by the name or nygeun (I apologize if I spell your name wrong) he did such an AMAZING job. He really took his time, got my cuticles and made sure I was happy with the look. He was very friendly and kind. He even helped me pick out colors thatll match well together. Definitely going to request him next time i go back. Thank you.

One of my favorite places to have my nails done VERY clean as well ! They have all their instruments in sealed bags and they take the time to do a good job on your nails , I never feel rushed ! 5 stars for them !

My 14 year old daughter and myself have come here a few times now for nails.Friendly and accommodating especially with walk ins. I do highly recommend making an appointment if you want to avoid a 30 to 45 min wait. Always professional. Today for the 1st time I watched as they did a full Manny and pedi on an elderly women in a wheelchair. She did seem to be a regular. They helped her in and out of the stations and back to her chair with genuine care and respect. What a breath of fresh air.I recommend Jackson Nail & Spa based on tried and true experience.

They are busy but very accommodating. Did a wonderful job on the Mani and Pedi. Very friendly. There is a language barrier but they still understand you. Very clean and they get out new cutting tools which is a plus since not everywhere has new cutters for each person they see.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Amatuer work at best. When youre asked if you can replicate a nail design from a picture dont lie and say you can do it when you really cant! So I asked him to remove the sloppy paint job and just do a simple standard color and apparently that was too much to handle for him as well since he didnt even remove all of the first paint job before putting on the new one.

Savanah was exactly what I wanted today! Her pedicures are on the gentle side, and not sand till you bleed as Ive experienced before. Very friendly and attentive!

Staff was very nice and gave great service. The salon is clean and the tools come from an unopened package. The price for my dip and pedicure was fair. Overall it was a great experience.

The place is clean and they have a large selection of polishes and services. The staff was friendly.The reason Im giving 3 stars is there were only 2 people working and it was a long wait. That, in itself, wasnt horrible, but after my pedicure I noticed my polish chipped that same night. I was careful and didnt do anything crazy to cause it to chip. I went to target and found the exact same polish and repainted my toes. Here I am 3 weeks out and my paint job has lasted way longer than the professional job I got.

I had initially came for a Shellac mani/pedi. I was not greeted when I walked in. So I started looking for a color of polish. Three more people walked in and were immediately greeted and asked what services they were needing. Apparently I am invisible. I immediately left and went else where and was most definitely treated better and they did an amazing job! Screw this place.

I am always happy with the service here. I have been 5 or 6 times and they are always busy so you should make an appointment if you can. They are worth the wait for sure. I usually just get a spa pedicure or manicure or both!

Charge a lot for a incomplete or not so great job

My girlfriend and I had a appointment. When we arrived- on time- they had just started on other clients.. So we had to wait.. 20 minutes passed, and 3 more clients- without appointments- strolled in wanting pedis and one full set.. And they immediately tended to them. I was disgusted with the poor service, so we left and got our nails done elsewhere. Highly disappointed..
