I just began working here and the truth in the present moment is that they or we are doing great work. All the Case Managers are professionals and passionate about their work. There is no micromanagement going on. The management and front desk are all so intelligent, friendly, and professional.

Trying to resume services for my daughters autism after relocating has been a complete nightmare with a phone appt every week for four months and counting.. . so far she hasnt recieved any of the services she qualifies for. Seems like they are making appointments that serve no actual purpose other than to kill time.

High turnover rate. They get rid of the good staff and keep the ones that are only there for a paycheck. Low pay for what staff deals with. Under trained staff working with people that have mental health. Manger that mico manages staff. No team work. This could be a really useful program of they were staffed with better Management and more trained staff

Case Managers like to avoid answering to anything, and supervisors too. I think there is a lack of training on HN side of things!! Has potential to be a great service. I think it is just not managed effectively.

Horrible turn over in case managers. we had 6 on the record, but only met and were advised of 3 of them. May have cost us a referral to an Autism Therapy center for my son due to their mistakes on our case. Closed out our entire case with Lifeways, had to go thru a re-evaluation and re-certification for Autism help. Stay away.

They are very petty and will call cps on you! Do not deal with these people. Would have given them 0 stars! Go to recovery tech!
