Came there for a drop and hook. The staff was super nice and helpful. Talked to a couple holland driver and yard switcher. Was a great experience. Would recommend there service. Been to alot of places like this one and its better then most. Thanks for being a great place.

Just another freight company

Great place to work if your a truck driver with a family. Good pay, benefits, and people. The only bad thing I got to say is allot of are terminals equipment is out dated. And for service- I take pride in what I do, and here at Holland I always get comments saying how quick are service is that they werent expecting there freight till tomorrow. And that we have the least claims for damaged freight. And when there is they take care of the customer.

Ordered something from Home Depot and Holland was chosen to deliver. Bad idea. I hope they are not a popular residential delivery service. I will never order from somewhere that uses them as a delivery service again. They have cancelled delivery on me three times. I have left work early each time and missed out on about 9 hours of overtime at this point. I was notified of the first failure due to truck issues. Fine, it happens. Second time I received no phone call and had to call and set up a new appointment (which extended it by two days because I had to call the next morning and the schedule was already made for the day). Apparently the truck broke down a second time. Third time I also received no phone call and was only told If they havent come by now they wont be there. We are down to one driver. Well maybe get more drivers or new trucks? Or just go out of business if its that slow. It would be better for everyone and there is probably a reason you dont have more drivers.My delivery time was between 5 and 7 pm which is why I had to schedule the next day. Schedulers apparently leave earlier.Im not sure why a scheduler doesnt stay later since Im sure this happens to more than just me.
