Great company to work for!

Large shipping center that will accommodate small businesses. We are able to pick up and drop off certain boxes we need for shipping.I give it four stars instead of five because if communication problems. When we order news boxes they sometimes dont get them in, but they dont tell us that. To check on the status we have to call the center.The last time I went to get the boxes they told me they had them and loaded them into my van. I drove home and built the boxes, only to find they were the wrong ones. A call to FedEx revealed they knew they were the wrong boxes, they just chose not to tell me when they loaded them. I was able to use the boxes, but they were not what I wanted.

Terrible, terrible company to deal with. They have a sour attitude all the time.

Dont have any small trucks to make home delivery.

Easy pick up, in and out...
