I have had great experiences with the GARDEN CENTER at this Lowe’s. It is my favorite!! Most recently a young man named JARVIS was so helpful and caring. It was obvious he is a hard worker and wants to do more than just show up and get a pay check. He definitely gets 5 stars! Everyone I dealt with was great - the cashier, 2 other young men (I didn’t get their names) when I went back 2 days later. My only disappointment is that on their discounted plants they now have an across the board scale and some of the plants just aren’t worth it. I would have purchased several and given them a chance - even in this HEAT - but not at $4 each. But this is supposed to be about the good and there’s a lot to be happy about here - the PEOPLE!!

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! The Worst Lowes Ever. It took them 3 months to finish my roof. They use an outside roofing company which is unprofessional and does sloppy work. They allowed it to rain in my home, damaged the back portion of roof and did not want to repair. Put tarp on grass that killed it. I wwent through the hardest time and highest levels of management to finally get it done 3 months after they first started. Its sad that a company this large cannot do a good job in the appropriate time frame of completing a roof (1-3 days). PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INSTALLATION SERVICES. You will regret it like so many of us have.

All shelves were stocked. They had plenty employees available. Was able to rush in and out.

Its almost like a candy store!!!! Once you see the variety of home improvement. Like a Toys or Us on a different level. Men-gadgets!!! Women-decorate!!! Now, lets RENOVATE!!!

Our washer was delivered this morning, but the dryer somehow did not make it onto the truck. Called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes, so we drove up and had to wait for another 35 minutes before anyone could see us, and then they couldn’t find our order. An hour later we got the dryer, but no one was around to help us load it, so we had to find someone AGAIN to help us. Y’all I love Lowe’s but this was too much

Greeter( older guy) was very kind. Quick to ask what I was looking for and directed me to exact location for product. Awesome job.

Employee had an attitude when I told her I wanted to order my product in the store instead of online so a military discount could be applied. (I never saw a place online that allowed a military discount to be applied) So she smarts off saying they have generators in the store. The one I wanted has to be shipped to the store after purchase. After giving her the item number she smarts off again about the price I guess she didnt think I could afford it. So after dealing with her and that foul attitude she had I did make my purchase, but I will say Lowes needs to do something about service like that. I spent a large amount of money on that purchase and could have easily went elsewhere.

I ordered online for store pickup at 3pm, I arrived at 415pm and I 4 bags of top soil, 1 bag of concrete and 1 bag of border stakes was not ready for pickup, there was 5 lowes employees behind the counter doing nothing after a 5 minute employee debate session about who was going to pick up my items, and older gentlemen stated to me Just have a seat over there pointing to a bench across from the register, when this all started I was the only customer but after their meeting 6 more people had come in. I told that employee that I did not feel safe with everyone in such close proximity because of COVID-19 Delta variant he said gave an exasperated sigh. I told him that with your mask on it could possibly be pass it on. I was going to wait in my car. 40 minutes later the lowes app stated order was ready, i Pic k Ed it up.

Worst store I have ever been in.No help but lots of employeesPlaying on their phones and avoiding any and all customer service.Home Depot couple miles down the street werePrompt and customer service was well above this joke of a store.Just a warning to everyone.

Other than the woman working the paint department putting the formula for a gallon in my pint sample of toned clear wood sealer which made it a solid color everything was alright.

3 stars for a well stocked store with 2 points deducted for half the people i saw(including some employees but not as many) not wearing a mask. You do realize there’s a mask mandate in the city of Jackson ( city not state) right?

I stood up in the paint department waiting on services. I went up and down the aisles looking for someone… didn’t see anybody, so I went back to the front waiting with another customer. Three employees passed and look… didn’t ask did we need any help nor called anyone to help. So I just left

Was able to get Generator when everyone else was out. Briggs and Stratton and they had water.

Lowes is nice & large & a Variety of Merchandise but I found that theyre a little Pricey!

Either their computer system or website can not track inventory or their employees are stealing the merchandise. Last week I checked inventory for a dehumidifier, website showed 6. After an hour of looking for these, only 1 was found. Yesterday, I needed 3ea, of pvc 3 gang electrical boxes, website showed 27. Not one in the store. I live 23 miles from the store, thats 92 miles I drove for nothing.Not sure if the employees are just rude, or uneducated, but the service at this Lowes is way below standard.This is one business that upper management is not doing their job.

They are very slow, the employees dont want to help you. I stood in there for 30 mins waiting to get help after they called for me some help, and no one ever showed up. They should change their name to Lazy Lowes, because that is what the employees are. I will drive all the way to Clinton or north Jackson before I spend any more money in there!! Worst experience EVER!!! #LAZYLOWES

Thank got everything except enough people to assist customers. Its a huge store and it is tough for older people or people with health conditions to always have to find items the hard way. When I worked hardware we greeted customers at the door and it was a huge store as well. So a little bit of 🆘 please

I have no expectations for anything in South or West Jackson customer service wise, but sometimes you hope to be surprised. This is not one of those stores that met , let alone exceeded expectations of great service. The only reason I use this store location is the proximity to my rental property. I live out of state and place orders for supplies and to make it easy on my tenants, I use the location closest to them. The staff at best is unhelpful, a majority or rude and unconcerned as if they do not think answering questions is a part of their job. I am not sure if there is ever a management person on duty, because I cannot see how every episode is the same whether on the phone trying to get answers or in the store. My tenants have the same issues when they simply go in store to pick up items I have paid for online. Today I called to reach the paint department for an online order I placed so that I could make sure the tint color was added. I held for twenty minutes and was repeatedly picked up and put back on hold without a word. I had to call back to get a live person, and when I asked to speak to a manager she did not identify herself as a manager and did not transfer me. She was literally the same customer service employee that answered the first time I called when I pressed the option for PAINT.

Love it wish I had a credit with Lowes instead of home depot. Customer Service is great.

The store its self no problems at all wonderful shopping experience has exactly what we were looking for. My only beef is the restrooms OMG the smell like raw sewage and I dont understand why it how the staff it customers use them😢

Tried buying a Dyson vacuum here but the one I needed was up high and needed a forklift to get it down. I asked 3 different associates in that area for help and every time was told its not my department, Ill call someone to help you. I waited for an hour and even tried to call the store and ask for help but nobody answers the phone. I could understand if they were busy but the store was basically empty. I ended up leaving. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

I went to Lowes looking for gallon freezer bags. So asked the lady who was Stocking the shelves where could I find freezer bags and she told me the aisle number and walk me half way across the store and put her hands right on the bags. Now that is great service.

Really disappointed in service. Im a contractor and Im in Mississippi have a contract for 2 years rehabbing trailer park. Needed flooring for 29 trailers and I will have to go to home depo.

Works are not friendly they act like you are bothering them when you need help with something. And do not trust you in self checkouts.

Terrible. We have been trying to get a bid on reflooring our entire home since Jan.29th. We STILL dont have a completed bid. The lady I have dealt with in flooring doesnt seem to be able to get her act together and is VERY unprofessional. This store has sold us every appliance in my home and done every installation . Looks like that is coming to an end. This store is a disaster. I have spent hours having to come to the store for bids that I asked to be printed out and she didnt do it and I had to wait and wait and still not a complete bid. A supervisor called us this past Mon. questioning the bid and had we decided. My husband explained the situation and this lady called us and was to send an email with the bid. On Fri on this week, I had to call her because she had made no attempt to contact us. I had to call her and there was no apology just excuses. She obviously doesnt either know how to do her job or doesnt want to. By the way, this is about $11,000. worth of flooring. After being treated this way, its doubtful Lowes will be doing this. We cant even get the information to make a decision. I tried to contact the manager and got cut off - big surprize.

Very bad experience. Too much standing around and noone concerned about the customer. Most definitely my last visit and will be encouraging everyone to stay away.

This Lowe’s is terrible. Can NEVER get any help. An employee will fly by and IF you can get them to stop they can’t help they’ll hafta call someone. 5 times FIVE times I have recently needed help and no one ever came!! I left my basket full in the aisle every time after waiting for 1/2 hour after someone was called to come help. I won’t go to Lowe’s ever again. Home Depot now has my business. And I tell everyone I know to do the same.

Everyone here is so helpful! They all smile, and help you find everything you need. The store is always clean. The floral section is better than the nearby home depot, in my opinion. Everything else is pretty comparable.

Great place no riff raff here. Although surrounding area may not look so well. Decent people go here or at least everyone on good behavior hahaha. Bought some land around the corner and has visited this location several times. Always clean and always someone at the register. LETS KEEP IT THAT WAY LOL. I hate going places and the cashier is not on station. Never had that problem here tho.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employee begrudgingly called for someone in the lawnmower dept. (apparently I was a bother). I had to go to a cashier to have him paged again. Go to Madison Lowe’s; it’s worth the drive. Two pages and I’m still waiting.....

Nobody works here apparently. I was going to purchase a washing machine and I walked around a little ways trying to find someone. Nobody. So I stood there, waiting about 4 employees walked toward me then turned down another aisle. That didnt sit well with me. So, I called customer service. Didnt know what I was going to say, but as I was waiting nobody was answering my call. Everyone was standing around up front, talking. Hung up, tried again. No answer. Needless to say, I didnt buy a washer that day. No wonder they are going to close their doors. Employees are the number one business killers.

We scheduled a delivery for a Sunday and were given a 12-hour window. I called the day of delivery to get clarification of arrival time and again was told it was a 12-hour window and that it could come as late as 8:00 PM. We waited all day and the item did not arrive. I called the location at 8:00 PM for information and was told “We’re closed so you will have to call back tomorrow.” I will never be doing business with this Lowe’s location again.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! And the delivery unit is chaos. My delivery has been rescheduled three times now without even a courtesy call. They just dont show up! AND they dont even have a reason. When I finally do get to talk to someone there, they just said Oh. Your items are here, I dont know why the delivery team didnt take it. I cant even complain to Lowes customer service because they dont answer the phone either. HORRIBLE. I am 100% Home Depot after this

I came there looking for a sago palm tree. They didnt have any couldnt tell me when they would get any and had no suggestions for me so I went to another store. The employees didnt seem that friendly this time, they usually are.

First Id like to say that Ive given this Lowes multiple times to change my mind about NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN, Unfortunately theyve failed miserably. I love the location of this Lowes but the employees are absolutely HORRIBLE !!! They will not greet you, ask if you need any help, Thank you for shopping there nor will they help you up when youve fallen down in there store because of their mishaps. This store either needs to fire all employees who work there and completely start over or retrain every single employee that works in the store, especially customer service. Ive never experienced such rude, unhelpful employees at any store in my entire life !!! In the future I WILL DRIVE 30 MILES OUT OF MY WAY AND GIVE MY MONEY TO HOME DEPOT !!!
