Went in looking for a new phone and a tablet for my son. The 3 employees were so helpful not only to me and the never ending line of customers, but to each other. While one customer had to wait for this or that they went to the next to help until they could return to the first. They were all very efficient and helped me with all of my questions and got me an amazing deal on what I wanted. Not one customer left unhappy during the 3 hour process transferring my line took. The wait was also very pleasant because they were so friendly and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their jobs! If you need anything from Verizon I highly recommend this store!

Lloydd worked nearly all day on a unique problem that we had when we came back to Verizon after trying another inferior carrier. When we returned a month later with a simple question, he remembered us and our situation. Wonderful customer service!

This team was SO helpful. I was in the process of transitioning from Boost Mobile and Wireless Zone on West Ave helped me like you wouldn’t believe. We even had our 15 month old daughter with us who was crawling all over the store (literally) and no one even batted an eye. I’m so thankful l I didn’t have to look as embarrassed as I felt. This team made me feel right at home and appreciated me as a new customer. They even helped me work out a deal to trade in my old phone and made 100% sure I was getting the best deal possible! They also look into what you can actually afford monthly and don’t try to sell you on more expensive phones or plans which was awesome!! Thank you all so much! We have a salesperson Lloyd that we have worked with for years through other phone companies. He took care of us in December when we switched over to Verizon. Recently my stepdaughter had him take care of a smart watch. Today we picked up my sons iPad that Lloyd ordered and prepped for us. Another salesperson Louis took care of final details because Lloyd was not in. Excellent service from both of them.

Luis (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) went above & beyond helping my husband get his phone situation taken care of. He stayed over 45 min after the store had closed to make sure my husbands business email and other things were working properly. My husband had dropped his business phone which completely destroyed it. Everytime weve been to this Verizon Store (over 3 times now) Luis is always ready to help! I was a little cautious to switch back to Verizon because they used to be so expensive, but after Louis showed me the plans I realized they were very comparable. Stopped in last night after 3 hours of the run-around with Apple on the phone. Lloydd Seagraves and his co worker (cannot remember her name) had a full house of 5+ families before 6:00pm. They worked in cohesion together seamlessly to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Lloydd’s professionalism, efficiency, and light hearted-ness was appreciated by everyone involved. Though we were all waiting every customer was smiling and happy to be working with Lloydd. By the time the store closed there was but one family finishing up as I left the store. I know there were 5 families that left with smiles on their faces and I was one of them! Thank you Lloydd for helping me get a new phone when everyone else had failed me. We will not be visiting any other location than this one moving forward!

I really can’t say enough good things about LLoydd! He helped us switch from Sprint 2 years ago (We were long time sprint customers and we were a little apprehensive) but he made it easy! When I called about something a few weeks ago he said he remembered me and told me about the great deals on new phones. He answered questions I had for a week over text even while not on the clock I suspect. He went into work early to switch over all six phones on our account to make it more convenient for us. If you want someone that can help you anytime with any question about your phone/service LLoydd at the Wireless Zone is the guy to call!!

The Manager was excited for my sale I bought 3 brand new iPhones and one of the phones had a bunch of issues not even 6 days later. They gave me the run-around and ignored my calls after they asked me to call back on a specific day to “help me”. Then they finally told to come back after its been 14 days since the purchase which didn’t make any sense but I did what I was told. They finally told me that they ordered me a new phone and when I got it it was a refurbished phone which is not what I paid for, I paid for a brand new phone. I gave up and called Verizon customer service and they contacted Lewis (the manager) and he lied and told them that I didn’t complain until the 14 days were up. That’s when the whole come back after 14 days made sense. I will never do business at that location nor any affiliated location until they hire manager quality employees to be in charge. I didn’t think of asking Verizon to look up my call records to see how many times I contacted this location before the 14 days were up. Just a terrible and horrible experience and will NEVER recommend anyone to do business with this guy.

I went in having an issue with my phone, Note 9, and Lloydd was quick to help. Not only was he able to retrieve very important family related photos from vacations over the summer but also took the time to explain how to properly utilize and back up my phone up so I wouldnt run into this issue again. But to further the quality of customer service, he looked into my family account and found us money! Now THAT is QUALITY AND PERSONABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Taking the time. Louis, at the Verizon store on the corner of St. Clair and West Ave in Jackson MI is one of the two finest cellular phone specialists I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, skillful, personal, and just an all around great guy. We have 10 phones on our family plan, and this young man keeps all of us happily serviced. As long as he is around, he will be our family Verizon cell phone specialist. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. ( He did not pay me to say that, he really is good! :) )
