This salon is absolute garbage. I booked my girlfriend a pedicure after she had been in Louisiana helping hurricane victims for 2 weeks. For some ridiculous reason, the hot tub is part of the spa but not the Westin that owns the building, so only spa guests may use the hot tub. My girlfriend asked if only she could use it or if I could use it also. The answer was only her so we said to cancel the appointment. We then got called 15inutes after the appointment to inform us there is no same day cancelation and we were charged 50 percent. The best part is this is all on 9/11 and Im a submarine veteran that actually went underway in response to those attacks 20 years ago. Needless to say, I hope soul spa fails as a business and I hope every veteran thinks twice before providing your hard earned money to this business.

I recently got my very first facial here at Soul Spa and it was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. The only problem was that the facial total came out to be $158 which I think is overpriced. Although the experience was relaxing, my face felt the same as to when I entered only greasy.

My friend and I are both college students and booked an appointment for today. Everyone was very professional, polite, and it was an overall great experience. Caiesha was my masseuse and she did an AMAZING job! She was so sweet and I was left feeling very relaxed from the Muscle Relaxing Massage. We are definitely coming back! Thank you for the great experience ladies!

Visited the spa during almost a week’s stay at the Westin. I loved the massage and how it was tailored toward my needs. I also enjoyed the facial. It was probably my favorite part. However, I was displeased with my manicure and pedicure experience. The technician didn’t seem capable of doing what I considered standard knowledge for someone in that career field. I seriously could’ve done a better job myself. I also felt like my service was being rushed. It’s unfortunate because it’s the last thing I got and everything else went so well and everyone was very nice.

The hotel validates your valet parking and there is usually little to no no wait. The spa is located inside the Westin. Go straight in and to the right.I have been here twice for a deep tissue massage. While I dont like the recommendation to arrive a while 30 minutes early and automatic 20% tip charge (I prefer to give my tip directly to the technician in cash) everything else was excellent.The locker/change areas are clean and well- maintained. The lockers are the typical electronic lockers and are clean.The wait/solitude area is clean and quiet. Good use of space for peace and meditation. The seats and chaises were comfy.Kathy is really good with deep tissue massages. She asks a lot of questions to get an idea of trouble areas, issues, etc. The massage was amazing. I highly recommend her for deep tissue.

A diamond in the rough for sure! This place is wonderful. very relaxing had everything you could want in a spa and so much more. I got a facial and a massage and it was hands down the best! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

So, I bought a day pass for me and my husband for his birthday. The day pass includes access to the jacuzzi, heated salt water pool, sauna, and showers.I understand that it’s January but I wish they would have mentioned that their jacuzzi is not really functional if it’s under 70, so the main thing we were excited about froze us to death. We were also unaware that the sauna was gender split, so we couldn’t sit in the sauna together which was a bummer. The heated salt pool was not warm enough for us to be able to enjoy. So really the only thing we were able to do for the $80 I paid for us was to sit in the lounge and enjoy the facial products I brought myself. The staff was extremely friendly and was as helpful as they could be. But overall I feel my money was wasted. At the end of the day neither of us really enjoyed ourselves unfortunately.

My best friend & I drove in from Texas & North Carolina to celebrate our birthdays at the Soul Spa. Today we were fortunate enough to have a pedicure from Stephanie. Talk about a gift to be treasured. She has the softest touch and the personality to make this one of the best afternoon experiences. Ask for Cathy (Kathy?) if you’re getting a deep tissue, but only if you really want a deep tissue! She’s very concise and finds problem areas and works them out. She’s very strong and has a great deal of pressure ability. I was having some pain issue in my leg from tightness in my hips, and she fixed me right up.

Best spa experience Ive had! The massage was great. My facial experience was the best facial Ive ever had. The esthetician actually took the time to tell me problem areas on my face and how to treat them at home. Ive never been told that information from other spas around the area. And the nail salon there is top notch. Can order food from Estelles (which is delicious!), and they will deliver it to you at the spa. Or just relax with a nice glass of wine. This will definitely be my go to spa from now on.

This was first experience and I didnt like it. I came to celebrate my birthday. I paid for a combination spa of deep tissue and hot stones. My therapist only did the back side of my body. Only used the stones on my back and arms. I didnt get a massage on the front. I left more tense than I came. Make sure you get the right therapist.

Loved the massage and pedicure, was very relaxing, loved the 9 jet shower, sauna was very roomy. Be prepared for them to add 25% tip to your bill, so it is a little on the pricey side also! Was disappointed though with valet service, my car was damaged, had to jump thru a bunch of hoops to get valet manager to investigate damage done to my car and so far unresolved! Will never use a valet service, no where!

We had an amazing experience here! Staff is welcoming, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make your experience great! The facilities are brand new and top notch. We got pedicures and massages. I highly recommend if youre in Jackson area and wanting a spa day!

My significant other surprised me with a spa day here. From the moment we walked in the door, it was a great experience. The establishment is beautiful as well as the hospitality from the staff. I definitely see us returning.

My partner and I did a couples massage here. The entire experience was amazing. The staff was amazing. Five star hospitality. And the facility is beautiful tranquil and brand new. The technicians, Toya and Jermaine were very skilled and polite. I highly recommend Soul Spa.
