I took my dress to get a stain out came to pick it up the next day stain was still in there she told me they will redo it come back up here the next day and they still didn’t get it out I thought this was supposed to be a cleaner a waist of time coming here and not to mention the staff are very rude and unfriendly I thought when a customer comes into your business you suppose to greet them but I guess not will never ever go back not even refer no one my rate is a 0 the only reason 1 star is up there is because I had to mark something down for the rate

Excellent service courteous staff...I came in from Indianapolis for a memorial service, received same day service on my suit. I recommend Hallmark anytime.

Terrible service. Ruined 2 articles of clothing, and pretty much told me tough luck. They melted numerous buttons off of my shirts, replaced poorly, and left bleach spots on some expensive button downs. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Outrageously expensive - ridiculously high - 4 times what I paid in Atlanta...I WILL NOT GO BACK! AND WILL TELL EVERYONE!I took my husband s clothes in to be ironed. They didn t mention that they would charge me $5.00 a piece to iron each item. $5.00! It was $2.50 an item to get them cleaned and ironed when I brought my clothes in before.When I questioned the price, she wasn t helpful, telling me I should have had them cleaned not just ironed.I will not go back. $5.00 to iron each item - outrageous.

Im really disappointed with the service and the actual cleaning of my cloths besides being unreasonable price wise they ruined some very expensive jeans that I clearly asked to not be ironed or creased yet they all are , and in top of all that when I first went in I was told that this cleaners wasnt designed for black people which really ticked me off because all I wanted was clean cloths and not a lesson in the racial design of cleaners .
