Kay is hands down the best tailor I’ve ever worked with.I purchased a dress for an Old Hollywood theme party online. I loved the look of it; but the dress was not made for me. It just wasn’t made for my body type.I’d worked with Kay before, so I felt confident she could make it work — she FAR exceeded “making it work.” She essentially deconstructed and remade the dress to fit me like a glove.I was blown away by her creative solutions and vision.We are extremely fortunate to have talent like Kay in Jackson.

Ms. Kay is truly the best in the business. Not only does she produce quality work, but she really cares about meeting her customer’s needs. She tailored a red cocktail dress for a wedding and even threw in a matching face mask to match. Can’t be that kind of customer care and service!!

I was in need of a miracle! Needed military rank sewn on 2 different types of military uniforms. Needed stripes sewn on as well, placement and measurements had to be exact upon inspection. Had 4 sets total. (And Needed them done Overnight!). I found this place after reading reviews, took a chance on non-military seamstress for the first time. 11 hrs later, my uniforms were flawless. Pressed and ready to go! Had to get dressed right there in the shop. This place can make it happen. I am very pleased! And will definitely return in the future.

Went there to have a dress re-altered. Tried it on and Ms.Lee showed me how the dress should be laced and no more alterations needed. Ive known this shop for many years, and Kaye has always been a hard worker who tells it like it is. I known other people who have tried different shops in town over the years, but almost all of them keep coming back to Kaye. Give them a try--I bet you wont regret it!

You really cant beat Mrs Lee and the staff @ Finishing touch. Theyll come thru in a pinch if you need something fast and the quality cant be beat. Weve been using Mrs Lee for years and shes always done an impeccable job!

Mrs. Lee and here staff are far and away the most competent, helpful tailors in the Jackson metro area. Not only can you expect expert alterations but also expert advice. I spilled gravy on an expensive necktie. I followed Mrs. Lees advice and the tie looks like it had never been worn.

The very best experience I’ve had in Jackson, MS, I only wish she’d be open on Saturdays!
