Had a 9:15 appointment for blood work, showed up and was out in less than 10 minutes! Paula was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Cant get them to answer the phone. Its ridiculous how this place still open?

I called after the clinic I went to sent results to LabCorp they didnt have no information concerning my test being sent to their location ,poor management skills but Im sure they will send me a bill and I will remind them!!

I made my appointment online for 1:30 pm. I arrived at 1:08pm and was out by 1:24pm. The staff was polite and friendly. I’ll definitely comeback if I need any lab work done in the future!

This place is horrible to get any info from. They NEVER answer their phone. I have used them twice....the first time I was charged way more that they had quoted.

Derrick was very nice, helpful, and professional. My phone would not let me register before my appt and when I came in, the lady seemed annoyed I had not registered. I attempted to 3 times on my phone with no luck and Derrick helped me out. He was the only one who did not appear annoyed with me and the problem I was having trying to register. He also drew my blood, did not have to dig and got it in one stick that I did not even feel. I work in healthcare and his professional, patient, and helpful attitude is what every healthcare professional should have and I greatly appreciate his care.

Ive been several times, arriving between 8 and 8:30. Im usually there for no more than 30 minutes. Waiting room is clean and spacious. I was seen in a timely manner. Professional and personable staff. Took one star off because its so far away from where I live (West Jackson), and because I COULD NOT FIND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. This is a good place to get a variety of lab work done.

Literally the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever come into contact with. They act like your presence is the biggest inconvenience of their lifetime. Customer service goes a long way, but the ghetto attitude they exhibited was awful and embarrassing.

No problems! Fast service, nice & helpful staff. Much better than the lab I used to go to.

Very Slow , Ghetto Workers , Need more Professionalism!!!! NEVER giving them my business anymore . I recommend anyone to get there lab work done else where .
