Lexington rehabbed a few of my rental properties and I was able to raise the rent and feel good about it. If you have a quality home to rent it is wonderful. I will definitely continue to use them and refer them as well.

Horrible experience overall. Agent took one month to complete my Hud paperwork, then 2 weeks later they informed me the home had been rented out by someone else. Chose a second house 8 weeks ago..I still havent moved due to incompetent inexperienced unprofessional staff. They are about to cause me to lose my voucher!!
