Mary bent over backward to accommodate my needs, my time frame and made sure I had exactly what I needed, where I needed it and when! Should I find myself in need of a storage unit again I will be back to Essential Storage! I can’t express enough how helpful and accommodating my experience was and how much better it made my needs for short term storage if my household goods. Clean units waiting when I arrived with my stuff and even loaned me a lock for a few days because I forgot to bring one! That is service!
