Wasnt very happy being forced to pay for a bad tire just because it held air pressure. Just to pay for the wheel that I actually needed. Although I did purchase 2 wheels and didnt get charged for the other. Supply and demand rite?

Pull a part was great when they first came to town then there were other factors to consider before purchasing from them core charge and labor if you are buying tires. Let take a tail light now it may seem cheap but.when you add core price you may want to consider buying new or after market one general you will get 2 for 1 after market now tires are a bit tricky if your used tire is mounted on a rim and the matched its ok but if it doesnt match yours you may want to buy it new since most tire place charge $15.00 were as new tires generally are mounted for free do your home work first.

My first time there and I was so disappointed I went out and it was so hot , I took the back light panels off a 2006 jeep liberty pull a part is unbelievable to expensive for those used part you might as well buy your parts brand new. Bad 1st time experience.

I was able to buy a part and to go find a different part. The part I found was a little high but it was perfect.

We rented a golf didnt work properly. Ask to speak to manager he had a very nasty attitude. We told him the car was not work he said okay what do you want me to do about it. Then he implied because he knew we wanted something as if we were looking for a handout. We reply by saying a simple apology would have been nice. His attitude was so unnecessary customer service was out of control awful.

Sorriest place i have ever seen. They expect you to leave a 3 month old baby in the car like a dog and they dont train their employees properly. I would not recommend that place to my dog.

I would put 4 but because they have so many people who come & get car parts especially for the more common makes & models, (Honda Accords & Civics, Nissan Altimas & Maximas for sure. Pretty much all Sedans that are very common. Theyre always stripped to the bone within a day or two. So you best get online @ Pullapart.com, & click on the vehicle(s) youre searching for, to get parts for, & click Notify Me.Thats about the only way you will get what you need. Not only that but as soon as you get the notification you need to go that same day, if not then early the next day for sure. Because by evening time on the 2nd day its been out in the junkyard lot. Im not one to dog a decent business. When things need to be worked on, I have to comment. I went here in the rain. It was almost 5. The women werent very friendly. They said we are about to close ..the website said 5:30 tho?? I said I live 100 miles away and need to see ift you have the transmission im looking for that is on the website. I rushed out to see if it was there and it was automatic not manual. The website was wrong. The guy when I left was very nice to. Apologetic for it being wrong. Glad I didnt drive 100 miles in my dually to find out the part wasnt there

If I could rate them no stars I would I came over 100 miles for nothing after the woman telling me and verifying supposedly and assuring me they had the transmission I needed I get there and they did not have it plus they kept my deposit of $27 dollars for an hour on a golf cart and besides all that someone went in our truck and stole 2 packs of cigarettes to top it off and that is about the rudest people working at pull a part in Jackson ms. Ive ever dealt with and Ive worked for the public for years save your time and patients and go somewhere else and just so you know this is the first and only experience Ive ever posted so that should tell u something signed very disappointed Wendy Tucker

I find pretty much what I need everytime I go.

Its the best place to get used parts for an incredibly reasonable price but only if you know how to find & remove the parts. All vehicles are jacked up, sorted by company, and have neat rows to travel on rented golf carts or free wheel barrels.

They have variety of vehicles to choose from. They are also cheap

Zero stars is not possible so I have to give 1 star. The absolute worst Ive ever been belittled and discriminated against because I cant wear a mask. Out of the whole time of the pandemic I cant say I have ever been so ganged up on and treated like such trash. I do not ever recommend anyone coming here, especially if they have health conditions. What happened to Americans with Disabilities? I guess this business is above that.

The online car inventory is outdated. No one under 16 is allowed on the lot, which would have been nice to know before arriving.

Ive had really good luck finding needed parts for my vehicle, and some of them I couldnt find unless I ordered through GM.Also grateful for the knowledgeable, friendly staff. They definitely have their game on when they get to work.

They have in good conditions used cars and a lot of another things used parts , but only one thing I dont like you cant found nothing like something for new models ! Average years 2000 - 2008 most cars Chevy , Nissan ,Honda ,ford maybe GMC but not so often

Awesome junk yard. Had exactly what I needed and even let me wash my shoes off :) Definitely had a great selection of cars. I do need the owner to get ahold of me how ever regarding that poor dog out back.

Got there a little late and and there computer said they had certain vehicles which in fact they do not. The rows of cars and trucks need to be more recognizable. The should put signs up to designate row to row. The staff was at best tolerable of the customers. Customer service could use a little work. I will go back but it will be a have to situation first.

They need to update their lists of in stock vehicles on the lot as we called before we arrived to find they didnt have the vehicle any longer. Hadnt for months but they were able to find us a comparable model in another brand to pull parts off. They did end up helping us find what we needed after an hour of being told to look, that it was out there...

I went there three times so far.Some staff are a bit clueless at times but try to help you as good as they can. The yard is well organized, vehicles are easy to find. Pricing is in fact the cheapest I have found at any salvage yard in the area. You do need to have good diagnostic equipment and a mobile battery to hook up to vehicles if you really want to find out if a part is working, but they give you a 4 week warranty to test it out. Vehicles tend to be in a pretty rough condition, especially the inside, so dont expect a good deal on seats or carpet.Overall a very positive experience

Went and got lots of body parts for a great price wouldve bought a hood to if their employees didnt bend everyone of them

Traveled 1.5 hours with my 10 year old son to meet a friend and have a “Man day” to find out that an individual must be at least 16 years old to be permitted into the yard. Just policy.Well when the manager, R J Shines, was informed of my issue, he personally gave my son and I a tour of the salvage yard. So my son got to go and he was so excited! Thanks EJ!Also the staff was very polite and professional when telling me that my son could not go into the salvage area.Stil was able to get the parts I needed and have some spring break fun with my son!!!!!!Great people at the Jackson, MS location and inventory too!

Great place to get used parts at a bargain may not have what your looking for at the moment but give it time they rotate inventory regularly so just keep check this place reminds me of dirt cheap and is a favorite of mind

BUT YOU CANT FIND OUT IF ANY OF THE CARS HAVE THE (ONE) PART YOU NEED!!! YEAH, ITS CHEAP. BUT NOT IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ONE OR TWO HOURS TO GET THE YARD TO FIND OUT THEY DONT HAVE THE PART ON ANY OF THE 100 CARS THEY HAVE!!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF STRAIGHTEN OUT. This place is great I fixed my car for $25 dollars here when the dealership was gonna charge me $450 pullart has the best prices that cant be beat and the employees are nice and helpful just make sure you wear cushioned shoes because the rocks will hurt your feet lol
