I’m writing this review in regard to my VSP(vehicle service protection) cancellation. I cancelled my VSP safe-guard protection plan 2 months ago. The safe-guard representative confirmed my cancellation and I should expect my refund in 1 month. I reached out to the dealership 1 month later for not receiving anything. This dealership claimed that they didn’t receive confirmation from safe-guard and stated it should took 6 weeks to complete the cancellation. 6 weeks after my cancellation date, I was confirmed from the safe-guard that the refund is direct deposit, there should be no delays for the dealer. While the dealership still said they didn’t receive anything yet. After 8 weeks, I was confirmed from the safe-guard the 3rd time that dealership can contact the safe-guard directly if they need any information. Still, when I contacted the dealership yesterday, they said they didn’t have the information??? And they said would call me back but it never happened. It’s obvious that this dealership is trying to avoid the refund. I heard such stories in other brand but can’t imagine brand like Porsche would do the same! To do business with dealership like this, be aware! They are lacking the basic integrity and cannot be trusted.

Best prices anywhere! I was in the market for a Porsche and I shopped heavily in Atlanta (my hometown) but when friends mentioned it’s worth checking out Porsche Jackson it ended up being a much better deal offered by the GM there. Thanks Trace Carlock for your help

Purchased a 2018 CPO Panamera 4 in 2020. Was advised everything on the vehicle passed all inspections including brake wear, inspections, all seasonal tires, warranty & extended warranty. The vehicle was delivered to me here in South Florida. I immediately started to hear a rotational noise inconsistent with a high performance vehicle. At no time during the process of viewing, purchasing, or receiving the car was it disclosed the car had winter-snow tires. I immediately called and spoke with Jill at the dealer who advised me to call a local dealer in my area, the local dealer immediately noticed the incorrect tires on car and suggested I call the dealer who sold us the vehicle. I called and emailed The manager Trace at the dealer 3 times with no response. Then I called the salesrep Joe who agreed with the local dealerships findings and explained the car should not have been sold with winter-snow tires, knowing it was shipping to South Florida. Trace called me minutes after sending him a very strong email and advised he does NOT know what a winter snow tire is, then tried to wiggle out of the conversation telling me they did not make money on the sale, then advised he cannot check all 4 tires on every vehicle sold. When I explained we do not have snow or roads in South Florida to accommodate winter snow tires, he switched gears and asked if I want to purchase a new car from him and hell purchase my car back. The manager Trace needs to be held responsible for this sale of my vehicle and put the proper tires on. Hoping to turn this 1 star review into a 5 star review. Buyers Beware!!!

Dear Trace (General Manager), In response to your reply last month to Steve Waldorf, you failed to disclose when purchasing the car that it either had or you placed Michelin Pilot Alpin snow tires on the vehicle. This is not an ideal tire for a client to have in South Florida in the midst of heat. Michelin clearly states directly from their website these Michelin Alpin tires provide great traction and braking performance on snow. Control and driving precision in severe winter conditions. These tires are not reflected on the bill of sale, nor on the CPO paperwork. I urge you greatly to take responsibility for what you sell to your clients. You clearly do not represent Porsche professionalism, honesty, integrity, nor exceptional service. Making a comment about you wanting to purchase my car back was a complete fabrication. On another note, I paid your dealership $1200.00 to deliver the vehicle to our home in South Florida. Not only did you hide the fact of these snow tires, but you also delivered the vehicle with an empty tank of fuel below 1/4 of a tank. When I called you on this the day after I received the vehicle I explained this and 1 week later I received a check from Porsche Jackson for $30.00. My take on this was again completely unprofessional. Contacting Porsche in Atlanta to file a complaint against your unfair business practices is next.I also need to add a statement about the vehicle driving like mud adhering to the road. Also 2 dealerships here in South Florida advised to replace the tires since they are the incorrect tires for South Florida.

Amazing service department!!! I first contacted Pamela Whitehurst in service for a problem with my PDLS lighting on my Macan. I explained my current Porsche dealer could not fix the problem. I requested an appointment for Porsche Jackson to look at my lights. Pamela fit me in the schedule and I experienced Red Carpet service! They were able to fix the PDLS problem. Pamela provided excellent professional customer service and their mechanic is top notch. Porsche Jackson is definitely our go to for service and future purchases. Thank you Porsche of Jackson!!!

I cold called Porsche of Jackson from out of state to help me fulfill a custom order that I couldnt get the time of day from my local dealers to place. I had the pleasure of working with Joe Dearman, Trace Carlock and Jill Richardson in the process, all of which communicated effectively, addressed my concerns, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Trace was specifically helpful in inquiring about special order items such as paint-to-sample, even multiple times per my persistent requests, and Jill worked extra hard to ensure my car would register in the notoriously painful California DMV, including multiple phone calls to the DMV directly to make sure registration will be successful. I am thankful for the Porsche Jackson team for going the extra mile to address my questions and concerns and landing me the car of my dreams, something that would have not been possible with my local dealers. Looking forward to doing business again!

Never such an unprofessional experience- initial disclosed mileage didnt match what was listed under the contract. The general manager, Trace Carlock admitted he was, driving the used vehicle back and forth to work and mileage wasnt updated in the system. I let it go and move on to fill out a credit app only for finance to try and make 2% or more off the rate. My credit is over 800 and I know the current rates but they ensured I was getting the best rate at 6.5% then with one conversation it goes down to 5.39% then after not accepting that it goes down to 3.97% but its still not the going rate for someone in tier 1 (750 credit and above) beware of getting scammed on the finance end and the GM is very unprofessional, disrespectful over the phone with verbal name calling and threats. Ive purchased many used vehicles and never such an experience. Buyers beware!!!

I’d like to begin by saying that the staff at Porsche Jackson was always very friendly, kind and were never rude. That being said they need some serious training on quality customer service and providing a good customer experience. Peyton Mosely was great to work with during the sale which took less than 24 hours. However, once the purchase was finalized, our customer service experience took a severely steep nosedive. There was delay after delay along with excuses and a lack of any kind of apology and a lack of taking any kind of responsibility at every turn. It took over 2 weeks to get our vehicle delivered to us, after being told it would only be a couple of days (we purchased online, out-of-state—not recommended). Apparently there were problems getting someone to ship the vehicle to us—we were told on a daily basis for a week that the car was being shipped that day only to find out the next day that it was never picked up for delivery. We later learned from the delivery company that the car was posted on the shipping website at such a low price that no shipping company would even touch it. It got to the point of us asking for our money back and talking with General Manager Trace Carlock before they increased the price on the shipping website. Trace said that pennies matter and that they try to save pennies. I wonder if a penny is worth the cost of a poor customer experience, poor customer satisfaction, and bad word of mouth?When the car arrived it was VERY obvious that it had NOT been detailed (even though we were told that it had gone through TWO detail sessions). It honestly looked like what you get with a Walmart oil change—a lousy wipe down and vacuum. There was what looked like sticky spilled coffee on the back door and seat. There were crumbs, dirt, chewing gum, and sticky residue in compartments, cup holders, and the console. The seat crevices had dust, dirt, and crumbs. The leather was visibly dirty and had not been cleaned. The back hatch and ceiling were covered in dog hair. The car was CLEARLY NOT detailed. We were also disappointed with the condition of the outside of the vehicle, and neither Peyton nor Trace were transparent about nor disclosed the condition of the paint job (scratches, swirl marks, toddler-like paint touch ups).In all fairness Trace did attempt to send us to a local detail shop they found. We opted instead to take it to someone of our choosing whom we trust, and Trace offered to reimburse us about 75% of the cost we were out (the amount he would have paid the detailer he found).One of our primary frustrations was that the whole process was laden with excuse upon excuse, and “It’s not our fault”. This type of behavior and these kinds of comments are both unprofessional and juvenile. A dealership with professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer service would take ownership and accept full responsibility, in addition to making amends and making things right for the customer. This was not our experience. It seems as though the Porsche Jackson management team (both General Manager and Sales Manager) are still a little too green and lacking some wisdom, discernment, quality leadership skills, and experience (especially with luxury brands). We do not believe they are managing and representing the Porsche brand as well as they could be. All that being said, an in-person buying experience would have probably yielded better results and satisfaction. We do not recommend buying online, especially out-of-state, from Porsche Jackson.

Wasted time after applying for a loan with 800 credit and tried to up the rate on the loan to 6.5% when current rates are in the high 2s to low 3%. Finance manager, Jill Richardson tries to convince you that is the rates cause of 84 months. You can check banks current rates everywhere. Scam dealership trying to nickle and dime everything out of you. Then they get the bullying method to just make a deal at 5.39% when thats still way outside the current APR as of 5/13/20 for someone with tier 1 credit at 800 score. Very unprofessional

The service team (especially James and Daniel) were very caring and helpful. My family and I were traveling through Jackson on vacation and had a breakdown. I called the dealership and the service manager, James, was concerned and sent a service technician to my location. When the service technician, Daniel, arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem. They helped me get towed to the dealership and had me back on the road within hours! Thank you Porsche of Jackson team!

This review is for the service department. I purchased a new 2018 Panamera in July 2018, a month later the service light came off on my dashboard. The car needed oil change as it had been sitting on the lot for over a year (since September 2017). The service department of Porsche of Jackson refused to give me a free oil change and offered to only reset my computer so the light will go away till the next service which will be another year. Also, I found out that my car was not enrolled in the one year free service program.I consulted with several service advisors as well as with the headquarter of Porsche of North America and they all recommended to change oil.After the Porsche of Jackson insisted on not changing the car oil, I was offered 500$ voucher from the main Porsche office and this will be honored by another dealership around.Perfect way to loose customers for just an oil change

Do not buy a car here. Poor experience starting at delivery. Very poor management that will not return calls. Complete amateur hour. Make the short drive to New Orleans. I have purchased 911s from both dealers and will never return to Jackson.

I have had the privilege to own several exotic cars from Ferraris to Rolls Royce. Nevertheless, one of my favorite brands is Porsche. The cars are great and second to none but what has made my relationship with Porsche so outstanding is thanks to the service provided with BRUMOS Porsche team in Jacksonville, FL.I moved to Central Florida around 5 years ago, yet maintain my loyalty to Brumos as they have always provided us with outsandIng service.Lots of dealers are very nice when is time to purchase a car but then comes service and its a nightmare. Well, Brumos sells team is great but maintaining your vehicle with them its just addicting in such a positive way. Charles has been my service representative for 7+years and he has been consistently great, professional, friendly and honest. Mr. Skip the service manager has always been outstanding. The dealer itself from service to sells work great as a team with very well established inter communications that any business must benchmark.There is no question, that I will continue to be loyal to Brumos Porsche and to refer my business and pray that other dealers LEARN how to manage a dealer with such integrity and ethics as Brumos Porsche Jacksonville, Florida!Thank you Brumos and particularly Service Team5 stars highly recommend this dealer!
