Nice place to live with nice neighbors, however, it is overpriced and overrated.

I wanted to wait until I had been here for a couple of months to write a review. I moved here from another city and so hopefully my review might help someone moving from somewhere else. I toured just about every apartment complex in Jackson and from an overall quality standpoint, it came down to this place and Trillium. They are very comparable as far as size and amenities. What it really came down to was the service I received from the staff, specifically Amy Tucker. She was phenomenal as far as answering questions, arranging viewing, etc. I felt like she really wanted us in the community. So we moved into a 2 bedroom. We have been here for a couple of months and we absolutely love it. Quiet, nice neighbors, lots of space, TONS of electrical outlets, lots of closets and storage, laundry room, walk in closet in the master bedroom, everything looked fresh and new when we moved in: paint, carpets, appliances, etc.We had an issue with one of the toilets the week we moved in and they promptly sent someone out who was polite and fixed it immediately. The apartment grounds are immaculate. I work from home and I constantly look out my window and see several crews out taking care of the area. We have a dog and this is a very dog friendly place. They even have little poop stations where there are bag dispensers and cans designated for cleanup. The office does an excellent job of keeping residents informed of what is going on. The location is nice. The complex is kind of away from everything, but still accessible. A 5-7 minute drive gets you over to the business loop where all the restaurants and stores are, and you can access I-94 or 127 in a 4-5 minute drive. The Prison is way down Parnell, and there is a State Police post down the street so you see a very good police presence in the area. Not that it feels necessary, because you dont see a lot of sketchy people this far north of town. There is a good grocery store right next to the apartments (within walking distance) as well as a Subway, McDonalds, Dollar store and they are putting in a Bigby Coffee.All in all we are loving it here so far!

Nicest apartments around truly but management couldnt be worse. Nothing but problems getting things fixed. Ac was broke for 3 weeks before they could help us. Moved in to a garbage disposal that didnt work right. Noisey people above and management told us they have been here to long they cant help us even after they said theyve had other complaints. Would never recommend to anyone!

One of the best apartment complexes in the area by far. Good price. Pet friendly. Staff (Angela especially) are very helpful and friendly. Haven’t had any complaints as of yet.Only quirky thing is that the mail boxes are a bit of a hassle to set up.

These apartments are the best in Jackson county. The staff is very easy to talk and are very professional in doing their job. Whenever I had an issue it was taking care of quickly. Great place to live.

Nicest apartments in Jackson. Great maintenance and office staff. Highly recommend. But there is a lot of smoking for a “no smoking” complex.

The new maintenance supervisor said they’d fix the problem in spring, but for now birds have been getting into outside vents and one even got into my apartment through the ducts. I think he’s gone now, but am afraid to open the panel to look. GP also automatically raises rent every year, priced us out. Otherwise good staff, good neighbors and really appreciate the car port.

The nicest apartments in the area hands down. Clean and fresh. The manager Kristy is on top of things and the maintenance manager Tyler is the best around.

Ive been a resident at Gallery Place for 11 years. I couldnt be happier with Lora, Angela, Amy & the entire GP team! They always go above & beyond to take care of their residents.

Nice apartment and management

I lived there for 7 years. It was nice for a while, then all these crazy maintenance issues arose. The water heater upstairs was constantly broken. Imagine having water in your light fixture and for them to tell you its okay! Staff was nice. Im happier in a house!

The management here is terrible. The so called manager Lora Hartshorn is very rude, condescending, doesnt know how to talk to others. I heard bad stories from professional people living here about their work orders not being done on time, water heaters not fixed on time, broken/old laundry machinery not being fixed. I heard the manger Lora harassing tenants, unprofessional conduct and threatening to evict tenants for no genuine reason, rude and very unprofessional behavior so this is definitely not a place for professionals to live. The new management is not good at all and they dont have enough people(have only 3) to serve 240 units. So all the professionals out there stay away from this place.

Nice apartments my girlfriend rests her head here and she likes it alot.....

Should be a zero star .... management is dysfunctional as a whole. There are lots of nice people but when you have an issue it takes multiple requests and several attempts on the tenants part to get them resolved.

Very pretty apartments and they have a nice pool but some of the people living there are not the nicest at all.
