Excellent customer service, always able to take care of an issue. I have tried several computer services in Ithaca, I found HPM the best. I am not particularly computer savvy. HPM has been helpful at fixing problems, educating me, helping figure out coordination of phone, personal computer, work computer, multiple emails in addition to hardware and software issues. They are also very nice and deliver personal service, I am treated as a person not work order. Fees are very fair.

Wow! what a nice place. Jay fixed up my mac book that was having a few issues in a flash. Very friendly and helpful,explained what was going on in plain language,not some tech jargon to belittle me. If you are unsure where to go with your computer issues look no further. These guys are great and they dont feed you a line of bull. They tell you straight up what you have and what they can do to fix it. If there are better options they will tell you what they are even if it means going somewhere else. Personable, professional and very accommodating.

Love these guys. Fast honest and fair prices. Take your computer issues to them. They made sure to explain the issue and how they determine prices. A little hard to find with the construction in community corners but they are worth locating.

The gentlemen at HPM are wonderful professionals. They always go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their customers. I have never had them talk down to me or another customer, and I am always treated with respect. If you are having troubles with tech, HPM is the place to get it sorted out.

Great customer service, reasonable price and just over 24 hour turnaround. I had my computer diagnosed at another place first, but did not agree with the assessment so I brought it to HPM. They took the time to listen to all of my questions and provided thorough answers. I highly recommend them.

Jay and John of HPM Tech Services are outstanding at customer service and technical support. The Village of Cayuga Heights offices at 836 Hanshaw Road previously had very mixed technical support in the past from other vendors. HPM is a breath of fresh air! Their advice and rapid response has been outstanding. I no longer worry about our computer environment being deluged with spam and malware. Plus server performance has been improved since John made adjustments to its set-up. The Village is running more smoothly so less of my weeks are taken up trying to identify and solve computer related problems. Are they worthy of 5 stars, you bet!

My Apple Laptop MacBook Pro exploded and I thought that it was completely gone. HPM took it in and looked at it immediately. They discovered that it was under Apple Care recall and arranged for me to have a nearby Apple repair outlet repair it - all in the same day. They backed up all my data just in case further repair might affect it. Apple Care did repair it for nothing and saved everything! Great service and professional.

Horrible. little respect for recurring customers. didnt follow thru on promised plans, lost my wifes entire hard drive... responded with oh well.... requests for a conversation with the owner to address were ignored... go to the computing center.
