This location is super busy, but despite the work load the girls do the best they can to serve every patient in a timely manner. They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend this Lab Corp.
Appt was for 4:15; kiosk for checkin was not working, so i stood in line to checkin at 4:27pm; nurse was angered that she had to administer a lab test before 4:30 pm when they close at 5pm. She stomped off.
Theres a Check in kiosk. The staff has always been nice when Ive been there. They are very busy but you get seen quickly. It helps if you make an appointment.
Ive seen cleaner establishments in 3rd world countries. We get it, everyone hates their job, and Im sorry you have to handle urine all day but the people here seem to take a special joy in being socially awkward spazzes who cant do the bare minimum. I weep for anyone who has to go here because of a lack of choice or if their employer contracts through them because there is NO WAY anybody is going here because they want to.
I was there to drop of stool sample for my infant son , which is time sensitive. It says they are open 8:00am -12:30 pm and 1:30pm-5:00 pm. I was there 12:00 pm the door was closed, I called customer service very rude lady said she doesn’t know if they are open for the day, she mentions they don’t have any communication between the customer service and location.

The Best Service I’ve Received In A Clinic. The receptionist was very nice. The lady that drew my blood Vanessa was super sweet and made everything painless. She was sufficient and knew exactly what she was doing I didn’t feel a thing. We didn’t need more of her in every office around Dallas so nice and sweet. In the morning setup a 3pm appointment for employment related test(urine sample). After reaching there - 10 minutes prior-I waited for my turn-only to come to know that they have maintenance emergency and they cant do the testing. Employment testing is time bound item for example it has to be done in less than 2 days and its near to 4pm - so they dont do anything. I have to drive 9.5 miles and 18 minutes to reach here. If LapCorp has my contact information(email and phone)-why didnt they called me not to come and find a different location? Or why not they block this location which has the issue. I tried calling lapcrop-but this cheap organization has eliminated all the humans to talk over the phone with the customers and only have robot based menu(so cheap and inhuman)...I have to drive back 20 minutes and get into another one at 7501 Las Colinas Blvd Ste 100, Irving, TX 75063 where i dont have the appointment. I have to check-in again and then my urine sample was taken at 3:57 pm. I wasted more than 1.5 hours for this kind of unfriendly customer service of lapcorp. If customer doesnt show up for the appointment - they end up paying for the missed appointment - what about the facility? Moreover if there is a time sensitive work has to be done - like employment related tested - why it is not taken seriously. Worst thing - the lady at the window at this location 1302 Lane St Ste 800, Irving, TX 75061 was not at all apologetic or helpful but more like commanding voice.
The staff members are very unprofessional and careless. The staff member didn’t know how to inject needle properly. My hand is paining. I will never recommend anybody to go there.
When I arrived there seemed to be one person actually working. The girl in the back was extremely rude and did not want to do her job. She should be fired or quit if she doesn’t want to be there not aware of names but she has braids. Terrible service from her made the process way slower very inconsiderate
The process was fairly fast however customer service could be improved on and Ive done a lot of drug testing in my time and normal procedure is you get there you put your stuff down on you wash your hands proceed to do your drug test for urine sample if youre doing a urine sample in this case I was do your sample dont flush the toilet obviously and then you go out you give him the sample and you wash your hands this place was like do your sample come out give it to me and then wash your hands and its kind of gross also most places will ask you to give anything in your pockets they didnt ask that its always good to even though technically I pass a drug test anyway its so interesting to see how different places dont follow some of the procedures and some of those are really good procedures to have for example washing your hands before doing a sample so you really should produce those Kloss I cant think of the technical name for them to have people clean their areas before they do their sample
The staff was rude and very disrespectful. The staff could not understand Doctors Lab Orders, could not find address of the Hospital or Doctor etc.
It’s like the staff tries to be as rude as possible.

I really wish I could have submitted this review with 0 stars!First of all this location is really hard to find and they never answer the phone when you call which will result in you being late to your appointment. I had to go to the hospital nearby to ask them for directions which is ridiculous!To top it all off, I went in for a health screening for my job ( Insurance incentive) and they claim I was never there. They took all of my metrics and they collected blood vials from me! I am livid at this point!Do not go to this location at all ! Very unprofessional and they need to be shut down in my opinion!

Worst place. There is no point of making an appointment. You end up waiting with no proper response.First place you shouldn’t be accepting any appointments when you don’t have enough staff!
Very polite
First of all, the location is very hard to find due to the construction. It is located at the southern side of the building where there is no parking available for customers.Second, when you walk in, there is no one to greet you. They have a sign asking you to sign in with the reason for visit. This is totally not private since all your information is visible to others. I believe most offices have you sign-in, retrieve the clipboard and remove your information via a sticker strip.Next, you sit down with a whole group of people who also don’t know what’s going on.Finally, someone screams your name from a hidden hallway, and you presumably open the door and enter the hallway to have your labs done. This is so unprofessional.Moreover, if you are in need of employment urine drug screen, you only have two lab options in the Dallas area that perform them: Irving and Downtown Dallas.I hope they revamp this location and provide proper training for employees in basic customer etiquette and HIPAA training.
This labcorp location is pathetic. When I went in the other day every seat was occupied and there was only ONE person working - just one person to check in folks and to do the tests. I waited almost 2 hours to do a simple drug test. This location either needs to close or hire more people.

Arrive at 8:45 AM, first seen at 10:45 AM (after multiple patients who arrived after us were seen). They had a question about the prescription so said theyd talk to the doctor but never did, so I had to do it myself and tell them how it works. Overall lack of care for customers and generalized incompetence will leave you with a bad experience here.

Nancy was rude and condescending. Told 3 people that they had to resign in if they walked out and came back in. This was after we had been sitting for 30 minutes. Mind you the clinic was full and there were no empty chairs. There was also NO SIGN STATING THAT YOU HAD TO RESIGN IN IF YOU WALKED OUTSIDE. I had signed in as a walking at 10:30 then checked in online at 11:00 for an appointment that I made online while I was waiting. It is now 11:17. Well see if Im called back before the 11:30 am cut off time for UDS!!! Ok so I got called back at 11:30 and there are still 6 people waiting. Nancy is here all alone and her lunch is supposed to be from 11:30 to 12:30 I believe. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! This young lady has ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AND IS HERE ALL ALONE. CHECKING PEOPLE IN AND CARRYING OUT ORDERS BY HERSELF. ID HAVE AN ATTITUDE TOO!!! LABCORP YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

I waited 20 mins while they talked in the back, then when I finally said hello? Someone came up to not greet me but give me major attitude like Im disrupting her with work!? Hard to locate. Was there for at my urologists rx and there were no wipes to use before collection of my sample.
Labcorp is a terribly frustrating company. They use their techs as the administrators, so if they’re running a test, or drawing blood, there’s no one at front desk or phone.People wait in silence with no one at reception. Some give up and walk out. After 20 mins a random voice from the back calls : be with you in a minute.I’ve seen this across multiple offices: one employee trying to do all the things while people waste time waiting so Labcorp saves money.It’s not the employees fault, they’re doing the best they can but they’re understaffed as a practice and that’s not fair to the people who work there or the people stuck waiting on them.

Worst place, i was hung up on twice before i even got to the place. I was actually calling to make sure i had everything i needed. Then when i arrive, i am told that i need a doctors script. So complete waste of time, the staff needs to be revaluated or stimulated by something.
The rudest and most condescending receptionist I’ve ever met at a medical office. Completely unhelpful and ridiculous over being literally 1 minute late.

Just an FYI, this facility does not have the mobile check-in so if you check in on your device, they will not know you are there so you need to write yourself in.
Rude staff, nobody is available at front desk. Terrible attitude of employees and location gives you a look of a county jail or prison.
Dont go after noon . First , Afternoon, Rooms are hot, so it will rise up your blood pressure . Second, the staff are tired and may left your arm with a huge purple bruises. Go early in the morning
