This car wash doesnt take any payment methods and I had to go inside and get a code. Also, the wash menu on the store counter only has 1 wash option which it is a $5 dollar wash. But, I saw 4 wash options on the pay station buttons which it doesnt match with the wash options on the store counter. Also, the yellow arm bumped my left mirror of my car and I thought that it would leave a scratch on the mirrors or knock it off and it didnt. The yellow arm was too close to the left side of the car. Also, the dryers started up way too early during the rinse cycle just right when it had 4 passes of rinse left on my car. This car wash even made my car look dirtier and it was a waste of $5 dollars. Do not wash your vehicle at this wash, otherwise it can damage your mirrors.

I went there to fill air in my car tires. The machine here is faulty and not working properly, I asked person who was available in store to help me, he also tried to fill air but it actually reduced pressure from 25 pts to 10 pts 🙄 I swiped my credit card two times thinking second time it might work but it didnt.I asked to refund my money as the machine was faulty, person available at that time told me that come tomorrow and talk to manager.I will go next day and based on that will update rating.

This shell location is always busy since it has a Mexican taco stand inside and it has a detailed car wash service as well.

Please avoid this pump. Our credit card and debit card was compromised here.

The pump is so slow that it was dripping IV instead of oil, seriously? Which part of pump-n-go service is this!

Not good for Diesel carsOne pump is supper slow and the other has too much pressure and don’t allow filling.

Gas prices are higher but they did have gas available during the week after Harvey here in Texas. Get a Shell Reward card to save 5 to 10 cents a gallon.

Nice and clean inside/outside. Gas price is $0.10 less then 635 LBJ Shell and some other station. The got all 3 grade gas. Super is availanle.

Everytime I swiped my credit card for gas it gets spoofed and gets hacked. This has been my 5th boa cc that had got hacked.I knew for sure that its some gas station in Irving as I live around here. I tried experimenting every time and this time with this gas station after I got a new CC. The day I swiped here is the day my cc got swiped is some other location in Texas. Im not filling gas here anymore.

Regular gas users rejoice. Premium gas users stay away $3.20 ish per gallon. The pump malfunctioned on me so I was forced to walk inside and the man inside wanted me to pay upfront. I told him I wanted to pay by card and wouldnt know what the total would be. He insisted I just pay much. Hes more concerned about getting my money then helping. I took my business elsewhere and went to Conoco 2 mins away.

I went there last week(5th Oct 2017) for texas state vehicle inspection. Went inside - i was told that it happens at the point where car wash is happening..drove to that point to come to know from the employee out there that they are done doing the vehicle inspection for this months quota. He further told me that within a month - they can only do inspection of certain number of vehicles and the limit is already reached. I should come after 10th Oct 2017 to get it done. Trust me its the most weird reason I ever got - really is it true...i explained him again but i got the same answer. Why in the world - they didnt write at the sign board(which says vehicle inspection that they are not doing it) rather than wasting time for the folks out there...its totally bad customer service and wasting time for anybody and everybody.

Very good quality but bit expensive than other gas stations.

Staff is friendly. I go here all the time because its so close. Moving out of the area soon and will miss BSIng with some of the guys there.
